When I use Inbox in my phone and click on the “Templates” icon, Manychat displays a list of all the available templates along with a preview of each of them, so you know what it contains.However, when you are in the Desktop, you only get a list with the names (without preview), which makes it very hard to choose the right template when you have a lot of them: Plus, when you click on one it doesn’t appear in the chat so you can verify it’s the right one before sending it. Instead, it’s sent immediately.I’m I missing something? Because the current Desktop experience is horrible.Thanks,Ángel.-

I have verified I have a TikTok business account, but ManyChat will still not allow me to connect my TikTok. For reference: I am a new ManyChat user today who already connected Instagram successfully (with a paid ManyChat account).  The ManyChat directions seem outdated? Account settings available for me are “switch to personal account” or “switch to business account”.Thanks for your help! 

i have the free account manychat. I have been setting up automation for a few posts but noticed, I had someone commented using keyword and no automation was triggered. My IG didn't notiify me either, in the activity page, that someone comments on ny reels either ( I just reported that to Instagram directly) idk if that has anything to do with manychat not being triggered in my reels. I check to see if the automation is live, and it does in fact have it in red box on top left saying “LIVE” . even showing all my automations in list view, they all say LIVE in red.  I don't even know where to find the flow part where it shows arrows , based off of what I seen in the past questions, so IDK if that is a hidden issue either .  I’d appreciate you for helping me work through this, in advance!  

Hola, tengo un problema recurrente con una automatización que usa un bloque de Solicitud Externa (External Request) hacia api.openai.com/v1/chat/completions.El problema: cuando la solicitud se ejecuta en el flujo real (con clientes reales, en vivo), varios de los campos personalizados que inserto dentro del "Cuerpo" de la solicitud (usando la sintaxis {campo}) no se resuelven a su valor de texto -- en su lugar, se envían literalmente como "{{cuf_XXXXXXX}}" (el ID interno del campo), lo cual rompe el JSON y genera el error "Invalid payload json" en Configuración > Registros.Detalles importantes:- Le pasa a más de un campo personalizado (confirmado con dos campos distintos: uno de tipo Texto usado para acumular mensajes, y otro usado para el historial de conversación).- El ID del campo en el error SIEMPRE coincide con el ID real y correcto del campo (confirmé esto en Configuración > Fields), así que no es un campo duplicado ni mal identificado.- El error es 100% consistente en prod

Desde hace varios días estoy intentando conectar mi número de WhatsApp Business a un CRM pero no me permite porque me sale que Manychat continúa vinculado en la línea de crédito de mi WABA en Meta. He intentado hablar con el bot de ayuda de manychat pero solo me dice que no se puede desvincular, y cada que intento pedir que me contacten con un asesor humano me indican que no es posible. Ya intenté mandando el formulario de ayuda y correo porque este inconveniente frena mi negocio demasiado.  

 Quiero suscribirme al PRO y me da error cuando cargo el medio de pago, ya lo he intentado muchas veces. Necesito la versión pro, por favor, como podría solucionarse? Es un error de la plataforma?

Estou com uma dificuldade… meu DM do instagram esta mandando uma mensagem de boas vindas, e isso nao está aparecendo na configuração do meu manychat. Isso pode ter sido fruto de tentativas antigas minhas, mas nao estou achando e nem sabendo procurar de onde configurei isso. Eu prciso remover isso antes de criar uma nova automação….

Hi Manychat team,My Facebook account is automatically redirected to an existing Manychat profile when I try to connect my Facebook Page to my current Manychat account.This is an old Manychat account that I already deleted. I don't get any option to choose my current account. Instead, I am redirected to a Manychat workspace saying: “You don't have a channel.”I need to connect my Facebook Page to my current Manychat account, which already has around 600 contacts. I therefore cannot simply start over with another account.I have already tried reconnecting several times and followed the troubleshooting steps, but the issue remains.I also created a support ticket requesting a manual disconnect from the old account: #558361, but I still haven't received a response.This is becoming quite urgent because I receive hundreds of comments on Facebook every day, and I currently have to manually send people the link instead of using my Manychat automation.Could a Manychat moderator please help escalat

