Necesito ayuda por favor, ya tengo mi vinculación con el manychat y whatsApp, tengo la cuenta PRO , si es necesario puedo cambiarlo a business, pero necesito agregar 9 numeros más , como agrego esa informacion,para que manychat pueda  controlar varios numeros o como transfieron la información  de esos numeros sin perder chats ni contactos.  

Hi! My account is registered in Ukraine and I’d like to activate the Ukrainian Relief Program (free Pro plan). However, in my Billing settings I only see the standard “Activate Pro Trial” button (which becomes paid after 14 days) — there’s no “Start Pro for Free” option for the relief program. Could someone from the team help activate this manually? Thank you!

Hi Everyone, I just re-opened my account in manychat and I see that I already have 41 active contacts for whom I pay (essential plan). but I don’t have any automation set yet. So manychat takes money without doing anything?  I need manychat for DM automation. Is there something I miss? :-( 

Hi there. All of my automations stopped working today. I have refreshed my permissions several times. I received zero warnings from Instagram / ManyChat. I have been trying to reach someone and am coming up empty. Does anyone know what I can do? Everything was working until 1130AM EST and then suddenly just stopped.  TIA!

Foram cobradas 06 parcelas de 10 dolares por um disparo em massa que não saiu no dia e nem no horario programados, sendo que tinha menos de 1000 leads e esse disparo seria gratuito. Foi cobrado o valor de 15 dolares pelo Plano Pro e mais esses 60 dolares. Pedi cancelamento do Plano e solicito reembolso imediato. Entrarei em contato com o banco amanha cancelando essas cobrancas indevidas. E não há como encontrar pedido de reembolso no site do manychat. Não quero mais os serviços. 

Hi :) I direct message people with a link to a resource when they comment on a post. The message stays the same, but the link changes with the keyword. At the moment I have around 30 different automations for each keyword and resource, and 10 auto-replies for each. It’s growing fast, and changing the message template is a nightmare. What’s the best way to contain this into one Automation flow?Gemini suggested integrating with Google sheets, looking up the keyword, returning the row’s value, and then inserting the return value user field into the message. In the below flow, I have the Get Row By Value mapped between Google Sheet fields and Manychat user fields, but the user field part of the direct message is coming up blank.Maybe I need to add steps to save the comment (I think known as user input) to a user field used to lookup, and then use the lookup user field to Get Row By Value, and then write the lookup value to another user field?Am I on the right track? 

Hi! So I'm new to MC. I want to create a simple flow to capture phone nr of a lead that sendig us a dm.So I made a flow with the trigger send msg contains "sporten”. Then a question with 3 quick reply buttons.When I test this in preview it works. When I test it with the QR code, nothing happens. I got send to the DM screen but nothing happens.Looking for some help, thanks!

Recently, I can’t reply the message anymore, the premission change it as “Admin”, and I do refresh the premisson but it shows “You have insufficient rights to chat with the contact. Please reach out to one of the page administrators.”…. Do you have experience it? How I can solve it as well? Ready needs help, thanks a lot!

Hi, I have created an account with Many Chat via my Meta Business suite and added both my business Instagram accounts. When i go to the Many chat dashboard, it asks me to add an account, and then takes me back to the “connect via meta business” Can anyone help here? 

Everything I’ve seen tells me this is so easy and the best thing to use! I’m having nothing but issues! I created my account, linked my Instagram and Facebook messenger and set up a bunch of automations. My mentor messaged me last night and the automation worked! NOW, I can’t find that automation to edit it because I don’t like how I wrote it. In the process of everything, I think I may have disconnected Facebook because it keeps showing up with the email address that is on that account and not the one I used to sign up for this site. I tried to log into the website and NOTHING I did is there and I feel like I have multiple accounts at this point. The app on my phone is telling me that I need to connect Facebook, but when I go in there, it tells me I’m already connected. I don’t know if my detail was thorough or not because I’m just so frustrated. Me again!When I test an automation in Messenger (not manychat), I can only do it once. It won’t fire after that. Is there a way to reset it so I can test as many times as I need to?Doing FB post comment to messenger. Thanks

Hello,It works. I tested in messenger instead of Manychat and it did validate.  I am working on an automation that asks the lead for their phone number. Isn’t manychat supposed to validate the phone number to see if it’s formatted correctly? And give an error if not?When I test it in Manychat, I can put in anything (xxx) and it will just move to the thank you message.Is there something in the settings I have not set correctly? Any help would be appreciated.  

I just received notification from Manychat support that I've been permanently banned from the platform. Since 2025, I've been having problems with Manychat accounts being disconnected and suspended. This wasn't affecting my Instagram account where I used Manychat.It started in early 2025 when I tried to access my Manychat profile and the platform returned an "Access Denied" error. Upon contacting support, I was informed that my account was suspended for violating the rules and policies of "Section 7 - Prohibited Uses". When I questioned support, they told me they couldn't disclose the exact reason my account was canceled.I read all of Section 7 - Prohibited Uses and there was nothing that violated any rules or platform policies. But I understood and moved on. I created a new account, and that's where my HELL began for over a year.Every time I created an account, it was banned hours or minutes later. I kept messaging support to understand the reason, and they always said the same thing:

Im trying to connect to Messenger via the meta conversions api. Ive added my dataset id & token but when I click enable it shows an error ‘something went wrong’ There is a also warning on the Messenger settings page: EU and Japan Privacy ChangesYour Facebook page was affected by the European Union Privacy Shield updated law action. This means your page was either created from EU or Japan, or has an admin from EU or Japan. This feature is no longer available.I’m in the UK so its not EU or Japan so I don’t know if this warning is affecting anything or not. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello ManyChat Support,I am the owner of the Instagram account "ginkofarm".When I try to connect my Instagram account to ManyChat, I receive a message that it is already connected to the workspace "XEMMOPT". I no longer have access to that workspace and cannot manage the connection.I am logged into ManyChat with the Google account ginkofarm1@gmail.com, but my Instagram account is still showing as connected to XEMMOPT.Could you please help me disconnect the Instagram account from the old workspace or transfer access to my current ManyChat account?I can provide any information needed to verify ownership of the Instagram account.Thank you.

every time i request a demo or contact to get support for my account i just get an email back about manychat’s elite program which im not even interested in. and no one even replies when i respond to that email about elite. im paying for the pro plan too and having a frustrating time getting support. running into issues with my automations set up here and need help!

I continue to have people message me that they cannot see the links I am sending in the automation. They can see my message in the blue box, but they do not see the links below that. Any thoughts on why this might be happening? 

Instagram handle isnt clickable in DMs I started Auto DM from comments for following 

I saw that there’s a new option to send PDFs directly, so I was excited to try it. I set up a new automation, with a keyword trigger, and dropped in my PDF. There are two issues when testing. First, the link looks like this (there’s no thumbnail or file name): Second, when you click on the PDF, you get this message in Safari:I don’t like that at all, It looks very spammy and doesn’t match the PDF link. I guess Meta is doing something to the  URL but is this normal? Is there a way around it?
