HI there, we ran a very succesdful comp and stopped the automation being live some time ago. however the keyword is still triggering the whole automation when people DM us which is causing a lot of confusion. How do I stop it> I cant fid any specific info! thanks Kura

When I press on set life the errir appears: Undefined button for anchor old (and a looong number):I cannot see any mistake. The System seemingly wants me to change the preaheader, i tried, nothing changes. What do I have to change? I cannot see any mistake..How can I send the automation?  Thank you! Nicola

I shared said template with a friend.When the template is installed, all triggers disappear. Is that normal, or did I make a mistake?Prob the later, but worth asking before diving down the rabbit hole.  

Hello,I'm new to Manychat and currently working on my strategy while getting familiar with the chatbot.I have a question, please.To be honest, I'm not sure if this is related to Manychat or Facebook Ads.I launched my fan page a week ago.Next week, I plan to launch my chatbot, which I'm currently finalizing.I want to send a message directly to the Messenger of my new fans to introduce them to my chatbot and the information it contains.In other words, I would like all the people who become fans of my new Facebook page to receive a message directly in their Messenger.Is this possible?And if so, would this be set up in Facebook Ads or Manychat? Thanks for your reply

Hello ManyChat Support,I am experiencing an issue with linking my Instagram account to a new ManyChat account. Here’s the situation:I initially had a ManyChat account linked to a newly created Facebook account. Unfortunately, that Facebook account has been suspended. To resolve this, I created a new ManyChat account linked to my older, active Facebook account. When I attempted to connect my Instagram account to this new ManyChat account, I received the message that it already connected to a ManyChat account and that account should grant permission. Since the original Facebook account is suspended, I cannot access it to pass ownership or make any changes.Is there any way to disconnect the Instagram account from the old ManyChat account or transfer ownership to my new ManyChat account? I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.Thank you for your help.Best regards,

Toda vez que uma pessoa comentar no meu video (a automação de resposta de comentario seja ativa), independente quantos comentários aquela mesma pessoas faça, ela seja respondida, é possivel se sim como? se não preciso de recomendação para resolver isso, agradeço!

Recentemente tive uma conta de instagram hackeada e que fazia parte da minha central de contas do meta. Devido a isso, meu facebook foi derrubado pois a conta hackeada feriu as diretrizes do meta. Esse facebook era o que eu logava no manychat. Estou enfrentando os seguintes problemas: - Não consigo acessar o manychat com os dados do facebook que foi cancelado pelo meta;Com isso, não consigo desvincular meu instagram dessa conta perdida do manychat; Acredito que quem rackeoou possa estar usando a conta do manychat pois estou recebendo diversas tentativas de cobranças do manychat (valor maior do que eu pagava); peço ajuda pois preciso: Desvincular meu instagram da conta do manychat que eu perdi para vincular a uma nova conta que criei Preciso também entender porque estão fazendo essa cobrança. Estão usando a minha conta?

I have the Many Chat free plan, I set up my automation, but when I went to test it, although it worked, a message was sent along with “Automation powered by @ManyChat” on instagram. How do I remove it? Is it only in the paid version?

Hi there, hoping for some quick assistance! Below is my flow – for the life of me, I cannot make the Smart Delay work. What am I doing wrong?Here is how my flow is working: 1- Comment on IG Post to DM2- DM requests an email address.3- Once received, email is added to Mailchimp + email including resources is sent out via the email feature within ManyChat.4- If no response, SMART DELAY and then re-ask for email. Except Smart Delay isn’t working, sigh!  Thank you so much in advance for any help and insight! 🙂

Is there anyway to add colour to a button or change the font? My buttons appear as a white box with text. I would like to change either the colour of the text or the button box so that it stands out more. 

Alguem sabe dizer qual a melhor subscription do manychat para quem administra várias contas? Se cadastrando como parceiro, é possivel linkar várias contas do Facebook BM e ter vários numeros com bots diferentes em uma só conta de administrador do Many? How I send auto dms to custom users list on Instagram?

Hi everyone! New here, but I’ve been working on building out my first lead qual flow, which basically takes responses from my FB Ads, and asks them a series of questions to qualify them. I’ve attached my screenshot here of my current flow, but I’m not sure how to set up the ability to collect all their answers and save it to their record in ManyChat so I can integrate with my CRM. I have a series of questions and at the end I ask for their name, email and phone number. What would I put in the flow to save all their answers once they’re done with it? 

So, just like few other users here - trying to upgrade to Pro, tried 3 different cards, and getting same error message: “Something went wrong with your card”@Gustavo Boregio, @Raquel C maybe you can take a look?I created ticket #23710, but it seems like no one is available to help me resolve this issue.P.S. No, I’m not from India.

Hola a todos! Espero puedan ayudarme. soy nueva en manychat, y toda la semana mi automatizacion estaba corriendo bien. Pero ayer me di cuenta que no le estaba llegando a la gente un mensaje que tiene el BOTÓN con el link de compra. Es decir la automatizacion envia todos los mensajes, menos ese que tiene el enlace a la pagina de pagos. y no sé que pasa, porque venia funcionando muy bien. Agradezco puedan ayudarme

Há algumas semanas que criei uma automatização. Utilizei ela sem nenhum problema durante bastante tempo, até impulsionei o post. Porém essa atomatização não está mais entregando as mensagens a quem solicita quando comenta nesse post. Algumas vezes a pessoa recebe a resposta automática, mas não o material no direct. Não sei qual seria o motivo disso. Outras automatizações testadas estão funcionando normalmente e também já tentei colocar outra automatização com o mesmo texto nesse post e igualmente quem comenta a palavra-chave não recebe na dm.
