I created a flow to get users that click on our ad to trigger the Manychat bot, but only the first part of the chat is triggered. When customer enters email, the rest of the flow doesn’t work.  I have 44 messages sent on first flow, but then nothing from there.  What am I doing wrong? 

I have made some changes to one of my flows and as I would usually do i went to update the live and it now says upgrade. I select that and it wants me to upgrade. I am already a pro member and don't understand what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Chris

There is no way to do it inside Manychat so i was wondering can i at least be able to pay for the Whatsapp messages through Meta with a different card?  

 In my ManyChat subscription tab, it shows "Trial" while also indicating that ManyChat Pro is active. Despite this, I'm unable to add contact numbers in ManyChat. Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue and guide me on what needs to be done?

I want to send Videos and Audio files to a Whatsapp user using the URL of those files instead of uploading it from local storage. I am able to send Image using the URL but not Audio/Video. Is there a way I can do that using the external request block?

Hi everyone,I'm currently working on an automation flow that integrates ManyChat, Calendly, and Zapier, but I'm encountering an issue with identifying and tagging contacts who book a call via Calendly.Here’s the flow I’m trying to achieve:A lead engages with our Facebook Messenger bot and provides their details (such as phone number, email, AC type, etc). We then forward them to Calendly to book a call with our sales team. After the lead books a call, a Zap is triggered in Zapier to create a task in Asana for the booked call. At the same time, we want to tag the ManyChat contact based on their Calendly booking, which will then trigger another Zap that sends the contact’s additional information to Asana i.e. it should update the task associated with that contact.The information we collect in ManyChat (name, email, phone, etc.) will only be forwarded to Asana once the lead has successfully booked a call. Esta automatización pide información como el nombre y la guarda automáticamente en Google Sheets.El problema es que el número de teléfono no se guarda en Google Sheets. Aunque no se lo pido directamente al usuario (porque asumo que está disponible en el System Field), cuando intento conectar esa información con Google Sheets, el campo del teléfono queda vacío.Esto es lo que he descubierto:1. El número de teléfono existe. Son usuarios que me contactan por WhatsApp, y puedo ver el número en el perfil del contacto en ManyChat.2. No sé cómo acceder automáticamente al número en ManyChat. Aunque está visible en el perfil, no logro guardarlo automáticamente en Google Sheets sin pedirlo explícitamente al usuario.

I am trying to use Telegram Broadcasting Feature. At the moment, I only can broadcast to my subscribed users via Telegram Bot. I want to imports user phone numbers onto ManyChat and then have ManyChat convert those numbers to telegram username so I can broadcast. Is there a way to make this happen or any other way to convert phone numbers to telegram users name? Please help with this...

I need help with this challenge.I am trying to set up an automation with condition that is a bit different from the regular pattern and I do not know how to navigate.I am putting up a post that is a trivia, but i do not want to reveal the answer on the post. What I want instead is that for any answer or comment you provide on that post, you will automatically receive a response prompting you to check your DM to see if you got the answer right.When you get to DM, my first prompt to you would be to congratulate you for trying the question and to ask you to check if your answer (which was already provided on the post) is correct.Now, where I’m stuck is that i need the condition set to be able to check and know if the answer you had provided on the post before you came to DM was correct or not, before the remaining automations comes to play.How can I set this condition, to check if your last comment on the post that brought you to the DM was the right answer for the trivia? Has anyone experienced this? I have a post where they can comment 2 different keywords and only one trigger is getting DM’d to them. Whichever key word they comment first gets sent. Even when they comment the 2nd key word on a different line it doesn’t go through. Any thoughts on how to fix this??  Thanks!

Long time user of Manychat, back when I had to wait to get an account (I think this was in 2017?)Anyway, I’m back to using it again and I’m running into a lot of issues. For example, it won't let me reconnect my instagram account @WhisselRealty because it said it was connected elsewhere, but I checked everywhere and I don't have another account.  Also, it says I need to update billing because I have too many contacts, but I deleted all of my contacts but it still says I have 1452/1000  What is the best way to reach out to support directly? I think I need someone to dig into my account to help figure this out!

Hi there,I’m trying to determine what shifted to where a specific comment triggering a custom DM to be sent has shifted to requiring an ‘Opening DM’ where the commenter has to click yes to get the custom message. I never had this issue in the past (typically someone comments the specified word and they get my custom DM with a link). Any thoughts on how I can set up the automation to skip the Opening DM?thanks!

Hello everyone!Its my first month on Manychat, I created a conversation flow for Instagram, where a Post or Reel comment leads to a DM automation. The conversation starts in the DM, but the flow stops in the middle and my audience does not receive a link. The automated response in the comments works thoough (Like: hey, got your message, I’ll send you a DM with the link).I have done ALL THE STEPS explained in by manychat support PLUS info tutorials shared here.refresh permission ✅business integration shows: manychat ✅manychat is shows under white listed search bar etc etc and all the other things you recommend ✅so my question to you guys is… should I create a NEW facebook account and facebook page, to connect to my instagram? because it seems something is off with the old facebook account (that i’ve had since 2007 and support has stopped replying because they probably don’t have a clue how to help me.I really want my manychat automation to work before black friday salesThanksAnike

El proceso fue complicado, pero se logróMi preocupación es:Al buscar conectar ahora a Manychat con Whatsapp API, tenga que pasar por el mismo proceso complicado y que no se me conceda pasar las verificaciones.Mi pregunta es:Como ya se hizo la verificación del negocio y la cuenta de Facebook, ¿puedo utilizar esa misma cuenta de Whatsapp para conectar a Manychat? Para no tener que pasar de nuevo por el proceso de las verificaciones.(Entiendo que debe ser una cuenta nueva para no perder información, sin embargo, no veo problema con eso).Gracias!

Is there a real way to reach the manychat teams. I feel like I’m just vicious circle and not reaching anywhere. also tried link https://help.manychat.com/ but can’t find a direct support team. I want delete my account as I don’t have my facebook account anymore so I can’t log in to my many chats and my instagram is sending the automation messeges.

Hi, we have a chatbot that is supposed to start a DM based on a word trigger in Instagram DMs, but it’s not working. When we use the comment-to-DM feature, it works partially, but only for the first two sentences.When I checked the Facebook Business settings, I noticed that the primary receiver protocol for ManyChat isn’t listed there. I’ve already refreshed the connection multiple times, but it’s still not functioning properly.It’s odd that the comment-to-DM feature works partially, but the word-to-DM trigger doesn’t work at all—it doesn’t load. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?
