I'm currently working on updating my ManyChat account and I'm looking to change my profile picture (the avatar icon similar to WhatsApp's profile photo). Could anyone guide me through the process of updating this icon on ManyChat? I've looked through the settings but can't seem to find where to make this change. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm new to ManyChat and struggling to see why this flow isn’t working. They click the button and get tagged and then it’s supposed to send a message to those who are tagged, or if they don’t click the button they don’t get tagged it should send a follow up.  I tested it and got tagged but nothing happens after that. It seems nothing is happening after the yellow action box. Where did I go wrong?  

I am trying to find a way to follow up and send a message, if a contact has not responded to a message after 23 hours. I added a button to a message in an Instagram automation, but now I cannot find the option to only send a certain message if the contact as not interacted with the message/clicked on one of the buttons. It is not a ‘quick reply’ but a button, because one of the two buttons leads to a website. I can see the option ‘Follow up if contact hasn’t engaged option’ on the ‘Quick Reply’ option, but not on the buttons. Help would be very appreciated! Thanks, Mareike

Hi dearsWe want to get the Telegram User ID, but it's not available in the contacts. Also, when I create a new Flow with row insert, it doesn't export all the user IDs.Is there a place where I can get them? Why does it not export for everyone when I set the filter "Telegram User ID has any value"?

I have started an automation to get people on IG to receive a link to my newsletter signup page upon typing a keyword in a post. Super-happy with it.I have found that, in some cases, I can help them convert into subscribers by following up with a message asking them for their email, so I can add them to the newsletter.I have tried adding a new message after a smart delay to the existing automation, as shown. And it is not working.Thoughts? 

I’ve watched several videos, and none of them address the issue I’m experiencing. I asked the AI to create an automation for me. I did a few myself, but there is a disconnect between one message to another. It’s a very simple automation too. The arrow should go from a yellow circle to the next message, but it will not connect. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

I create automations in my clients' accounts, but some of them don't want me to have access to their live chat and see their messages. Is it possible to disable the live chat option for users with the admin or editor role?

Pessoal, tenho um fluxo de atendimento padrão onde o Gatilho é ‘’se o Usuario enviar qualquer mensagem ele entra nesse fluxo até ser direcionado a um agente” Porém eu faço alguns disparos em massa também, usando um outro fluxo, e ontem percebi que no meio do envio que eu disparei, uma cliente respondeu algo sobre o que eu enviei, mas acionou a outra automação, qual condicional eu utilizo para isso não acontecer?

Hi, ive run an offer for buy one get one free on a reel post on instagram. Set up automation in Manychat for this specific post and trigger to be any post or comment. ive also tried trigger to be @ but in both times it did not work. I am now manually replying each every comment on the reel who have begun taggin their friends for this offer.Please help, i am new with Manychat and have included a screen grab below for reference. Is there a way to automate sending them the offer details via dm and also sending the @xyz friends as well?

Hola, estoy teniendo un problema que me parte la cabeza:Al crear una automatización y simular el input de wsp o messenger, no logro obtener los datos de entrada.Dicho de otra forma, cumplo con generar un input y asignarlo a una variable, sin embargo al llamarla, me aparece sólo la variable. por ejemplo: {{cuf_12011624}} {{last_input_text}} y no el texto almacenado.Esto me está causando el problema de no poder dar un paso adelante con Make, que es la idea. Agradezco me indiquen posibles errores.

I have a Facebook Business Account connected to my Instagram Page. My Manychat account connected to my Instagram - but my Facebook page is not popping up.  When I went to Business Integrations to give ManyChat access to my permissions and settings, Meta would not let me save it. This error message kept coming up despite my selecting the appropriate boxes. Any suggestions? Should I just delete my ManyChat account and start over??

I have put in two requests to hear back from Manychat about more info on the Elite pricing subscription and have not heard back. Just looking to see if anyone else has had this issue, and see how to reach anyone from Manychat to ask about it? Very frustrating!

Hello all, we are new here. We are trying to figure out how to track track keyword when we use the same one “get started “on all of our posts to know where our increase/leads are coming from. Is there something that I’m missing that I’m not seeing so we can learn how to set this up. I didn’t think I’d have to make a different keyword for every individual post because that would be really, really hard to track And confusing .  Please advise  comE across this  with a  solution :) Thanks 🙏🏻 Stephanie
