I’m experiencing an issue with a comment-to-DM automation on Instagram.I posted a Reel that went viral. Once it started getting traction, I activated a ManyChat automation so that anyone who commented a specific keyword would receive a DM with a link to a free class (lead generation).The problem is that out of approximately 1,000 comments, ManyChat shows that the automation was triggered for only around 150 users. I am creating some WhatsApp automations, and since some people on my team reply to customers directly through the app, I can’t keep track of what was the last message sent by the company to the customer.Is there any way to retrieve the last message that we sent to the customer?Since Live Chat tools can do this, I imagine that the Meta API exposes this information in some way.

I’ve searched everywhere, but can’t find the answer, so am hoping the community can help. I’m creating an automation where I give away a link to a community waitlist, but I want to make sure it only goes to people that are following me. And if they aren’t following me, I want to request they hit a button to follow and then I will share the link to the waitlist.I’ve figured out how to create the condition where I share with the people already following me. But I can’t figure out how to set up a button, for non-followers to begin following me. Can you tell me what I need to do at this step, to have someone follow me? 

Hey! Trying to connect our IG account to Manychat. Only works through Meta Business Suite in some way, not through the new Unified login. When I try logging in, at the end it says:“• You can't log in with this Instagram accountTry using a Facebook account that you know is connected to this Instagram account”How to solve this, so we can start trying Manychat and use the Follow to DM feature?Tried 2 IG accounts, both the same.

Is there a way to validate zip code with the data collection node and a condition?  I am stuck and would prefer not to API a zip code validation tool or script any ideas?

Currently, the instagram inbox automation only works when a user writes a message (trigger only for new messages). But because we have a feature that requires users to first share a post (post/reel), and that post then gets analyzed by our bot and he gets a reply, but because ManyChat currently only can input text from users, not this, we will likely cancel our subscription because that's not possible. Is there a workaround for this? And if not, then I would like to make this into an idea. 

I have Messenger, Insta and WA connected. I have a CTWA ad active, Click from facebook Ad and Click from Insta Ad turned on. But in Meta Business manager I when I click on Create New to conenct to ManyChat as a partner - nothing happens. crickets. Anyone have a similar experience?

Hi there, hoping someone can help me. When setting up an automation to auto dm new followers I’m getting an error code saying “Couldn’t create automation. Try again later”. Anyone experiencing this?  

I have keywords configured for comments that ask about value, for example.And I've configured several different texts so that ManyChat responds with a different text for each comment.I noticed that it's sending a default text for all comments, and this text isn't even configured in the automation.This is the text: "I sent you a message!"Anyone else having this problem?

Hello, when I send a message or automation to my customers through live chat, it doesn’t get delivered. Also, my account still appears as pending. How long does it usually take for the status to change to connected or something similar?   

I have tried everything I’ve been able to think of to solve this issue, but when I try to set up an automation I get this error message: Couldn't create automation. Try again later.I reached out to support yesterday and still no response. This morning, I tried again, and for whatever reason, it worked. But now, this evening, it’s back to giving me the same error message. Anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it? I have switched to a paid account, but the automation “say hi to new followers” still does not work despite having refreshed my authorizations with instagram account, disabled/enabled the automation.it is marked as live but don’t understand why on all new followers it does not work. it had worked for several weeks under free account, I have checked on many other issues on this forum to ensure I did not miss anything. may you please help me?  

Im working on the “say hi to new followers” automation for one of my client to get a lot of chat started.this is the logic i would like to have.new follower → wait 27 minutes to seems real human → opening message → if they respond they will get a vocal message and it is working. if contact hasn’t engaged they should get a fup message but it doesnt work.Can you help me?  

When I had my free trial it worked fine, but now that I am a Pro user it isn’t working anymore. Please advise on how to fix this. I tried the delay and then removing the delay and still no luck.

I can’t seem to complete adding my Instagram account to ManyChat.  Here are the steps.When I log in, I get the screen notifying me that I have not added any accounts to it, yet.I click to add a new account, then I get this and I select Instagram. On the next screen I click “Connect Via Meta”I log in with InstagramI enter in my Instagram credentials

Since yesterday, I've been having a problem with Instagram disconnecting and reconnecting, and messages that used to load are now not loading. In addition, I added automation to Messenger, and now I don't know if it's a meta or manychat issue, but suddenly some regional settings changed, I have a different business site, and I can't reply to customers. Can anyone help or know what I can do, what's going on?

How can i make sure that after I send the opening message to a new follower without many chat automatically sending a message to the lead saying “Automation powered by @manychat” This kills the personal point of the message
