Wondering why instagram sends a different response to the trigger word depending if the use is on a mobile versus desktop computer. Is there a way around this? 

I’m looking to figure out the following flow potentially - has anyone does this? Scrape a hashtag for hairstylist, barber, hairdresser - etc and then automate a DM from Manychat  for them with a resource (this is a lead gen tatic).  Wasn’t sure if an action has to be completed on their part before ManyChat can fire out a response/DM.  

Hi there. I need to enable users to automatically receive a WhatsApp message when they enter their data on a landing page. I discovered that this was made possible by using Growth Tools. However, since they descontinued the tool, I don't know how to implement this feature now. Can someone help me?

Como faço para o fluxo não reiniciar após a última mensagem do bot? Às vezes o cliente continua mandando mensagem, ou manda informações picotadas, ai o bot reinicia do zero. Gostaria que o bot mandasse as mensagens apenas uma vez dentro da janela de 24h.

I’m trying to send a flow to Manychat from a scenario on Make, but when try to use the Manychat module, it shows the following error: [400] Validation error: Subscriber does not exist.I thought that the field “subscriber ID” was my ID on manychat, but if not, I don’t know what it is.

Hola,Hoy he recibido este mensaje que pego en imagen abajo.Al parecer Instagram va a bloquearme la cuenta por tener Manychat instalado.Os cuento cómo uso las automatizaciones por si acaso ese es el problema.1.- En mis reels invito a los seguidores a que escriban la palabra X si quieren que les ayude con mis servicios.2.- Sobre cada comentarios con la pala bra X Manychat les responde un “Te he escrito por privado” y les envía un MD automatizado diciendo “Has escrito la palabra X  en uno de mis reels. Dime si quieres ayuda” --- Dos botones Si / No --- Y según lo que pulsen, se va abriendo un arbol de preguntas y posibles respuestas con botones hasta filtrar a mi cliente ideal al cual, ya como paso final, le facilito el link a mi agenda para que reserve una cita conmigo a través de un link externo a YouCanBokMe¿Por qué Instagram no me deja usar estos mensajes automatizados y quiere cerrarme la cuenta? ¿Qué hago mal? 😔

Hi.I have 2 IG accounts. Do I have to have 2 manychat accounts for sending automation DM’sTHanks..

I have a account in Manychat where I connect a page called "Desko". Lets say I invite two of my office colleagues to handle the live chat inquiries. I created account ion manychat using my Personal FB login credentials where my FB account has access to 5 different client pages (one among them is Desko)Now my question is,1) Will my team mates whom I have invited (role: Admin, owner) to Manychat be able to see the incoming messages to the other 4 FB pages associated with my personal FB account (I have not connected those pages to Manychat yet)?2) Can any of my team mates (whose role is Admin/owner) can see any option to connect Manychat with the other 4 FB pages (associated with my personal FB account. But my team mates are not associated with those 4 FB Pages)?3) The "Contact" section in Manychat will only have the people who have interacted with "Desko" alone right? And does not have anyone from the other 4 FB pages. Am I right?Kindly clarify as its very confusing to move ahead.Thanks,

Ok this might be simple… i want to build a massive automation that starts with a keyword, i have worked that out, but i want to ask the user a question like “where are you from” they answer “USA” and because “USA” is the keyword it fires off the next part of the message.from there i can build everything out, i just seem to be stuck with this bit…I would love any help cheers

Buenas, soy nuevo en esta comunidad a la que entre por probar Manychat, así que estoy aprendiendo.Creé una automatización con un chatbot para conectarse con Instagram, en el flujo además conectaba con ChatGPT, hasta ahí todo muy bien, solo trasteaba un poco, pero después de probar decidí eliminar esa atomatización y para mi sorpresa el chatbot sigue respondiendo, además de haber entrado en un bucle infinito (funciona mal). Viendo en las opciones de Manychat, en automatización ví que también había una papelera, así que también eliminé esa automatización de la papelera. ¿Alguién me puede ayudar? ¿Por qué algo que está eliminado sigue funcionando en una cuenta de instagram?¡Gracias de antemano!Willi

Hi, we want to use ManyChat for IG automations and our CX team uses Gorgias to respond to any live support that pass through the automation. We selected ManyChat as the “Default routing app” in FB Page → settings → New Pages Experience → Conversation routing (see screenshot)We initially thought this is enough, as we were seeing the tickets open in Gorgias, but it seems whenever we try to actually respond to the tickets in Gorgias, we get this error This issue appeared since we selected ManyChat as the default routing app, and we tried reconnecting both platforms, but still the same issue

I'm having a nightmare connecting WhatsApp (not your fault) so I just want to check that my use case is even possible before continuing and to also get an estimate of the potential cost.I would like to set up a service whereby people can send some data (a list of 5-8 data points like weight, length, depth etc) to me via WhatsApp. Then using Zapier I would connect ManyChat with OpenAI to form a response, as a personalised automated response to the users message.Is that possible? Imagine that 1000 people sent a single WhatsApp message and received a single reply, daily, what would the cost be for me? Is there a discount for more scale?Hope this makes sense.Many thanks ManyChat community.
