I've been waiting for months for ManyChat to finally allow TikTok integration. Honestly, it's getting frustrating.I'm based in France and this delay is holding back my automations and campaign management.Does anyone have a workaround, maybe using N8N or another tool, to automate with TikTok anyway?I’m open to any serious solutions. Hello everyone, I need some help!I’m trying to access the Website channel inside ManyChat to add a widget to my site, but the URL https://manychat.com/channels/website returns a 404 error. I also noticed that under my account settings, the Website channel doesn’t appear as an available option.Is this feature no longer supported?Or is it available only for the workspace owner or certain plans?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! 🙏

Hello community! I want to know, if Whatsapp users that interact with my account and send messages count as contacts or if they are kept separate. Also, if I already have an existing contact list of Whatsapp users that have interacted with me, can I import them in Manychat and would I have to get their permission to send them messages again, even though I got that permission in the past? Thank you for your help! :)

Hola, he creado un canal de whatsapp desde manychat con un número nuevo mio y ha ido todo correcto, y en Meta ya se ve en el administrador de WhatsApp y está activo, hasta ahi todo perfecto. La siguiente vez que me logueo a Manychat si le doy al canal de WhatsApp me vuelve a apaecer la pantalla de crear uno nuevo, no está el que ya cree y si sigo los pasos con el mismo nuevo número da error, imagino que es porque ya está asignado. Le ha ocurrido esto a alguien? Como lo solvento? desde Meta puedo suprimir la conexión con Manychat, y empezar de nuevo pero no se si eso me desbloquea del todo el nuevo número para usarlo de nuevo. Os agradezco alguna ayuda.Fernando

Pessoal, migrei minha estrutura pro manychat e no momento farei só campanhas para o whatsapp pelo meta ads; minha pergunta é, eu consigo ver de qual anúncio um lead veio subindo a conversa olhando no início da conversa?Percebi que tem a função “O usuário seleciona o anúncio para iniciar uma conversa no WhatsApp” e no gatilho coloco o ou os anúncios; o problema seria ficar adicionando sempre anúncios novos nesse gatilho ou ficar retirando anúncios que não estão perfomando bem. E para esse cenário, caso eu coloque todos os meus anúncios aqui para dar início a esse mesmo fluxo na automação, o manychat me falaria em qual anúncio esse lead veio? Grato.  

Hi all, SO i had previously made an account but haven’t used for a long time. I logged in with Google and connected my new IG. Now I realise I had originally created my account with Facebook.I want to disconnect IG from the Google log in but I cannot access it as it says the email already in use (which it is via the Facebook log in) so I can’t connect IG in the correct place with my other channels and cannot disconnect as I cannot even verify to get into the settings! So confused what to do. I do not want to log into google for IG and log in via Facebook for tip tok & FB page - help!

I’m in uttermost shocked for being charged twice! I had a page on Instagram that I deleted but got charged anyway by many chats. I would kindly want my subscription on ‘Jish’ to be forwarded to my ‘money.with.jish’ account.  No! I can’t be paying twice for a service that I haven’t utilised!!

(in the first automation the service is explanied inside whatsapp) I set up Conversion API in Manychat, do I need set up conversion API for the site too? (with Stape or similar tool). Ok so I’ve been trying to set this up for days.  I did the automation steps correctly, and tested it on another one of my IG accounts, and when I comment the word, its not following through with the steps! I tried finding solutions on you tube, the manychat site, chatgpt, and I cannot get it to work. Super frustrating.  Please give me all of the tips/advice.  thank you!

hola amigos, cambie mi numero que tenia en androide a un iphone, pero lo tenia con coexistencia en manychat, no se que hize pero logre que funcionara en el teléfono nuevo, pero al poco tiempo whatsapp me mando un bloqueo temporal por 6 horas, que pasará? ¿Seguirá funcionando con manychat? o alguna idea para seguir usando mi mismo número, ya que tengo campaña de menajes activa, estoy en espera de que se cumpla el bloqueo de 6 horas,

Is anyone else experiencing auto responses being sent in Instagram to contact DMs when the trigger word is not present in the message?

Hi,I'm experiencing an issue with my Instagram automations.I’ve set up a system where, when someone comments a specific keyword on my post, they receive an automatic reply like "Check your DMs" and then get a direct message.However, the automation doesn’t seem to work consistently. Sometimes it replies as expected, but other times it doesn't reply at all — neither in the comments nor in the DMs. It feels random.This inconsistency is causing confusion for my audience and affects the performance of my posts.Could you please help me understand: Why the automation might be failing intermittently? If there are any limits or conditions that could be blocking or delaying the automation? How I can ensure more consistent performance? Thanks in advance for your help! 

How do I send multiple product links for one reel. For example I'm featuring 5 products and I want to send out 5 links at a time when someone comments on this post.

Hey manychat Team, Recently I used the manychat application for the 14 days ago and i used the free trial for the last 14 days, it was good for my Instagram account.And then the free trail session was completed, and i having the 18k contacts from the trail. After that it asked $125 Now I deleted all my contacts, and now also it asks $125 dollar.Can you clear this issue?

Why does uploading vertical videos in ManyChat damage the quality?Manychat support confirmed that it looks pixelated on the mobile Instagram app. However, they also tested it on the desktop version, where it looks fine.This issue occurs only on the Instagram app on mobile devices, and they asked me to create a post in this community to gather votes before they investigate it.I’m sure many of you find this irritating.
