Como eu faço para atualizar o limite de mensagens no manychat? No Meta o limite foi para 10k, mas no Many segue 250. Primeiro post no fórum aqui, obrigado a todos que ajudarem e espero pode contribuir futuramente também.

Hi! I’ve set an automation to reply on a specific WhatsApp message as a way to register visitors to my business.What I experienced yesterday, while receiving about 40 people at the same time, is that in some cases (2-3 people) the automation started, asked for the name, the people responded and the automation didn’t follow up with the next message…  Is there a limit?Or how could I make sure this doesn’t happen again? What should people do in those cases?Send the initial message again to start over? Thanks 

 I don't have this menu. I need to take 4 photos, 2 in a row, and 2 more in a row. and he posts 4 separately in full size, and the message becomes very long.but I found in the article that there is such a menu,https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281274994332-Instagram-Buttons#toc_How-to-Set-up-Instagram-Buttons-with-a-Gallery- , but I don’t have it

What does this condition “Business Follows Contact on Instagram” mean? Does it check if my Instagram account follows the contact? Am I correct?

Hi - I’m new to Many Chat and am trying to set up the following flow; person COMMENTS on reel or post a keyword They get a DM asking for their email address The next message is a link to my e-book (a google doc link)I thought I did this flow and then when I changed the timing to COMMENT REPLY, I couldn’t collect emails? Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Is this flow possible?

Hello,I would like to confirm some information regarding the "Mark conversation as open" and "Assign conversation" options in my flow.If I select "Mark conversation as open," the user can send me a message, but it seems they can no longer explore the other resources of my bot until I reply to them.However, if I select "Assign conversation," the user can send a message and continue exploring the resources of my bot, even if I reply only a few hours later.Is this information correct?Thanks for your reply.

Les saluda Ángel, formo parte de una institución digital que se dedica a acompañar en formaciones espirituales. Debido a eso constantemente tenemos promociones de Formaciones, retiros, seminarios, etc. Por lo tengo usamos el envío de masivos a una base de datos que hemos construido a través de los 4 años que tenemos de ejercicio. Desde que usamos manychat nos han bloqueado dos veces el numero cuando enviamos masivos a pasar de usarlo en modo API. ¿Tienen alguna recomendación o saben de algún paso que puedo estar pasando por alto a la hora de usar esta herramienta?

I am trying to create a bot where a user can apply for a job via whatsapp bot by providing their information and then answering some set of questions that are set by our customer.  I can fetch the basic details and docuements from user  and send the data to our webhook.   However, The set of questions in the second step are set by our customer in our website dynamically. So, one customer can have 4 questions in their jobs and other customer can have only 1 question or even 10 questions in their job.  Is there any way for me to set those questions dynamically in whatsapp bot?   

When I try to set my automation live, the trigger send message when someone comments on reel won’t turn on. I get the triangle with ! inside. Note says “For collaborative posts, the automation does not work with comments on the collaborator’s account”. This post is on my account only. No collaboration. Has anyone seen this before? Any solutions? Thanks!

Hello Admin,I have a question related to Manychat's WhatsApp integration.I was trying to integrate my WhatsApp Business account with Manychat. During the process, the integration manual recommended that I "delete my business account" and start over. There was also an option to get a business number for $1.76.Unfortunately, I chose the first option, thinking I could save money and start fresh. However, now I am unable to sign in to WhatsApp. I am not receiving an OTP when I try to log in, and there is a one-hour delay before I can try again. Essentially, WhatsApp is not working for me.I understand that this error is entirely my fault, and I am not blaming anyone for it. However, I am wondering if anyone else has faced a similar issue and if there is any way to fix it.I have tried reaching out to Meta support, but their resources are limited.Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations?

Could manychat cause this, and if so how can it be avoided?  

Hi, Today I got the “We suspect automated behavior on your account warning” for the second time in three days.When it happened the first time, I turned off the Public Reply feature on my automations - according to some posts I found here. Now I got it again - does anyone know what I can do?

After attaching Manychat to the pages I manage I have been getting a “Get Quote” button the remains persistent to the user. This was not visible to a user prior to connecting Manychat. I have looked it up before and it is called “Lead Forms” in Facebook. In the pages inbox settings I have disabled “Lead Forms” but it is not fixing the problem. The “Get Quote” button remains. I have no main menu’s set up in Manychat so I don’t know why this is appearing 🤔Anyone had the issue and fixed it?

Hope you're doing great!I've been testing Manychat and been enjoying it so far!However since I'm a programmer, I find myself wanting to do some stuff through code instead of using the UI…Is there a way to create a flow block throw the API? I cannot see any corresponding endpoint on the swagger documentation... But I also read elsewhere that the documents might not be the most up to date ones…Any help is much appreciated! Thanks a lot!

Crio automação na versão pro e diz que o gatilho só pode ser ativo ao abrir a automação.  Mas quando abro, não aparece a opção de ativar. O que fazer?

Hi everyone,I am currently trying to set up our first automation and on some point I can’t save it. This is, what our automation looks like:We want our users to comment on a post. Then they should receive a DM where they enter their eMail address. After that, we want to send them an eMail. When I try to save this, there is an error message:I tried to mark the message as Comment reply, but when I do so, another message block pops up. I thought: Okay, I have to confirm to the user, that he is getting an eMail now in this message, but this second message block can’t be connected to any other following block, so the automation ends there. What am I missing? Can anyone help me with this, please? Thank you so much in advance!Best regards,Kristin
