With Meta cracking down on engagement baiting on Facebook, what are some of the best practices to optimally utilize ManyChat?  I had to change my ManyChat strategy on Facebook after being flagged for engagement baiting a few months back.  I’m running a promo this week and would like to incorporate ManyChat on both Instagram and Facebook.  IG is going great but I’m hesitant to use it on FB.

Bom dia,  Eu vou disparar para uma lista mensagem de marketing oferecendo meu produto, na automação eu gostaria de construir um fluxo que vai enviar a mensagem, quando algum cliente responder ou clicar no botão por exemplo “SIM”, automaticamente, vai incluir uma tag que ele respondeu, dai vai aguardar um delay de 1 hora, se ele não estiver com a tag que respondeu, enviar uma outra mensagem e por ai vai com várias mensgens dentro das 24horas.  Estou com dificuldade de fazer isso funcionar, embora tenha colocado isso em um fluxo, ele não funciona da forma correta, alguém pode me ajudar?

I signed up for Manychat Pro with my Instagram account. Do I have to pay for a 2nd Pro account for my Facebook account? When I went to connect the Facebook account, it sent me to the purchase screen again

Hi there, I’m having an issue with my current automation.I believe I set it up correctly but the preview keeps telling me I haven’t picked a post. But as you can see on the top left of the screen cap below, I have selected a post.I’ve tried to refresh permissions. I did an automation before that worked. Hi ManyChat Support,I am facing an issue with exporting my contacts' information, specifically the tags assigned to them. Currently, many of my contacts have their data saved as tags, and I need a way to export this information to analyze and organize it properly.I have tried using a Google Sheets flow with the "Tag applied" trigger, but it doesn't work for bulk exporting all existing tags for my contacts. I also couldn't find a straightforward way to export the tags using the Audience Export feature, as it seems limited in its capabilities.Could you please guide me on how to:Export all existing tags assigned to my contacts. Extract this data in a usable format (e.g., CSV or Google Sheets). Is there issues with saving First Name data collection to the System Field?On all the client accounts that I have access to - and my own - this is greyed out and it’s not normally? Hi all!I’m trying to set up a zap (done this many times in the past) and I need to name it in ManyChat in order to sync it up to the zap I’ve created but in ManyChat - I can only select a previous zap and can’t type in a new name. i am using my personal gmail account to log in to ManyChat and connecting to my customer’s account to connect to Instagram.That process works perfect.Then in order to let my customer answer IG chats, i created an account for my customer.No problem on that.Now, i want to start using customer’s Messenger as a chanel. When i go to add the service there is a message than that account (the one from my customer) is already in use, which is true, because my customer is already using many chat for the live chat service.So i am re-logged as my customer account, then i can’t add the Messenger account.What’s the best way to add a customer account?Isn’t possible to add an account that doesn’t belongs to me?I don’t want to ask user credentials to log in to their accounts. Thanks

Achei que, ao pressionar F5, ele não salvaria as alterações e manteria o fluxo como estava, mas agora não consigo recriar a mensagem de resposta a um comentário. Hello! I would like to ask if in manychat it is possible to ask for the birthday date on Instagram and then automatically send a discount code on that date? How i can do that? 

I am trying to connect a ManyChat automation to MailerLite with Zapier. I have connected the triggers in the Zap to MailerLite and the connection test indicates that Zapier is connected with both ManyChat and MailerLite. The ManyChat automation occurs with an Instagram keyword. When a user sends me the keyword via Instagram, the ManyChat prompts them to provide their email address. Once the email address is provided, the ManyChat begins sending out a series of emails. I set up the ManyChat to identify a Tag. The Zap is between ManyChat and MailerLite. Once the email is entered, the Zap triggers MailerLite to add the email to my Subscribers and to a Group that I've called Prospects. I can tell the Zap is working to accomplish an automation within MailerLite; however, I don't think the ManyChat automation series is working. When I run the test, the email gets entered as a Subscriber and added to the Group in MailerLite....but the the subscriber/group member is not receiving emails from t

Hi,I'm trying to collect users' first names using a User Input block. However, when users type responses like "My name is James," the entire sentence is saved in the field instead of just the first name. I need a way to restrict or validate inputs so only the first word (e.g., "James") is saved, without spaces or additional text.Currently, ManyChat doesn't allow me to set a restriction for spaces or validate input directly. Is there a way to handle this, or can you suggest a workaround?Thanks in advance for your help!

I am about to pull my hair out! I have tried all of the suggestions on both ends and nothing is working. Comments are not triggering a response at all. When I click refresh permissions, it takes me back to the original page without options to refresh anything at all. I am about to end my account with them as I do not like wasting my money. I’m having a hard time with two things on Manychat:Capturing the user’s data and then sending a message via WhatsApp (welcoming them to event and then inviting them to the event’s group); Integrating Hotmart, a digital platform through we sell online courses, so we can send onboarding messages via WhatsApp.I know it is possible, but it feels really difficult to trigger a WhatsApp flow. For example, I’ve used Manychat’s webhook to send the user’s info to Make, collect their data on Active Campaign, then change apply a new tag to the user and, from that new tag, trigger a WhatsApp flow, but it simply doesn’t work.I’ve also tried using Manychat’s native integrations. With ActiveCampaign, it seems to work well, but with Hotmart it’s super unstable, not to mention that we can specificy which products we’d like interact with the user about.I’m new to this world of automations, so I’d like to ask you guys about a simple way of integrating, first, Manychat with ActiveCampaign s
