Every time I click new follower message to enter my information To create a new follower messageit says I need to go to Instagram to activate something and it takes me to the settings page and I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be activating because it doesn’t take me directly to the right setting, I guess

About a whatsapp automation. When it's the other way around, it's easy with an external request and a webhook, but in this case, I can't find any useful trigger in ManyChat.How can I make n8n trigger an automation for whatsapp messaging?

I only have my Instagram account connected to ManyChat. My Facebook Page is linked to Instagram on Meta, so my IG posts are automatically cross-posted to Facebook.If someone comments on the Facebook version of a video that was originally posted on Instagram, will that comment trigger my Instagram comment automation in ManyChat, or does the automation only work for comments made directly on Instagram?I want to confirm if linking FB to IG (but not to ManyChat) is enough, or if Facebook comments are ignored entirely.Thanks.

Hello, I’m new to Manychat and I have been dealing with a problem for a long time. The setup of the meta business account isn’t letting me use Manychat professionally, without limitations. How do I set up meta and Manychat professionally to deliver automations to others?? What do I need to do to set up everything?

Meta are moving to a new version of recurring noticications, starting in Jan 2026, called ‘Marketing Messages’. For all pages established prior to September, you can continue to use the recurrent noticiation functionaility as normal for the time being, but for new accounts you cannot. On my new facebook page/manychat subscription, i can still send the recurring noticiation opt in request, and people can opt in as they could before, i just cannot send recurring noticiation messages.  Does anyone know whether the new ‘marketing messages’ will use the same opt ins as the current recurring noticiations use? or will it be a seperate integration all together? I dont know whether i should continue to get opt ins from users so i can contact them in January if the integration is similar… or if its not worth doing this if the opt in process/api will be different/not transferrable. If anyone, or manychat, have some clarity on this it would be greatly appreciated

I could not find inbox in ManyChat app nor I could find other channel beside Whatsapp in live chat. I was able to see other channel in web version. The article wrote there is inbox for me to pick different platform (IG, Messenger, Tiktok), however I don’t see any inbox in the app. The live chat channel drop down menu only have open, close, all.Please help. Thank you

I had a manager connect me with Manychat a few years ago, but I haven't used it for a while. Trying to create a new connection with it so I can do some automated responses. But as I go up to verify, it tells me that I already am connected. and I need to switch accounts. But every time I switch an account or click the button to switch an account, it just has me doing the same thing over and over again. I feel like I'm in a loop. When I click on the “request” email, it literally sends me back to this same thing. Any help would be great. 

Hi, i have a quick and simple question. If i set “Instagram Post or Reel Comments” Trigger to ANY POST Or If i set “Instagram User Shares Your Post or Reel as a Story” Trigger to ANY POST  Will these triggers still work for ads created in ad management? For the profile that is connected to manychat? The post will not be in my feed, but even if it is created in ads, will it count and the trigger will be activated?

Hello,  I am facing a problem. and don’t know if it’s normal. in de organic automation (comment on post) it’s working fine. But I used the same post/reel in meta to make an add. With automation (click on add) then quick replay en then go to the organic automation. but when people comment the word in the add then it don’t work. Is this normal?

Has something changed? Red Box message: “Set Delay duration of less than 24 hours for delivering the next messages”, these delays are 23 hours and under. It won’t let me update my automation, only thing that works is if I put it to minutes, which doesn’t work how I need.

A bit frustrated, but still hopeful.We’ve reached out through support tickets and email while trying to move forward with the Elite plan, and unfortunately haven’t heard back yet. Hello Manychat Community!On behalf of a client that expects to have more than a million active users a month, I would like to find out:how much the license for 1M, 3M and 10M active users would cost (Advanced plan) whether the monthly payment plan is a monthly rolling contract that can be terminated at the end of any month or whether it is, as the name says, just a payment plan, i.e. with an annual contractual commitment  how I can contact Manychat (the company) to get a binding quotation. I am surprised that on www.manychat.com I could not find an inquiry form or at least a contact email address to submit my questions, and, most surprisingly, that a provider of chat automation software does not offer a chatbot on their site to get in contact with them… I know it is December 26th, but isn’t the availability 24x7 of a chatbot one of its key advantages (as Manychat’s competitors seem to know very well...)?Thank you in advance!

I am getting below error when I try to refresh the permissions in Instagram "Instagram Business API: Your Instagram account is ineligible for using Instagram Business Messaging API."

 I’m encountering an issue with a Messenger automation that was working earlier today but started failing later in the day.How the Automation Works The automation sends individual job vacancy messages. The number of messages varies (from 0 to any number). Job data is stored in a Google Sheet. Each row has a static identifier (not a formula), such as: ABC-1 ABC-2 ABC-3, etc. The automation looks up and sends jobs sequentially based on these identifiers. Message Timing Setup Each job listing is sent as a separate message. There is a 3-second delay between each message. Every 4th message has an additional “smart delay” of 10 seconds. What Changed / What’s Going Wrong Earlier today, the automation ran without any issues. Later, I asked two friends to test the automation using their own Facebook accounts. During testing: The automation consistently stops after sending only 4 job listings. It should send 6 job listings, but it never reaches the last two.

Hi everyone,I have a question about using ManyChat automations with Meta ads.I currently have a comment-on-reel automation set up for both Instagram and Facebook. Now I want to turn this into a Meta ad that sends users into a DM flow.My questions are: Do I need to create separate ManyChat flows per platform (one for Instagram DM and one for Facebook Messenger)? In Meta Ads Manager, is it best practice to also create two separate ad sets, one for Instagram and one for Facebook, each connected to its own flow? The flows would be almost identical in content, but I’m not sure what’s required technically vs what’s just best practice.Thanks in advance for your help!
