Gostaria de tirar essa dúvida, porque eu não consigo apagar os contatos não inscritos somente os inscritos, eu pago pelos contatos não inscritos e eles são contabilizados por exemplo no meu plano pro de 500 contatos?

I have an automation set up and I tested it multiple different ways and noticed if I do not click on the button to go to an outside link that message gets sent twice. If I do click the button everything works as it should.  How do we stop the message from being sent if they don’t click on the button in the message? The ones “circled” below are the ones firing off twice - these are also linked to outside links such as facebook group, addevent calendar, and a meditation.

Hi,I have set up an automated acknowledge for messages on Instagram, and every time “Automation powered by manychat” is added and I cannot remove it in my settings on manychat (or I haven’t found a way to do so).It just looks very unprofessional to me, if I send an acknowledge to clients I work with.I’ve seen other accounts use automation and they don’t have this extra comment added.Is there even a way to remove this notification, if I use a free account?If yes, please let me know if you know how to remove it. :) Thank you.Kind regardsTina

I noticed there are two message options: within the 24-hour window and outside it. Will the second option meet our needs?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, all. My name is Eduardo, and I’m currently a developer for a small chilean agency that offers services to real estate companies.I’m trying to fetch external data from a CRM to populate a reply . There are indications that this is doable, but I’m stuck because there is not a dynamic block available as a WhatsApp reply. Is there any way to do this via an external request? Hi, Over the last 2 days, I have gotten comments on my posts for automation to send a DM. On the post, I can see I have comments, but when I open them, nothing appears. In my manychat, it shows 0% CTR so despite there being comments; the automation isn’t going through. Is this a manychat or Instagram issue? Thanks!

Last week my Meta account was hacked and the hacker deleted my FB Business page that is tied to manychat pro account.  Now my automations are not firing in Instagram.  This is costing me thousands of dollars a week in loss of sales.I created a new FB business page, but cant figure out how to switch out the old one that is gone (Says I dont have sufficent rights) because it doesnt exist. How to disable and enable my new business page?

When I receive a message. Detect when you send a media message. I didn't see it in these options. When a user sends a media message, what should I write instead of the keyword? To detect the media message?

However, despite testing it with several accounts, I've noticed that it's not functioning as expected.Initially, it worked smoothly with my primary account, where I tested it by commenting on posts made by real individuals. However, even with the same account, I'm no longer receiving any messages in my DMs when I comment with the keyword "extract." I created an automation for Instagram and it says it's active but it's not working. Everything seems to be connected, I refreshed the page, deleted the video and re-uploaded and it still doesn't work. what could be the problem?
