I have a question, how do I set the visit profile button in dm to open my page on Instagram.When i link my page url to a button it opens it in browser not Instagram appbut I've seen pages that in dm. they have button visit profile in direct message that opens their page in Instagram app

After spending about 5 hours solid I still cannot use Manychat. I have tried logging in with business meta etc etc but nothing happens. I have several pages, and several instagram accounts. I just want to use manychat on ONE instagram account. Is there anyone who can help me out here? I am going crazy...

Hi I get a lot of Meta spam bots fishing for my account info. Right now with many chat I have to right click and type out delete individually for every single one. Is there plans to have a multi select and delete feature added? Because I am typing ‘delete’ 5+ times a day right now for messages instagram auto ignores on their end.

My bot sends “This is a default reply. please change it by editing the flow "Generic Default Reply" to whoever text me whatever. I tried to change Default relpy in setting but i did not work. PLS help me

Hello Guys,  I would like to know how the pricing works and if its possible to reduce the cost or monthly payments. I'm currently using Manychat just for the automatization by key words, and in the type of job that I have we just talk to a contact once and then we don't necessarily need to have any type of interaction with that contact again. So it doesn't make any sense to me to be accumulating contacts or paying for then after months. It's there any option to me? or I just have to accept that this platform doesn't adjust to my necessities? I felt in love with Manychat so I hope you can help me to find a way to use it properly for my business without overpaying just for contacts.

I have two Instagram DM automations in ManyChat that call an n8n webhook. One account “somehow” worked at first. I cloned the n8n workflow for a second account — it didn’t work. After a lot of trial/error I got the second one to work, but now the first one stopped working. I keep refreshing tokens/URLs and sometimes it magically works… most of the time it doesn’t. I’m not fixing a clear bug; I’m just replacing the same actions and praying. It feels unstable.

However, my card was already charged even though I’m still within the trial period and haven’t agreed to continue.Has anyone else experienced this? How did you resolve it? Hey guys,I have two automations currently and both work fine for all videos except one video - so whenever someone comments the keywords under this specific video the automation does not get triggert. But for all other reels it does - did anyone have this issue yet?I even created a flow only for this reel to see if it helps but it does not help.Anyone can help?Thank you!Lisa :)   

My automation works like this:1. Lead or I start the conversation…..2. Lead ends up booking a slot on my calendarIs there a way to send a reminder for that call more than 24 hours after the last interaction, i ask because i saw that there is some way i guess in Messenger with tag event_update but i just want to be sure how it is for instagramI see that there is a tag called Human_Agent as well, does anybody know if there is a tag that allows this.These messages will just be a reminder for the lead about a meeting that we had scheduled, so nothing scammy 

You update your website on a daily basis. Maybe it is time to update your Android mobile app so the answers are not placed on top of the conversation until the next answer which is then placed on top of the conversion….. It has been like that for as long as I can remember and should be easy to fix.

I have a client who would like to know how much revenue for her business has come from the Manychat automations that I built for her.I know this can be done via the Manychat Pixel and logging money events.But I am unsure how reliable the pixel is - so I am also wondering if this could also be tracked via a Make scenario instead? ie When ‘this purchase’ is made in Shopify, check for “this button click” in Manychat - and if so send a conversion event back to Manychat and log the revenue.Would love any thoughts about which might be easier and more reliable - and possible! Thx

Hello,I have been testing and testing and TESTING my first flow that collects emails through Instagram DM’s. In the flow I set up a tag in the action when they give me their email. The tag assigns them to the insta campaign I used to get them to join me in the DM’s. Anyway, the emails are transferring over into MailChimp just fine, however, the tag does not come with them.Can you suggest any ideas how to fix this? I need these ManyChat emails addresses to be properly tagged in the future so I can send them the correct automated email over in MailChimp. Thanks for your help!!

HOla, tengo una duda con respecto a la eliminacion de contactos, al tener campañas activas con destino whatsapp recibo muchos mensajes pero un gran % no concreta nada, al borrar esos contactos de manychat, si en un futuro ellos me vuelven a contactar ya no pueden hacerlo? quedan con algun tipo de bloqueo? o simplemente cuando vuelvan a escribir se agregan como un contacto nuevo?
