Since the system does not see these message types, the automation does not work and the messages remain unanswered, there must be a solution to this

I made a new automation but it is not working. My followers are typing info but getting nothing. I literally recreated a new automation 10 times to make sure I’m doing everything right, but it’s not working. 

Hey Guys Hoping Someone Can Help With This, Gus?So I Was In The Middle Of A Project.And then my automations suddenly stopped working completely.I’ve sent loads of triggers nothing happens. I did comment and it worked then I pressed the button on the comment-triggered message and this came up: I have had a couple messages related to suspected bot activity on my account or something along those lines but Manychat and meta work together so? Has anyone seen this before and know if there's a fix? I had this issue today. I have the same automation from previous posts but today the auto reply isn’t working. The automation is sending the DM and liking the post but not commenting. Anyone else with this issue?

I believe if you want to have automatic comment replies in Facebook, you need to switch ownership of conversations between apps. Right now we’re using meta business manager - would this cause any problems? Do you have any experience on what it looks like when Manychat has primary ownership of conversations - does it affect all conversations, even if the trigger words are not used?

Receiving the Message on WhatsApp: The user sends a message on WhatsApp, which is handled by ManyChat. 2. ManyChat Webhook to Pabbly Connect: ManyChat sends the details of the WhatsApp message to Pabbly Connect via a webhook. 3. Pabbly Connect Sends the Message to XYZ CUSTOM GPT: Pabbly Connect takes the received message and sends it to the ChatGPT API endpoint XYZ CUSTOM GPT. 4. XYZ CUSTOM GPT Processes the Message:  generates a response based on the received message. 5. Sending the Response to ManyChat: The response generated by XYZ CUSTOM GPT is sent back to ManyChat via Pabbly Connect. 6. ManyChat Sends

The triggers aren’t working on my reel because it says “for collaborative posts the automation does not work with comments on the collaborator account” but it isn’t a collaborative posts. It’s only my post. Does anyone know how to fix this?

can a i import facebook contact list with user conversation id

I have been sharing a link to my private what's app channel for months within a link or button in many chat.  Recently, however, when someone clicks my WhatsApp link, the user is not taken to the what's app channel. They are prompted to download what'sapp (even if it's already on their phone.).  It never pulls the user to the channel.Is anyone else experiencing this?The only workaround I can find is telling the user to “open the WhatsApp link in external browser.”  Most users wont go through the trouble. Any other ideas?

Is it possible to configure an automation to start with a webhook? For example, I currently use an ecommerce site where it allows you to add webhooks. Is it possible to add a trigger that starts an automation in WhatsApp that comes from a webhook?

Hi guys,I have set up a few automation flows with my Instagram account (Business account). However, we want to set our Instagram to be private before we launch (but ultimately will turn it back on Business after we launch). If I do so, will I lose all the automation flows that I have set up previously on Manychat. Thanks! 

Hi friends, how are you?I recently started using manychat and I'm really enjoying it.However, I realized that I am spending much more than expected.I saw here that there are other plan options but I can't contact anyone to help me.Do you know the best way to get support? I'm using it in Brazil and apparently there aren't many users here yet.   

I am just starting with the free version. Trying to set up a comment trigger to send a link to a website to buy.  It took a while to figure it all out because the tutorial is not working. (not confidence building) I get all set up and the preview seems to work correctly. I hit the go live button and it says I have to sign up for the Pro trial!  WTH?  I any not using any features marked as PRO and can’t find any chat help or 800#  I am quickly loosing faith that this system will work for me if I can’t even get a basic thing done.  It is NOT very intuitive. I know I must be doing something wring, but how the heck do you get any actual help around here? BTW NONE of the previous posts here have helped me figure out the issue! I need some specifics or a number to tech support or something.

My automation isn't working. I built it, two people tested it, including myself from two different Instagram accounts, and everything was fine. However, it doesn't start for a friend of mine. He has tested my automations before, so we don't understand what the problem is. It doesn't work for him with two different keywords either. Where should I look for the issue?

I’m reaching out regarding an issue we’ve been experiencing with our automation. We’ve set up an automation to respond only to specific keywords, but it seems to be replying to all Instagram stories, even when the keyword isn’t mentioned. Additionally, it sometimes triggers multiple automations at once, which is causing confusion and frustration for both us and our audience.This is for a large account with a significant following, and this issue is making it harder to streamline our processes rather than simplifying them.
