I’ve finished one automation but can't select this automation when go to Facebook ads.this message showMessage flow doesn’t exist To use a message flow from Manychat, you need to first create and save a message flow on Manychat.

Manychat integration suddenly disappeared from the Partner Apps sectionPreviously, we could always see and manage Manychat under “Partner Apps,” but now it’s no longer showing up — even though the connection between Manychat and our page is still active.

Estou criando algumas automações via N8N com o Manychat, porém estou enfretando o seguinte problema:Quando envio uma requisição de CreateSubscriber o contato é criado dentro do ManyChat, porém, os únicos campos que estão sendo preenchidos são os nomes e o número de WhatsApp, enquanto que os campos de email e telefone não estão sendo preenchidos nesse contato que foi criado.O que me causa estranheza é que eu já pedi (e me foi concedida) a autorização para importar contatos por email e telefone.

Hola amigos, es mi primer post en el foro… 😃 Tengo un inconveniente y quisiera aclarar si es algo recurrente (por lo de que Coexistencia está en fase BETA) o es algo que me pasa sólo a mí (para abrir un ticket).A las personas que usan Coexistencia con Manychat, les ha pasado que simplemente en un punto deja de sincronizarse todo? No aparecen los chats en el chat en vivo (pero sí en la app nativa) no funcionan los flujos, ni nada que tenga configurado dentro de Manychat para esa cuenta en especifico.  Estaría agradecido si me cuentan sus experiencias… Saludos.

Hi all, I’ve successfully connected ManyChat with WhatsApp using coexistence and have things running fairly well so far. However, I’m struggling with implementing a smooth human handoff.My business often requires a personal touch after the chatbot handles the initial inquiries, but I haven’t found a consistent or reliable way to transfer the conversation to a live agent. I also can’t seem to identify any payloads or variables in ManyChat that distinguish between user-generated and automated/AI messages.Has anyone here successfully implemented a WhatsApp chatbot with a seamless human handoff? Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated.

I have tried a dozen times now to connect my business TikTok account to ManyChat. It keeps telling my that my account isn’t a business account and gives me a message to switch it, even though it is a business account.  1) I have a business account, 2) I have reviewed and confirmed all the info provided. Can someone explain this? I am US-based and was told this wasn’t available yet in the US but that now it was. Please can someone help? ManyChat doesn’t offer support - I really think this stinks!I’m attaching the screen shot that shows me trying to connect the biz account followed by the screenshot of the message I get.

Hi guys, I just wanted to set up a new automation to welcome new followers. I have updated permissions and want to create the first message but can’t use the variables. Specifically I would find it very useful to greet them by first name. Anyone experiencing the same problem or have a solution for it?  

I need some help to send customer notifications via API. I am receiving a notification from an external service everytime our customers get paid. I would like to send customers a WhatsApp notification about payments they received, incl. the amount. I have done this succesfully with https://api.manychat.com/fb/sending/sendContent for Instagram notifications, but I can’t seem to make it work for WhatsApp notifications. I also tried to solve this with templates, but I can’t trigger templates from external APIs.Does anyone know how to send a custom message to a WhatsApp contact via API? 

Hi so as part of my Instagram DM automation, I’ve implemented the AI step to engage with commenters, and hopefully lead them to my monetized content. The number one complaint I get is the AI instantly answering, and I have not yet figured out how to fix this. I am not connecting it to chatgpt or anything. Everything else is working well, but its a shame as this (allong with little to no chat context/memory) seems to ruin the user experience. I would appreciate any help or workarounds.

Are there best practices to avoid our account being flagged as spam or limited? I hate that the first initial message comes with a button, it gives away that this is not a natural conversation. I want the customer to respond naturally, not hit a button is there anyway to get rid of that button?

So, since a few weeks I have issues with my broadcasts. There are enough funds in my account, but broadcasts I schedule for like next week don’t get approved on time to be send out by Manychat.Because of this, we missed a lot of business during a last online event. Anyone who knows how to deal with this?Normally my messages always got approved within a few hours, now they never get approved and also not disapproved.

Hi, everybody. I run a retail shop and we’re having some trouble to identify witch ad brought a customer to our whatsapp, instagram and facebook account. While on meta platform the message come like this:We don’t have this record on the manychat’s platform. How can we get the ad id or another info to track from wich ad this customer came?

Has anyone run into the issue of seeming to be stuck in the basic builder? I am pretty new to many chat but used to see the full Flow Builder. The chatbot keeps telling me to toggle or hit the 3 dots, but there is no toggle and the three dots only allow me to delete? I am trying to add actions to my flow but am hitting a wall. Any help would be appreciated!

Is there a launch date for when ManyChat for TikTok will be launched in the EU? It feels like we’ve been hearing “coming soon” for months now 😊 I really hope it’s actually happening soon, because sending every single link manually on TikTok takes so much time. Hello, As can be seen above, I have a Messenger Automation live that has “0” Runs. Users are commenting the correct Keywords and are receiving the auto-reply comment but are not receiving the DM in Messenger. This has happened for several of my previous Automations with the same set up. This has only started happening in the last few weeks. Prior to this, the same set up was working fine. Any idea what might be causing this issue? Some things that may be useful to know: I refreshed permissions for FB after this went live but it didn’t have an effect. Instagram Automations of the same type are working fine without issue. I do delete my all my contacts on a regular basis.After refreshing my permissions I now have the below error message pop up but sure if relevant.
