Hola a todos! Recientemente comencé a usar las automatizaciones de Manychat para el envío de mensajes por DM para personas que hacen click en alguno de mis anuncios de Instagram. Estoy buscando que luego de llegar al último paso de la conversación, se le aplique una etiqueta a esos contactos. Hasta ahora eso lo pude lograr sin problemas. Lo próximo que quiero hacer es poder empezar a capturar información personal sobre los contactos con esa etiqueta, como su nombre, email o número de teléfono y exportar esa información utilizando la API para enviarlo a mi CRM. Es posible hacer esto? Muchas gracias!

Can anyone confirm for me whether we can set up the Buy button, using Stripe, for Instagram DMs?I thought it was possible, but on the Chatter Matters webinar the other night, someone said it was Messenger only?This article - albeit quite old - suggests otherwise?https://manychat.com/blog/feature-announcement-instagram-buy-button/Can anyone confirm?

Right now I have it set up, where when someone updates their email in ManyChat, it sends that new email address over to the email marketing platform (in this case to Drip via Zap). But what it does is create a brand new contact vs replacing the email address that was previously there.Is there a work around for this?

Hello, friends!Only the first day I registered in Manychat. And I mistakenly changed my email after registration. I did not understand correctly. I thought it would be visible to all users, so I wanted to change it. Now I immediately have problems. Can't log into Manychat. What should I do? How to fix it?Please help.

Is there a way to automatically mark contacts as closed after a certain period of time?  I don’t want inactive contacts going towards my monthly bill, but don’t want to have to manually close out all of the DM conversations that I’m receiving.

I’m in Facebook Ads Manager and in the Partner App section I’ve selected ManyChat. However, when I select ManyChat as the partner app none of my message flows (which are live in manychat) are showing up. The error I’m getting is that is says “Message flow doesn’t exist”. But they do exist. Are are live. I also have the Admin role in ManyChat - which I know is also an issue sometimes. Is there anything else I can check in terms of permissions? What else could cause FB Ads Manager to recognize that the Partner App ManyChat is there but not be able to access any of the existing flows?

Para usá-lo, desconecte-o da conta”, Essa é a mensagem que recebo ao tentar adicionar um número de telefone ao whatsapp. Não consigo entender onde possa ter errado, já que o chip é virgem e nunca foi conectado a nenhuma conta whatsapp, seja ela messenger ou business. Alguém poderia me ajudar?

I Have several Manychat flows that I updated the website links and made sure everything was turned on. Now the flows are not sensing when the keyword is typed and I son’t know what to do and I cannot find a customer service email or anything to get help.

Hi, I am trying to collect names from IG Automation. So I try to ask leads about their name, then save their name to custom field, then later on I put down the custom field (the variable), the saved information (which is the name of the lead) will be shown. However, it only shows the code of the custom field. I tried to change the name of the custom field to see whether it will work or not, but it can’t. Do you know why? Did I put down anything which causes this issue? Thank you.

I love Manychat because I can send a thousand freebies to my followers, but then I get a thousand "thank you" DMs and I just can't keep up.How do you manage those? I receive "thank you" in 3 or 4 different languages.Any ideas will be helpful. Thank you. 

Hola! necesito su ayuda! Hoy desperté con la triste noticia que mi facebook que tengo desde el 2008 fue inhabilitado. Nunca me dieron un aviso, nunca inclumplí las normas… no sé que pasó. Y en ese facebook tenia la automatización para instagram. Qué debo hacer para ingresar a la automatización y rescatarla? o para ponerle otro facebook? Tengo manychat de pago, y no sé que hacer. Buenas! Más que una pregunta quisiera señalar un bug, si alguien tiene idea cómo resolver este problema muy molestoso que puede hacer perder varias horas. Al momento de actualizar una automatización ciertas partes de ella vuelven a una versión anterior de manera aleatoria, lo que me asusta para hacer cualquier modificación ya que sin que lo vea una parte de mi automatización ya no es la misma. Les muestro un video para que sea más claro: https://youtube.com/shorts/D15lN4hGGlw (se puede notar sutilmente que ciertas partes se cambian al momento de darle clic en Actualizar). Gracias!

I created an Instagram automation that I converted to Facebook and it’s live and working fine, and I went to create an Instagram one but it’s not allowing me to toggle the trigger to ‘on’.Are Instagram automations not included in the free account?Thanks!

Hi, I am trying to add a smart delay after an Instagram Message before another message. It wont’t let me connect it… Please help!

I created an automation and collected emails.I did something stupid; i changed the automation and deleted the part to collect email because I didn’t need to collect them anymore.Problem is, I cannot export the data anymore ! I have more than 1k emails so i can’t do it one by one through the contact menu.Do you know how i can export these emails ?Thank you very much

The button “user clicks an Instagram ad” for the trigger is gone. It’s still present on Facebook, just gone for Instagram. I have automations running for comments and DM’s on IG, so the Manychat<>IG connection is working. I’ve also tried refreshing permissions. Any thoughts?

Hi! I’ve set an automation to reply on a specific WhatsApp message as a way to register visitors to my business.What I experienced yesterday, while receiving about 40 people at the same time, is that in some cases (2-3 people) the automation started, asked for the name, the people responded and the automation didn’t follow up with the next message…  Is there a limit?Or how could I make sure this doesn’t happen again? What should people do in those cases?Send the initial message again to start over? Thanks 

 I don't have this menu. What does this condition “Business Follows Contact on Instagram” mean? Does it check if my Instagram account follows the contact? Am I correct?
