Hi all! One of the admins on my team is unable to reply to IG DMs, she is getting the message “You have insufficient rights to chat with the contact. Please reach out to one of the page administrators.” but I’m not sure what I need to select in the settings to allow her to respond in ManyChat. Any insight?

When I signed up for MenyChat, I received a WhatsApp number issued by them. The WhatsApp number is not linked to any account. How do I link it to my WhatsApp account? Also, where do I find my Subscriber ID ?

Hi! I’m missing a step with my first ManyChat automation in a Telegram channel (with a chat/discussion) that I run.I have connected ManyChat and Telegram. I’ve created the automation in ManyChat. I’ve created a specific ManyChat/Telegram bot using BotFather.Now … I’m not sure what to do next. The instructions end with creating the bot.Do I add the new bot as an admin to my Telegram channel? And … then what? I can’t seem to find the next steps, so I appreciate your help. Thanks very much.

Is anyone also having problems saving streams that start with click on instagram ads?Manychat doesn't allow to have that same stream can start with comment to a post OR click on an ad.I would really appreciate your answer!!!!

I’ve been having this issue on mobile and would like to suggest a simple change that would greatly help with lead filtering: adding the option to filter conversations by TAG on mobile. We have this feature on desktop, but it's missing on mobile. It would be crucial for better performance.

I want to get (based on an ad hoc automatization) to load store information based on messages sent by store owners (something like “sotre name is XXC and is located at YYY, of TTT city open hours is ...” thos informaiton should be parsed by some IA (manuchat embbeded or though chatgpt or so) and later, when other users asks “where to buy” thah info is fetched by the IA and presented to customer  Is there some feature to achieve it ????

I have the plan that allows 500 contacts per month, and I’m marketing my chatbot VERY widely. I’m afraid of exceeding my 500 limit by thousands, and being charged a LOT of money. Is there a way that I can put a limit on the maximum number of contacts the automation will allow?

I started using ManyChat last week, and it has been wonderful up until the past couple of days. Yesterday and today my automations don’t seem to be working quite right. My automation will be sent when someone comments on a post/reel. The DM seems to be sent just fine, but the public comment replies aren’t working anymore. Has anyone run into this issue? Is there a fix?

I've been trying to send a message with 2 buttons and their actions, but it only sends the message with a single button, and in the Block Dynamic (Documentation) it shows that it can be replicated, but I've been getting this error only when I duplicate, if I leave only one button it will work. Hi, We are not receiving WhatsApp messages through WhatsApp Automation. Need help what to do & recover message which I was not able to receive.

I want to generate as many leads as possible to make more sales using Manychat.

Some Instagram automations weren’t working while others were. After some testing, I think I’ve nailed down where the problem is with this automation:Quick response shows a 10% CTR, but the message after it has been sent 0 times. Therefore, I believe the problem lies in the bot interacting with the messaging system in general.Other additional details of the situation:Comment trigger automations work perfectly fine, if the Bot is set to reply to a comment. Comment trigger automations will work partially if the Bot is set to reply to a comment and then send a message on its own: the reply will go through but the message won’t. (As per the image.) Message trigger automations don’t work at all, regardless of what comes after it. The Opt-In has already been set. Instagram Permissions have been refreshed. When trying out the Preview feature, it works in ManyChat but not in Instagram - after sending the three-digit number, the automation does not respond.Would like to know if this is a known i
