Hi, I am curious if other people are having this error. When I try to assign a tag manually on manychat I get get an error saying “user_id cannot be blank”Adding tags using API still works for some reason.I would like to hear more from you guys

The pricing page says Pro is $15, but when I click “Become pro”, I’m led to my dashboard with only a “Renew subscription” link at the top. When I click that, there is a $25 item in my cart called Marketing Automation with no mention of the Pro plan on the page. So did you change the Pro plan to this new thing and increase the price?

HelloI want to have a work flow like belowWhen user comments→ They get a DM asking to follow if they aren’tfollowing the instagram page→ It only allows to send the link if the user follows→ user follows→ link sent. Like belowIt should look like this.Basically I don’t wanna share link without user following me. Is there a way to do this without Pro subscription? 

Hello, I am getting an error in my Messenger settings: 'No Valid Ad Accounts Shared'.​I have already clicked 'Refresh Permissions' multiple times, but the error persists. I have full control over the Ad account in the same Business Portfolio as my Facebook page 'NVTours - Your Travel Agent'.​Could you please help me fix this so I can create marketing campaigns and send messages on Messenger? I am very new to all this, so please be patient with me. I go live three nights a week and do a project. I have a flow built that connects to my website and a cartlink to the products featured in the live.  I use a keyword trigger to generate a message.  I have a different cartlink every night.  How do I duplicate my flow from night to night where all I have to do is change my keyword and cartlink?  I hope that makes sense.  

Hi.I have an issue with an integration from ManyChat to Kit. Here is the ManyChat automation: cf. screenshots.The part happening in the ManyChat DMs is working, but then my test contact (email) isn't being added to the Kit form and my Kit integration doesn't start.Meanwhile, when I opt-in directly via the Kit form, the automation starts and runs normally.So the issue seems to be in the connection between Manychat and Kit.Any advice?  

I run an agency with more than four clients and am interested in using ManyChat for all of them. Ideally, I would like to manage their social media through my ManyChat account without asking for payment from them, essentially offering this service as a "gift." Is it possible to add all their Instagram and Facebook profiles under my agency's ManyChat account, or do I need to create a separate account for each client and have them pay for it?

Hello,I’m running Facebook Instant Form ads using “Chat with leads from instant form.”In ManyChat, I can only select Facebook Ads or Instagram Ads as the trigger — not both.If I select Facebook Ads as the trigger and choose Send Message via Messenger, will that same flow automatically apply to Instagram ads and open in Instagram DMs when the ad is clicked on Instagram?If not, what is the correct way to set this up using one ad campaign and one flow, since Instant Forms appear to only allow selecting a single flow?Thanks

I want a flow where the post is an offer teaser, and when people comment how much what is the offer etc, they get the offer in their inbox with buttons to order, but the business has a new post with a new offer daily, and i can’t just create a new automation every single day, there must be a better way to do this instead of running 365 automations by the end of the year, please help me :) what can be done to do this smoothly with logic idk p.s. i need all of them to eb running and i can’t do unique trigger words 

Now, practically, what I want from the flow is I want to create a flow that I can then reuse, and that if a person sends a specific keyword that I set up previously, then it will ask him, hey, do you want to download it? where ? do you want it to your inbox or email?Practically, and I want from them their email address. That's the main goal. And no matter how we do it, it sends only the first initial message and then it stops. I used the prerdesigned simple commnt to DM flow and it doesnt work. I tried this for the entire day since morning, probably about 15 hours  - but its not firing away the entrire flow. I had 2 organic posts that I was using the comment a word to DM automation. It was working fine. I then went into Meta Ads Manager, made a Traffic Objective Ad optimizing for Instagram profile visits using these two existing posts. Now neither automation for those 2 posts work.Is there a way to resolve this? Thank you.

I'm relatively new to ManyChat, but I have a specific question:I'm having trouble sending sales information from my WhatsApp channel to META. I create a new flow and add a META ACTION/EVENT at the end, but ManyChat won't let me select the pixel to which I want to send this information.Also, the "META ACTION/EVENT" field in the flow only allows me to enter the sale price. This doesn't make sense because I have over 200 products, and the price changes constantly; it's not fixed. How can I send the exact price to META through the pixel?How can I solve these two problems? Could someone help me?

Hey guysI’m seeing a forced ~5 minute delay on Instagram story reply automations, even when the flow is set to respond immediately. This only seems to have started recently.I’m currently on ManyChat Pro, so I wanted to check: Is this an intentional change or an Instagram/API requirement? Does this apply to all plans, including Pro and Business? Is this expected behaviour going forward, or potentially temporary? Hey y’all — I’m hoping someone can help me troubleshoot this 👀I created a broadcast subscription sequence where users should: Receive the “Subscribe to updates” prompt Click to subscribe Then automatically move through the rest of the sequence Here’s the issue: The sequence is not completing once someone subscribes Some people (who already follow me or have past DM history) are randomly receiving only the “Subscribe to our updates” message They do not receive the actual subscribe button or the follow-up messages in the sequence As a result, they’re stuck and never enter the full automation Everything appears to be connected, but parts of it are showing as not connected or not triggering correctly. HiI have an issue I had not had before with smart delays.I have message sequences with several smart delays. All work but not the last. It was working but since my last update of the sequence (just message content changes) I get an error messages.I set the smart delay to 23 hours and it tells me it need to be below 24 hours (???). Even if I put one hour I get an error. Then I tried minutes and it also only accepts if it is 23 minutes or below.I really think this is some kind of glitch. It was working before without any issue.
