API - Error - Asks for captch

Hello. Capturing data of share contacts in telegram and whatsapp

Hi I am designing a 3 days quiz on retirement to test my audience knowledge on retirement planning and needs in my country.in day 2 and day 3 of the Quiz I will ask the audience if they have any friends that might be interested in this type of quiz as well.I will than encourage them to share their friend’s contact by using the Telegram and Whatsapp share contact feature. However I am not sure how to capture the data in my UserField.I try using {Input last Text} {Contact ID} {Phone} but it can’t capture the data directly froim the share contact feature.The worse case scenario is to tell the quiz participants to type in manually their friend’s name and contact number as that is making it way harder than purely sharing a contact.Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue?

CTWA WhatsApp → Leads no entran al flujo en ManyChat

Hola a todos 👋,Normalmente soy yo quien ayuda en la comunidad con temas de ManyChat, pero hoy soy yo quien necesita apoyo.Tenemos el siguiente problema:👉 Estamos corriendo una campaña de WhatsApp con CTWA Ads.👉 De 1900 clics en el anuncio, solo 4 usuarios llegaron al bot en ManyChat.👉 El flujo en ManyChat está configurado con triggers mediante CTWA atados al ID de cada anuncio, y también con palabras clave.👉 El anuncio usa una plantilla con Pregunta Frecuente, donde la instrucción es que el usuario haga clic para iniciar la conversación.Ya revisamos toda la configuración y no encontramos el error. También abrimos un caso con soporte de ManyChat, pero aún no recibimos respuesta.¿A alguien más le ha pasado algo parecido? 🙏¿Alguna idea de qué podemos revisar o cómo solucionarlo?¡Gracias de antemano!

Click to WhatsApp campaign – no leads showing in ManyChat

Hi everyone 👋,Usually, I’m the one helping others here with ManyChat setups, but today I really need your help.Here’s the issue we’re facing:👉 We’re running a WhatsApp campaign with CTWA Ads.👉 From 1900 ad clicks, only 4 users actually reached the bot in ManyChat.👉 The flow in ManyChat was set up with triggers: CTWA tied to each Ad ID and also keywords.👉 The ad was created using a Frequently Asked Question template, with the instruction for users to click in order to start the conversation.We’ve double-checked everything but still can’t find what’s wrong. We also submitted a support ticket to ManyChat, but haven’t received a reply yet.Has anyone experienced something similar? 🙏Any ideas on what we might be missing or how to fix this?Thanks a lot in advance!Catalina R
