When it collects phone information, I want to transfer the phone number somewhere, how do I do this? Do I have to use another application? Is there no way to forward it through Manychat?

Hi everyone,I was wondering if anyone is experiencing the same problems I am having with my Instagram automations. I am using an automation for people replying a keyword to my reel and sending them a DM with a link. I’ve been having 2 problems since quite recently:Some people message me they cannot see the message I send them, even though I can personally see it within the DM - anybody else has this problem and knows how to fix it? Or does it have to do something with their own settings?  Lately I’ve been getting a ton of messages from people that are not able to open the link I add as a button in my DM. I think it has something to do with opening links within Instagram but I’m not entirely sure. Anybody knows what might be going on? Thanks a lot for helping me out! Anne 

My automation ends giving some contacts a specific tag(TAG2). Can Manychat send message to ANOTHER tag (TAG1) when the (TAG2) has a new contact?  just like an advice to (TAG1) when this new tag(TAG2) have been set (Sorry for any English mistake, Brazilian here without using translator)

I was wondering if anyone knew a way of customizing exactly who gets added as a contact to our account from Instagram. Currently, everyone is being added as a contact - whether it’s a story mention, comment or story replies. Ideally, we only want to add contacts from our specific automations - like commenting a specific keyword - as we have budget concerns our list will grow exponentially. Has anyone found a way to curb the amount of contacts being added from Instagram?Thanks so much!

I set up an automation to answer the answers of the AI ​​bot I prepared from Chatbase in Instagram chats. But it only answers my first question, not any subsequent questions. Hey! I’m new to Manychat, so this may be a very simple answer, but I don’t seem to have access to the User Input field. I have a pro account, but even then when I go to create the “reply in dm” the only fields I can build are text, image, card, audio, video, and gallery; I don’t even see “user input.” All tutorials I have seen show that I should also have “user input” as an option so I can ask customers a series of survey questions. Has this feature changed and been grouped into another feature? I know I can create a text reply with multiple button response but that doesn’t seem like the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Tudo bem?Tenho um fluxo de mensagem nos meus stories e nos comentários do meu feed, onde as pessoas comentam uma palavra, e envio uma mensagem no direct dela.Mas o fluxo contabiliza o envio da palavra nos stories ou comentário, mas a mensagem não é enviada no direct da pessoa.Alguém já passou por isso, e saiba como solucionar?

Background: we have one Meta Business Manager Account that owns three different Instagram accounts and we would like to create automations for all three. Since ManyChat can only serve one Instagram account per ManyChat account, we created three ManyChat accounts and connected each of them to the same Meta Business Manager and then to either of the three Instagram accounts.Problem: we cannot distinguish the three accounts in ManyChat, because they are all almost named identical. The only way to see, which account is currently active in the ManyChat-browser, is to navigate to Settings=>Instagram to display the connected Instagram account. Surely, there is a way to rename/color-code/tag/etc a ManyChat account, such that it becomes distinguishable on first sight. Or is there? 

Pessoal, tenho o PRO e não estou conseguindo disparar em massa para whatsapp, só envia para 1 contato, de mais de 200 contatos. Alguém já teve esse erro? Me ajudem!

I got a new instagram and since then my many chat has gone wild. infact i have gone back n forth with trying to reset accounts. deactivate the 9 whole yards. and I cant get it to work again!!!!!!!!!!! So frustrated with no support. can I do like a factory reset start from scratch where  many chat doesnt recognize me when i try to sign up again. Ive spent 7 hours on this today I would love some suggestions

I posted a reels and i collected 600 email. Now i want to post another reels and i want to collect new emails. So if i asked someone before their a mail address and already collected, i dont want to ask one more time them. I only want to new users and collect new email. How can i do this?

After connecting my ChatGPT API key (the basic version, not Pro) with Manychat to automate Telegram and configuring the automation correctly, I decided to put it to the test. The messages work fine, but I noticed that when the flow reaches ChatGPT, it doesn't respond to user questions.Does anyone know why? Do I need to have the ChatGPT Plus version for it to work properly?

 i created a dm trigger flow and it’s not working even with the test or setting it live.  the comments to dms trigger works but the dm trigger doesnt work. i even used the template they suggested any idea how to get it to fire off?   

Meu cenário:Manychat → bot de resposta inicial → abre chat → conversa com humano → humano seleciona TAG de funil de vendas.Criei uma automação para com o gatilho do nome da tag, adicionar um campo personalizado de etapa de funil ex: Fechamento e posteriormente enviar via API para o WEBHOOK personalizado do MAKE (não é para o widget do manychat do make). Porém ao selecionar a tag, a api não é acionada, apenas o gatilho.Já tentei inúmeras vezes, mas não dispara a api se eu selecionar manual, as vezes se estiver no fluxo do bot funciona, mas não é sempre...

Lo que quiero a las xhs mandarle un recordatorio que no lo hizo. Como puedo hacer eso? Gracias! 

Hi Everyone! I’m using the Paypal Integration for selling an Ebook. I have an issue that here in Austria, one of the payment methods (Sofort) is not directly charged like a Credit Card, so Paypal doesn’t send the webhook, and Manychat can’t send the product that has been bought. The product is paid, but it only takes a bit of more time before the money is transfered to the Paypal account. I would like to disable this Payment method in the smart button or let Manychat react to another webhook so that the customer directly get the product. I can’t find this solution anywhere in the dashboard or somewhere else. Does anyone has an idea how to fix this? Thanks a lot for your help! 

Boas pessoal, tenho uma dúvida de como fazer um fluxo da seguinte forma:O usuário chega no manychat através de whatsapp com a mensagem:Olá, meu nome é John Doe e estou interessado no serviço XYABC e gostaria de mais informações. Gostaria de um fluxo que ao receber essa mensagem, capturasse o nome John Doe e o XYABC (serviço).Dependendo do serviço que vem na mensagem ele direciona para o fluxo agregado à essa keyword.

I have this automation flow that triggers on each comment on posts or reels. I would like to store the comment itself as a contact property that I will process later on.Does someone know how to do that? Manychat must have this data as it can trigger the automation when the comment is posted, but for some reason I don’t know how to access the valueMany thanks! ☺️ 

I have an automation setup for when a user comments “Learn” on a Reel or Post, I send them an automated DM with a link to my free guide. Is there a way within 24 hours to send another follow up DM with something like, “Did you get it? Is there anything I can answer for you re digital marketing?” Thank you

Buenos dias! Tengo el plan PRO, pagué 15 dolares y quisiera quedarme en ese plan. Estaes la captura de contactos. Desde ahi tendría que borrarlos y mantenerme por debajo de 500 para mantener ese plan?Creo que había puesto para que se borraran automaticamente después de 5 dias. Pero no se si eso esta funcionando correctamente. Espero puedan ayudarme.Gracias!
