new in manychat need help..Is there anyway i can bulk whatsapp an imported list asking them opt-in if interested? what’s the best practice?

I have been using ManyChat PRO during the 14-day trial and last week, everything regarding automations was working amazingly well, that is until Tuesday when the automated replies began to get completely chopped after the first sentence?Is there a reason why my automated replies are now being shortened to just a few words? Is there anything on my end I need to change to not have this problem happen? Thanks in advance for any help :) 

Hey, im trying to run my first Facebook Ad automation. I have the auto setup, but in Facebook Ads manager, this portion of the how to dent seem to exist and im stumped. Any help is appreciated “ call-to-action button that says ‘Send Message’. This button will open up a conversation with the user in Messenger.In the Partner app section, select the 'Select message flow' option. Then, choose Manychat as the Partner app from the dropdown list. Next, select the specific automation in the Message flow.”

Pessoal estou há alguns dias com um problema no Manychat e não sei como resolver, ele não arrasta o fluxo o que dificulta muito o trabalho em fluxos longos. Já tentei mudar o navegador, já tentei copiar o fluxo, já tentei iniar um novo e todos aparentam o mesmo problema. Ele edita porém não arrasta a tela quando clico com o mouse para arrastar. Já troquei até mesmo o mouse. Alguém já passou por isso? Sabem como eu posso contactar algum suporte? 

Pessoal eu estou exportando minha lista com aquela possibilidade de PSID mas o CVS vem apenas com PSID no topo não tem lista nenhuma e quando subo no Meta para criar audiencia fala que falta dados. Alguém já passou por isso poderia me ajudar entender o que está acontecendo?

Hi community!I would like to have a smart delay of 3 seconds between two DM on Instagram, to humanize the conversation.But it still doesn’t work because it “must be between 10 and 3600 seconds”… I saw in a program to learn about Manychat that the former could insert a 3 sec delay.Anyone can relate please?Thanks a lotxx

Y cuando presionó el botónpara clonar una cuenta me salta un cartel que dice que “Lo sentimos, pero no tienes cuentas conectadas a las que puedas exportar”. Como hago para conectar la cuenta de facebook de mi cliente a mi cuenta de manychat? Desde ya muchas gracias!

Hello! Why might the bot not work? does not work today for a specific person, even when I manually start a chain for him personally - further messages are inactive. Everything works for other people. This user follows me on Instagram, I also see him in chat, but the bot doesn’t work with himneither code words nor pressing bot buttons trigger the process

Hola a todos, no se que paso pero estaba funcionando con normalidad de mi chatbot para whatsapp y de pronto dejo de funciona el chatbot de whatspap me fije y el numero existe en facebook business y puedo enviarle mensajes pero no puedo usarlo en manychat, ya no existe ese numero aunque lo compre en manychat. Compre otro nuevo numero en manychat pero quiero usar el anterior que algo paso y se borro automáticamente 

Hi so I’ve been looking at videos to set up automations to have those quick reply’s on my reels or post with the keyword I have like example: they type the keyword than id like for the automation to reply “Sent pls check your DM!”……..Then they’ll get a dm with the link but I don’t know how to get those reply’s to the keyword does anyone know pls.

Would like to create a flow to collect physical WhatsApp Leads.I've done it before for Facebook Ads sending them to Whatsapp, but not sure how to send people that are physically in the location... what would be the best way?Using a QR code? or a NFC chip? How can I differentiate the leads coming from different QR Codes in Manychat? Because nowadays I have a trigger when someone types anything. Should it be based on what they type? or is there another way to know when it is coming based on the QR code por example? TIA

Bom dia gente, criei uma automação para teste e queria desativar ela no bot pois ela se repete a cada 2 minutos, e está irritante no chat dos cliente, alguémpode me ajudar? pois não consigo editar nem apagar. 

 Automações no plano free não ficam ativas, tenho 4 automações ativas porem ao tentar colocar a quinta automação não permite, eu tenho que desativar uma as quatro para a quinta ficar ativa, é normal isso?

Dear all,I’m trying to collect email addresses from my IG DM to a Google sheet. I have done the integration and all but can’t seem to find the “User input” that all the YouTube videos I have watched keep talking about. I’ve literally been scouring the internet for this information for the past two hours. The videos I find on YouTube are from 7 months ago and older and don’t have the same interface I have (I guess it’s now updated). I’d really appreciate any help here. Thanks. This is where I’m missing it. 

Olá, posso ter mais de 1 numero conectado por conta para fazer automação pelo whatsapp?Por exemplo: Cadastrei 3 whatsapp’s na minha conta pro para cada um enviar até 10.000 mensagens para s contatos. Ou cada conta é limitado a apenas 1 numero de whatsapp?

Hi Community,I have my Many Chats account connected to Wix Contacts through Pabbly Connect. There’s a webhook between the two that’s supposed to create a new contact every time someone sends and email through Instagram. The connection isn’t working and I’m wondering if there’s an easier way to collect emails. I noticed that exporting the list doesn’t work. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thank you!

I set up and automation and used the limit of words they allow us but when someone on instagram gets my message it comes up with only a little and then … they can’t even click to read the full message. How do I change this?
