I have just created a new automation where I send a message with a button for a form. After saving the automation Manychat says it is online. When I come back to look results two of the three triggers are turned off. Manychat just keeps the Story trigger activated. The trigger for Post or Reel and the trigger for Live are automatically turned off.I´m using a PRO account and a verified Instagram account.How can I keep all the triggers on?  

Hi. I am programming an automation on Windows+Chrome, and the constant autosaving is bugging out the interface and interrupting everything, from typing, text selection and even sometimes prompting the deletion of automation steps becuase it interrupts whatever I was doing and then captures certian keystrokes equivalent to deletion commands.It will be extremely beneficial to let us set up the frequency of autosaving during automation editing. For me, anything other than constant real-time saving would be better to stop this annoyance, which is almost making the use of Manychat unbearable.My recommendation is to offer: Real-time (current), every 10s, every minute, or every 10 minutes. Perhaps you have a better idea, though.Best regards

When the system receives the webhook from meta it includes the metadata, like IGSID and CTWACLID that allows the dataset events to be attributed to the user… but how can I have access to this data through manychat? Id apreciate this information, thanks.

I’ve been using manychat off and on for a long time and it has worked wonderfully for automation. However, the last few automations I’ve created do not trigger and I cannot figure out what I’m doing wrong. I had the basic plan and triggering seemed to be no problem. I upgraded to see if that was the issue (paying $25/month), and its still not fixed.

When I try to share my flow the link comes up to a screen that says “Sorry, this flow is unavailable” I am trying to share the flow with a client and have no clue why this is happening. Please assist, I need this badly.  

I'm trying to link my instagram to manychat but my instagram was connected to an old facebook account that got hacked and deleted. I can no longer log into that facebook to grant manychat access to my instagram. Is there a work around for this?

Hi Guys,When I go to make a new automation, I click all posts and reels, but none of my posts or reels show up in the box. My Ig account is connected. None of my triggers are working new or old.

I accidentally removed the page from my Instagram profile and now multichat doesn't work for me, as if I didn't have it. I put it back but it still doesn't work. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Help!How do I use ManyChat to generate conversations and leads on my WordPress website?I saw that FB Messenger no longer plugs direct to the website. So there has to be a dedicated plugin. I tried using a couple of third party plugins but nothing is working. Can anyone help?This just seems like a no-brainer, but no dice. Please advise. 

Summary of My FlowAn external request that fetches data from a Google Sheets spreadsheet and stores it as a custom field. An external request that uses the captured data to generate a response with ChatGPT.Part 1 of my flow is working as shown bewlow  Part 2 of my flow presents an error when trying to pass the custom field to ChatGPT. I recently changed my Instagram name but still have the same Instagram account.  So my facebook is now under new name, Instagram and stan.store link.  I don’t want to lose my contacts so I really don’t want to remove my Instagram.  How do I change it so it will link to my new name.  Example:  I was lifechangeaffiliate and changed to the_kriskonnection.  

I have recently hanged my instagram username, and no matter how many times I update permissions in manychat, or how many times I try to disconnect and reconnect manychat in my fb back end, I cannot get things working again. Can anyone help?

Hi everyone!  I’ve got a problem with my automation in Manychat, I hope you could help me.When users send multiple sequential messages, the assistant only processes the first one or restarts the conversation, sending duplicate messages. Anyone knows how can I fix this error? Thank you.

Do you or do you not need a credit card for the free plan? The pricing page shows no credit card needed but the directions show that you do need one - and when I try to activate the free trial since it shows us as using 0/1000 contacts, it won’t let me without a credit card. We have one account with a paid plan and automations are fine there, but the other account with the free plan will not work account.I deleted all automations on the free plan - I had tried to set several up but was unable to make them live so they haven’t been used.Super frustrating that it’s so hard to ask manychat.