Hello. Few months back i used the free version of manychat where i used automated comment responses. When people commented on my posts they would get a private reply. It was working well. Then i decided to use the paid version but for some reason I couldn’t pay through my card, so I couldn’t purchase the pro version. As i hit the limit of free use I stopped using manychat from that time. But now i am facing some weird problem where the bot is still sending private messages to the people who are commenting on my facebook posts. And providing wrong information to the people who are commenting. I disabled the facebook page that was connected to manychat and even removed it but still automated private messages are going to the people who are commenting on my posts. I am in very big trouble. Is anyone facing the same problem ? Can anyone help ??

Hello, I have set up an automation in tiktok where they are to send private message me a keyword to trigger an automation.  I have received over 300 messages and they are all going to my “Message Request” folder all sending me the keyword and nothing is being triggered.   Is there a cap on this?   This was working fine as of yesterday and then all of sudden no automation being triggered.  

My Instagram integration is working correctly. Keyword automations and DM triggers work, but the 'When someone new follows you' trigger never fires. I have already reconnected Instagram, and new followers are not triggering the Follow to DM automation. Could you please check whether Follow to DM is properly enabled for my workspace?

hi i am a content creator using manychat for comment-dm with my followers but i found out that its not safe and could harm your instagram account...my dm have been restricted for 30 days and all my bussiness goes down and i tried erveyway to remove the restriction but nothing worked

On a free subscription first the dm on comments was working fineDm on new follower doesn’t work at all.. tried everythingI’m on a 14 day trial now (not yet paying) hoping smth would get better.. but it doesntsometimes the trigger works but many often all of the sudden it doesn’t and I don’t understand why So this is not at all smooth yetAnyone had this before and worked it out?Also what could be an issue is that 1 of my posts that has a trigger, doesnt even show up in manychat.. It’s a post with 2 pictures, could that be the issue? 

I used that function a few months ago. But now its just does not work anymore. I refreshed permissions but it just doenst work. Its the most important function for me. How to solve that?

I’m running a Facebook ad that uses a Manychat automation with the User clicks a Facebook Ad trigger. The ad is currently live in Meta Ads Manager, and I want to make some edits to the automation.Before editing, I plan to pause the ad in Ads Manager, update the automation in Manychat, reactivate the trigger, and then turn the ad back on.My question is: when I do this, does it affect Meta’s learning phase for the ad, or will the campaign continue learning normally after the ad is turned back on?

Hi everyone! I’m trying to connect my TikTok account to ManyChat, but I’m having an issue that I believe may be related to a recent TikTok app update.According to the ManyChat tutorial, I should be able to switch my TikTok account to a Business/Corporate Account. However, when I follow the steps in the current TikTok app, I don’t see an option to simply switch to a Business/Corporate Account.The only option I’m seeing is “Business Verification”, which asks me to provide company information and upload CNPJ (brazilian documentation).I don’t want to go through business verification or submit my CNPJ. I only want to change the account type so I can connect my TikTok account to ManyChat.Has anyone experienced the same issue after the recent TikTok update? Is there another way to switch to a Business/Corporate Account without going through Business Verification or providing a CNPJ?I’d really appreciate any help or guidance! 🙏

  SERIOUS ERROR: ManyChat is sending messages to everyone even though I didn't mention a keyword that would necessarily trigger an automation. I've tried everything for months, but I just can't figure it out. I've already tried the usual things, like checking to see if there's an automation that says “next post” or a general one that triggers every time someone says “word.” Please help!   ERROR GRAVE: manychat dispara a todo el mundo aunque no comenté una palabra clave que activé necesariamente una automatización? intenté de todo hace meses pero nunca puedo resolverlo. ya intenté lo típico, como por ejemplo revisar si hay alguna automatización que diga "siguiente publicación" o una general que active cada vez que la persona dice "palabra". ayuda por favor
