Hello!I’ve tring to send some data to update a custom filed in Manychat contact but I could not find way to do it.I tried use a GET and POST method, I could create a subscried but  not update the contact. Tring to use the  GET method I realised that the GET method does not bring me the complete data and the POST method to update ou set a custom field need a subscried_id field to update.I need find a way to get manychats subscribed_id to update the contact informationSomebody could help me?

I’m new to manychat and have created a simple keyword triggered Instagram message to deliver a lead magnet. The automation has been running, but my question is now I’ve just added a smart delay followup message. So will the contacts that were in the automation from before receive the followup message? Or will the followup only be sent to those who trigger the automation after the update was published? 

Wanted to start this thread here to post any updates as it seems there is a widespread outage for a large amount of users involving their Instagram Automations not being triggered, and also the Live Chat section not populating when receiving inbound messages.If you’re also experiencing any type of issue with automations not working, etc. please reply to this thread...Notes:Seems the problem began on May 30th, 2024, sometime between 6-11pmEST. I currently have no updates after checking Meta/Instagram Server/API Status updates pages, as well as the ManyChat status page. Last time I checked was 9:54amEST, May 31st.

Hello,I have successfully set up my any comment flow for my posts, but how do I change the settings to limit how many responses someone gets so if they comment and engage with a lot of my content they wont be sent the same message over and over again? Is there a way to put a delay so that it only sends if they have not engaged after 24-48 hours or something like that? Thanks in advance :)

I’m new.  I have an existing Facebook leads ad that I run off and on for about a year.  Can I create a Manychat flow to help with it or do I need to start a new ad and use a traffic or engagement type of ad for it?

I need to take chat history after automation finished. I will use the lead system of pipedrive. How can I export chats and when I use webhook to export datas and informations, where do I find chat history in POST request ( or can I do this with new custom fields, if it is like; How can I trigger all messages?

I pay for the Manychat pro and use it on my IG daily, but can’t connect it to my FB business page (it just connects to a backup business page I have).When I do go into the page I have connected to manychat, it says I need to have pro for Facebook as well. Is this right? Or should my pro account work on my IG and my facebook already?

I'm experiencing the same issue. The auto-reply function has been down for three days now, and I've been in continuous communication with the support team. They keep asking me to perform repetitive checks, which I've done multiple times, including reconnecting everything. I'm starting to feel that spending money on this service is not worth it, especially since the subscription model requires us to pay even when the system is down. I'm not sure whether I should cancel the subscription and switch to a different system. Are you considering stopping your subscription?

I'm trying to add a profile with my account with this Facebook account but the profile is linked with another one that was cancelled by Facebook, and for this reason I'm not be able to access and give the permissions to the new account.How Can I access to an account that facebook cancelled?How Can I add the profiles if I can't access to the other account to release them?Please Help me! 

Hey all! So a day or so ago ALL my automations stopped working. I did recently upgrade from free to pro… and I thought maybe something went wrong there. But I hadn’t changed any settings.  I also deleted my connected Facebook page and set up a new one because someone else had claimed it! But that was after automations stopped.  I have tried to refresh permissions, delete them and start again… nothing 🥲Any ideas? Thank you!

Hi everyone,My payment failed, and as a result, my account was downgraded from a paid account to a free account. Consequently, my automations were not sent on Instagram. It took me 2-3 days to notice and fix my payment method, and now my account is back to being a paid account.During those 2-3 days, many people commented on my posts but did not receive private messages in return. Is there a way to re-trigger the automation for those who didn't receive messages?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi! I signed up for Pro trial & used the mailing list template ( freebie for email address) Has worked for some people using the trigger word and not others. How can I see which users the automation has failed on, why this happened and how to prevent this in future please? maybe i did something wrong? If it's not fixable,I won't continue with the pro account as my main aim is to grow my mailing list.  Thanks. 

Hey hello! Does anybody experienced issues with displaying images in card gallery on ios devices in messenger? Tried different aspect ratios 1:1 1.91:1 - when i receive it in messenger app on iphone/ipad it is always streched / zoomed so image content doesn’t fit.For example:Original image: Desktop messenger works great:Instagram app - works great too. But on ios messenger app is like:Any ideas? Is it only on ios messenger?Fo testing purpose you can run it here

Hey Manychat Fam! So I'm not sure what I did, but I've been trying to connect my instagram and it keeps saying that a request was sent and that I need to contact the owner of the many chat account to gain access. “Your request has been sent. Please ask owner of Manychat account with this page to approve your request”I’ve tried going into my Facebook account but have no idea how to approve this request. I’ve tried everything at this point.  If anyone knows how to resolve this issue, I’d be so grateful!
