Hi everyone,I need some urgent help regarding a ManyChat account.The current owner of the account is no longer connected to our business, and we want to completely remove their access—including all integrations, settings, and admin rights. Unfortunately, we do not have access to their login and cannot coordinate with them directly.Does anyone know how to: Disconnect all integrations and remove the former owner’s access? Transfer full ownership of the account to a new admin without needing the current owner’s involvement? Would really appreciate any guidance or experiences from others who’ve gone through something similar. Thanks so much in advance!

I have a trigger YELLOWSTONE and the URL is correct for that ebook, but manychat keeps sending a completely different URL that goes to the NORTHEAST BUNDLE - which is a completely different thing. I’ve deleted and started over - it still does the exact same thing. It’s the only one (that I know of) out of the 17 I set up yesterday to do this weird switch. Please help.

Can I get Manychat to reply to comments on a facebook PROFILE in other words the profile for me? Or does it have to be a PAGE? Because I just did a live stream from my page and had people comment a specific word to get my free gift and I got about 500 replies! I never expected that. But this is on my profile not my business page

How do I filter conversations using the new tags feature? I want to see only the conversations that have a specific tag. On mobile it’s easy to do this, but on the desktop browser version I can’t find where to apply this filter.

When WhatsApp is linked & Approved on Manychat, does Manychat controls this WABA?That means the WABA is locked to ManyChat's platform and Meta intentionally restricts direct API access to itself directly. Is this is by design? ie. ManyChat manages the API layer on my behalf. I ask this because I’m trying to build a Make workflow to send an HTTP scenario from Google Sheets directly to a WhatsApp number via the META Whatsapp API. Hi ,I'm running into an issue after disconnecting and reconnecting my WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to Manychat. Here’s what happened: I originally had my WhatsApp number connected to Manychat and everything was working fine.   The WABA was verified and connected to a shared credit line in Meta Business Manager. Recently, I had to delete and reconnect the WhatsApp integration inside Manychat. After doing that, Manychat seems to have created a new WABA instance, and now: I see “Access removed” next to the original credit line in Business Manager. Hi everyone! I've set up an automation and I'm seeing a very worrying discrepancy between my "Sent" and "Delivered" metrics, and I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what's going wrong.Here is how my flow works: Trigger: User leaves a comment on a Facebook post. Message #1: Bot sends a message with a button asking them to confirm they want a link to a free test. (Sent as 'as Private Reply'). Action: User clicks the button, receives the message with the link, and a Smart Delay of 45 minutes starts. Message #2: A follow-up message checking in on their test results and offering a low-ticket paid product. The Problem: My "Delivered" rates are drastically lower than the "Sent" rates, despite everything happening well within the 24-hour interaction window.

Hi! I'm having an issue with the Automation Pause feature and hoping someone can help.The Problem:I have "Pause automations during conversations" set to 3 hours in my Inbox settings, but ManyChat is still sending flows even after a live agent has replied to the contact.My Questions:1. Why is the automation pause not triggering even though the setting is enabled?2. Is the automation pause ONLY triggered when replying through the ManyChat Inbox? If an agent replies directly through Facebook Messenger (outside of ManyChat), will the pause NOT be triggered?3. I’m new to Manychat and have linked both FB and IG accounts. I’m on the Pro 14 day trial. When I go to set up auto DM from comments I don’t see any of my FB posts to select from, only Instagram posts. I want to use the feature with Facebook. I have refreshed, checked buisness integration permissions, logged out and in again to Manychat, started the flow from scratch but nothing works. Not sure what to try next? Any help would be appreciated :)

However, I have already deleted all contacts from the list, and the number still remains the same.What should I do?

If the follower clicks the button, that triggers the next message with an external URL button to the guide. I get quite a few people that don’t click, the button but rather write a reply like “oh yes please!” and then the automation stops. Hi guys, I have an AI agent integrated with n8n and Gemini and one of the issues is that when a Live Agent needs to chime in and interact with the user, the AI agent doesn’t get the context and since this automatically pauses the automations, all the info is not sent to n8n.I saw that there’s no official way of solving this and there’s an open feature request:  but I wonder how you have solved this issue on your agent? Appreciate the help here!Thanks

I’ve watched many videos and support information. What I am struggling with is how to use these flows and ideas to sell a tangible product. It seems that Manychat is ideal for selling services, coaching and marketing expertise. But what if you have artwork? I can’t offer constant “free” materials as an incentive for email addresses. When I offer a discount code… never get a response. I have had over 700 engagements with new followers, dms, stories, etc. Only gained 4 new emails. Trying to figure out how to make it be more effective. Any advice, links, suggestions, details… I am hopeful to know more.  Thank you.

Hi everyone, I’m stuck with a very strange Instagram connection issue in ManyChat and would really appreciate any insights. I wanted to contact official support, but I’m unable to upgrade my ManyChat account because no workspace is created. When I try to upgrade, I’m redirected back to my dashboard without any active Instagram channel. So I currently don’t have access to proper support either. Meta confirms that my Instagram Business account is successfully connected. The authorization flow completes without errors, and I get the confirmation that the Business Portfolio is linked. However, no Instagram workspace is created inside ManyChat. After the connection finishes, I’m redirected back to the reconnect screen and my account is not visible. There is no “Already connected” error anymore. It looks successful on Meta’s side, but ManyChat doesn’t initialize the channel. I have already:• Switche

hello i'm just trying to understand the free account - it says 25 contacts but i've jsut set up an auto dm link from comment. does this mean it will only work for 25 people?

 I’m facing an issue where the pre-filled message from my WhatsApp ads is not being properly detected by ManyChat.When a user clicks the ad and sends the default pre-filled message, the message is delivered normally to WhatsApp. However: ManyChat does not recognize it as an ad opt-in The Ad ID is not detected The trigger based on Ad ID does not fire The contact appears as unattributed Because of this, I cannot trigger flows based on the ad and have to rely on generic triggers.Has anyone experienced this issue with WhatsApp ad attribution and pre-filled messages not being recognized?
