What happened to Ai step .. whenever people send a message now, it doesn't respond!

I got the free version at the moment and use it for Instagram comment reply.I did eight campaigns so far and used four keywords. When activating a new campaign, the app tells my i can’t do that without upgrading to pro.Did i reach a limit somehow?What am i missing? 

Hi - I have an account set up to send an invitation to our broadcast list on a timer set to go out 23 hours after the last interaction with a contact.The invitation is being sent correctly initially with the message inviting them join and then the follow up button where they can actually opt in.  You can see that in this photo:   But then,  about an hour later it sends the initial message again, but without the follow up opt in message.  See below:  This has been happening for several days on multiple conversations so far.Obviously we don’t want it sending that first message twice - and especially not without an option to actually sign up 😅Any ideas on why it’s doing this?

I am developing an integration between ManyChat and the OpenAI API to create an interactive chat experience, personalizing a virtual assistant based on user inputs. The process involves capturing a description provided by the user, storing it in a Custom User Field (CUF) in ManyChat, and using this variable in an HTTP request to the OpenAI API.I have encountered difficulties in getting the variable containing the user's description to be recognized and properly processed in the JSON structure of the HTTP request body. The "Send External Request" action is configured with all necessary details, including the OpenAI API URL, POST method, and header (Content-Type: application/json), but the CUF variable does not seem to be transmitted properly.Furthermore, after several hours of attempting, the functionality sometimes starts working as expected, only to stop working again without any changes on my part. Hi everyone,I'm hoping to get some advice on a specific issue I'm facing with my Instagram account linked to ManyChat. I've set up ManyChat to send automated DMs with a link to my app whenever someone comments a certain word on my video. It works well, except for a problem I'm encountering with Android users.When these users receive the DM and click on the link, Instagram asks them to click "Continue" to open the external browser. However, the external browser doesn't open as it should. The workaround seems to be that users need to go into their Instagram settings and manually allow external links to be opened from DMs, but realistically, no one is going to do that.Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any tips on how I can fix this so that the link opens directly in an external browser on Android phones without requiring users to change their settings?Appreciate any help or insights you can provide!

hello everyone i’m new to manychati trying to trigger manychat flow when user click on facebook ads by using JSON Adsbut i’m not sure if i can pass some of facebook ads attribute like campaign_id, ad_id to the custom field in manychat when manychat is triggered. i’ll be very thankful if you guy could provide me some solutions or some keywords that i can research further. 

Anyone else’s images in Instagram DM automations showing up small?? My card/gallery pictures show up perfect but regular images are being sent through really small. What dimensions are you using for Images in Instagram Automations?

Hey, I notice that the manychat conversation starters won’t pop up if the client is a returning client. Is there a way to make the conversation starters appear every time a user wants to message us?

Why do you launch a Beta version (Better navigation is here) that is not workning??????? You must be sure about the Beta because tis is creating a big frustration. It is so difficult to work now. When will you fix it???

Hi team, My understanding is that Manychat will ONLY connect with page, not profiles. Is that right?Secondly, Messenger Kids will only connect with profiles, right?We are launching a membership for kids around healthy eating, and if the parents give permission, want to provide the education and content directly to the children (without any option for them to upgrade or spend money or anything of the sort). I want to find a way to make this work. I need DM automation help for Instagram.The automation starts with a keyword trigger to a post/reel and a response that says "just confirming you want blah blah blah - with a button that confirms the trigger"The person pushes the button which triggers them to say the button text. Which then triggers another message that says "okay just drop your best email below so I can send you the link"The person responds with their email.That's where I'm stuck. Once they respond back with their email, what is the automation step that recognizes they have responded with their email and then another IG message triggers with some text and a link to the thing you're wanting to send them for next steps.Simplified:Message: confirming you want blah blah blah with button text that says "yes" >> person pushes button which triggers a "yes" message from them in DMs >> auto message sends "okay just drop your best email...">> person provides their email in DMs >> ___________I don't know

Hello, what I currently need the most help with is whether it's possible to automatically send follow-up messages if a lead doesn't respond after 23 hours and 59 minutes. Attached is the current script we're using, which should remain the same without any buttons, etc., just with an automatic follow-up. Is that possible? Important: I don't want to use any buttons.If not, what would be the minimum number of buttons that would need to be added? 

I’m concerned if thousands of users trigger my automation on a reel on Instagram and comment “live” which triggers my comment reply and dm with a link, it will get rate limited. Can someone at ManyChat confirm that I will not get rate limited if thousands of people comment “live”?

Instagram ai automation did not save answers user field and did not answer when reply came over 24 hrs. 

It would be amazing if we could capture the keyword that triggered an automation.For example, if you have multiple keywords you can see which one was used. If we have a keyword trigger like begins with or contains (let's say the key word is MENU and someone sent MENU123. We can get and manipulate MENU123 in different ways...) we could get the whole thing and manipulate. This can open a world of opportunities for us.

If I get my opt-ins on a HubSpot form along with consent to text people on HubSpot do I still have to get their consent through my first ManyChat text to them? 

Hello, I am trying to create a button in ManyChat that, when clicked in instagram app, directs the user to my Instagram profile https://instagram.com/mik888em , specifically within the Instagram app itself, rather than opening the profile in a web browser((.The problem I'm facing in a ManyChat  button is that when I use a standard URL to my Instagram profile (e.g., https://instagram.com/mik888em), it opens the profile in a web browser instead of the Instagram app. This creates a less seamless experience for the user, as they have to log in through the web or manually open the Instagram app and search for my profile.Is there a way to configure the button in ManyChat so that when users click it, they are taken directly to my profile in the Instagram app?Thank you!
