Hello everyone, I would like to have some information about account management as an agency. If I sign with a customer and make him a chatbot, I must add a new account (the customer’s) in "accounts" ? Is there an additional subscription or only the one of my account that includes the others? If so, who pays in addition? Thank you in advance!

Salut, je rencontre un souci depuis quelques temps.J’ai une automatisation attachée au canal WhatsApp mais depuis que je l’ai mise en ligne, peu importe le nombre d’essai que j’essaie de faire, celle-ci ne fonctionne pas. Mais dans le chat en direct de Manychat, l’automatisation a bien été lancée mais celle-ci n’apparait pas sur WhatsApp 

Manychat was just updated to where I can’t send out more than 1 link! All of my links sent cannot be clicked? I have sent out over 200+ messages and people are very frustrated because they can’t open them! How do I get the old manychat back? I am going to have to delete my account if I can’t get this fixed!! Please help!!! 

Has anyone experienced this? For some people, when they click the follow button, it doesn’t register, they click it over and over again and it doesn’t move to the next step. It’s not everyone, but it’s troubling!  

I’m facing a small issue while using the Data Collection node in ManyChat and would really appreciate some guidance.I’ve selected the System Field: Phone to collect user phone numbers. However, I noticed that it is accepting numbers with as few as 7 digits, whereas I specifically want to restrict inputs to exactly 10 digits (valid Indian phone numbers).I had a couple of questions regarding this: Is there a way to enforce a fixed length (10 digits) for phone numbers in the Data Collection node? Hello, community, i can’t get this issue solve no matter how, i design a simple flow like the screenshot below: When i test this, i found that, after the AI step send the link, when i reply ‘thank you’, the AI reply ‘welcome with the link again’, how can i get this solve? i tried to prompt the AI don’t include the link in the message when saying welcome, but it doesn’t work.

I need help. My Manychat is a Spaz and has been non stop sending people the "follow" before my link. It keeps repeating the message for my potential customers. How can I stop this?

Hello,How do I get is to stop sending my auto DM after I have connected with someone? When they message it comes up my Auto DM again (when it shouldn’t)

I have tried logging in/ connecting via meta or instagram. Every time I try it just resends me back to the main login page to do it again and again and again. I do not know what is going on.

I’m doing an connection between my Landing Page and Manychat to create the contacts and starts a flow with it. The problem is: I can create the user with the endpoint: /fb/subscriber/createSubscriber, but if the contact is already in my manychat contacts base i can’t get a response from manychat that gives the subscriber id.Doing a get request by number like this: https://api.manychat.com/fb/subscriber/findBySystemField?phone={{phone_number}} it does’nt return any data about the user, even in the test on: https://api.manychat.com/swagger#/

Hello everyone,I’m sharing this because I’m really frustrated and need help or advice from other users.My Facebook account has been disabled, and as my Manychat account and my Instagram account were linked to it, I’m now completely locked out. Unfortunately, Facebook was my only way of accessing Manychat, so I currently have no way of logging in to transfer ownership of my Instagram to a new Manychat account or to cancel the paid plan.As a result, all my automations have been on hold for several days, which is directly affecting my business. Furthermore, I have not yet received a response from the Manychat support team. My ticket number is #472640.I want to share this situation here so that other users are aware of it and, above all, to find out if anyone has experienced something similar and what steps they took to resolve it.Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m only 2 days into use MC and I’m about ready to cancel. Help articles aren’t good either.  Here’s the issue. I’ve configured a simple automation that if the word GUIDE is commented on any post or reel, MC sends the user a message, ulitmately leading to them receiving a link from Kit. The link IS valid when I configure it but Many Chat sends the link but adds a bunch of characters at the end of it rendering the link useless. 

It saids this function is unavailable. How do I fix the issue?

My Instagram automations have been completely down for 4 days and I have had zero response on my support ticket (#469692).Here is exactly what happened and everything I have already tried:What caused it: When I linked my Instagram to Facebook for Reel monetization, a page was automatically created. This broke my ManyChat connection entirely.What I have done to fix it:Deleted the new Connected Page Refreshed Instagram permissions in ManyChat  Turned ON the Allow Access to Messages toggle in Instagram settings  Set Conversation Routing in Meta Business Suite to ManyChat-IG  All flows show as LIVE in ManyChatWhat is still happening: Automations are still not firing. Comment triggers, DM triggers — nothing is working.I believe this requires a manual backend reconnection on ManyChat's
