A client has two manychat accounts.  each is about 3k subs.  They want to merge the accounts so they have one main account.   Is this posssible? 

Can someone help me, it is driving me crazy! I can set up the automations without any problem but now when I press ‘Publish’  my automation is ‘disabled’ and the automation is not working. They worked perfectly before, I changed nothing and refreshed connection several times? Is there a setting that changed? What can I do?Thanks for your help

Hey,I have an automation to a free guide which is set up and working. I added a check in the next day to see if they have accessed that guide and offer them something else, but it isn’t showing a next step connecting line from this text box?

 si responden al boton se elimina la etiqueta y si no respoden al boton los saca de wspahora mi pregunta essi la persona me contesta al primer mesaje pero no con el boton sino con un msj normal? que pasa?y como puedo hacer para que si me contesta normal no los elimine

i mean.. i can see in a susbcriber all the whatsapp messages sent.. and the messenger messages sent… but.. how can i see all de emails sent and received?? is it possible??cause all i see is a note… “email sent” but thats it… i need to see the conversation within the email

Hello, We had a consulting company create automations for our church using ManyChat about three years ago.  The company, unfortunately, raised the rates to a point, we couldn’t continue with their support.I would like to see what automations are live and then turn off everything.  I will then begin to turn things on as I learn they do and how they function.I can see where the automations were created.  I see things in messenger that I don’t want.  For example, some folks just say hello to us or join us for an online service, then they end up with every service going to their messenger inbox.  If they didn’t ask for that, that is spam.   How do I see what automations are currently live?  

Hello I have hypothetical question. If someone will comment the same word 2 times let say someone comments ,,Amen,, in my reel let's say and then he reply to my story or write another amen in my other reel will he get as many automatic messages from me as much he sends this word? If yes can i change it so the person will only get 1 this message or just limit a time space between these messages?

Hi! I’m testing my “reply to post comment” automation and even though I sent the keyword multiple times, it only ran once. How can I get it to keep running for every time someone replies with a keyword?

Hola,Estoy creando una lista para enviar brodcast por whatsapp. Yo recojo tanto el email y móvil desde un formulario de klaviyo. Pero también voy a activar la automatización en manychat que los que me escriban una palabra X, activen la automatización y le agregue una etiqueta. y además quiero que actualice o agregue un contacto. Lo que quiero saber es si se puede hacer que busque en la lista de klaviyo, si ya es suscriptor que le agregue la propiedad de whatsapp igual a true - imagino que la propiedad en menychat es Y/N optin whatsapp. Si no es suscriptor en klaviyo, le pida también el email. Este es mi flow, pero no agrega nada a klaviyo, porque se activa con el email no? ¿Me puede ayudar a como se haría?  

Hola Comunidad… necesito integrar pipedrive y manychar, para que cada vez que ingresa un nuevo contacto en pipedrive, se dispare un whatsapp de bienvenida en Whatsapp vía manychat. Lo he intentado hacer con zapier, pero me sale el error “Failed to create a create subscriber in Manychat. Error from halted execution: Permission denied to import email. Hola genios!  Buen dia.Active sin intencion la validacion por segundo factor en mi cuenta de facebook. Pero no guarde el codigo y no sincronice ninguna aplicacion. No pude ingresar nunca mas a mi cuenta de Facebook desde e navegador y tampoco puedo conectar los canales a Manychat. Tengo acceso ami cuenta de FB desde la app en mi telefono movil. Facebook no me da ninguna opcion para desactivarla y si intento recuperar la cuenta me hace cambiar la contraseña pero luego vuelve a pedirme e codigo. Intente todo lo que estaba a mi alcance.  No se que intentar. Se le ocurre algo? Mil gracias

Ola tudo bem a todosA alguns dias eu estava a procura de uma ferramenta para fazer um bot para um cliente de um modo mais rápido até que encontro o manychat tentei fazer um pequeno teste, pesquisei no YouTube e encontrei um vídeo que explicava a fazer um bot para WhatsApp, que era exatamente o que eu queria. Até que após eu tentar criar minha conta Manychat como o vídeo mostrava eu tinha que ter um número WhatsApp ou comprava um, nessa momento eu vi que o valor do número era muito pequeno e não fiquei preocupado por serem só 1.50$ , mas provavelmente isso foi um equívoco 🤦 meu ao olhar, na verdade era a assinatura do plano pro do ManyChat que só hoje descubro que assinei e são 15$.Como fiz essa compra a 5 dias sei que ainda tenho como fazer o reembolso mais ainda estou com dúvidas em relação a o que fazer já enviei um requisição para o suporte do ManyChat, mas não sei quando serei respondido e gostaria de saber se eu ir a conta e desativar o pacote Pro será que o dinheiro será devolvi

Olá pessoalTenho um fluxo, para whatsapp, onde é enviado uma imagem. No fluxo, aparece como 100% entregue, porém, no destinatário,  a imagem não aparece no aparelho.O estranho é que se eu entrar em chat ao vivo eu consigo ver que foi enviado 😵 ???É  possível enviar imagem pelo whatsapp?

 When we get the Phone number value from the user, there is an option to Save Phone to System Field which creates a WhatsApp profile in the manychat in addition to the messenger profile.  We already have two separate flows for the messenger bot(users signing up via Messenger) and WhatsApp bot (users signing up via WhatsApp). If we start using this feature and users use both the bots, will it come under once single contact or separate contact costing ? Also, how to send separate flows to the facebook and WhatsApp conversations if both come under the same contact name 

Tengo un sheets con dos columnas que muestran la disponibilidad restante de un restaurante (por ej. 40) y cuando busco ese valor con get row value en Sheets no lo esta captando. Buenos días comunidad, tengo una duda. Ya tengo configurado Whatsapp con ManyChat (sim nueva y sin problemas), pero quería saber si necesariamente el telefono tiene que estar encendido siempre o ya puedo apagarlo y funcionará todo igual. Un saludo y gracias!
