Instagram automation

I've already contacted support several times and I'm still having the same problem, so I'm going to explain my problem well to see if I can solve it, well, the idea was to create an automation that the trigger was for people to comment "I want it" in the post that was published in the Instagram feed, and with that they would receive a message in direct with a link, after that we placed paid ads so that post could reach more people.The problem is, most people are not answered, and others are ignored, for some reason, support already said that apparently the flow of my automation is correct so the error would probably be in the settings, he gave me some steps to do , and I figured out how to assign manychat as the main receiver of the Facebook account among several things, could anyone help me?

Poor Display in browser

Hello everyone !I've recently noticed that the automations don't display properly in Instagram messaging on the browser.I'm wondering if there's a way to create a specific message for people using the browser so they understand that they'll need to continue on their phone, for example. 😊Has anyone else encountered and solved this problem ?Thank you !

Buenas! Alguien sabe como puedo guardar en Google sheets las respuestas inmediatas? Con entrada de usuario si que me deja, ya que tengo la integración de manychat con Google sheet y todo bien, pero para las respuestas inmediatas en las que la persona tiene que pulsar, no me deja… alguna ayuda? Gracias!

Remove 'powered by manychat'

Hey guys,I sent some photos in Instagram DM's, and after that Manychat sends a message ‘powered by Manychat’.I didn't have that issue when I sent some text messages by Manychat.I dont have the Pro plan yet. Does anyone know how to fix this?

How do I capture and email to then send to zapier to add to emsil list?

I am trying to set up a flow and I would like to capture email addresses that are then automated to send to my kajabi email list. I’ve attached a screenshot of the actions I’ve added but on testing Manychat isn’t capturing the email. Any suggestions and insights would be appreciated.

Have a new account in ManyChat

Hi!I was off from ManyChat in a few weeks ago, I think. At the moment, I need to sign back in. On “Setting”, it said the date Feb. 25 it over? I need to sign back in. Also, in a different Title entirely from the previous account. How can I start doing this? Any response is very much appreciated.

How to remove Send Message #2?

I was not able to publish the above chat flow unless I added “Send Message #2” in there (TEXT + BUTTON).I want users to arrive, then click the Opt In Box, then goto Message #1.How can I do that?  Now the user has to click too much which in my opinion is not a great user experience.Thanks

Reconectar Whatsapp

Ao criar minha conta no Manychat comprei um número para usar automações do WhatsApp,  conectei com meu Facebook e dois dias depois fui bloqueada. Segui as instruções para verificação do meu business e foi aprovada, mas agora não estou conseguindo reconectar o WhatsApp com o Manychat para rodar as automações novamente! Quando eu sigo o passo a passo, o formulário do Facebook diz que não posso conectar ao um número já existente na minha conta do Facebook!  Podem me ajudar?
