Facebook Ads not appearing in Automation settings even after reconnecting Facebook with full permissions. what to do?

Hello Manychat Community,I have attempted to set up a rather basic automation of Auto-DM links from comments. The Automation works, but not how I thoguht it would, in other words, I set it up to send a DM on specific words “Discipline” for example. But I want to set it up so that it would send it ONLY if somebody comments SOLELY the word discipline and nothing else.In the way that it is now, is that if that word is used in a sentencer, it will still send a DM. For example:“I love the way that I have been building my discipline.” → Send a DM but I DON’T want it to.“Discipline” → Sends a DM, and I would like to automate that it sends ONLY in this case, with just the word “Discipline” written in the comments. I have looked around the platform but couldn’t find anything to configurate it.I would be very grateful if someone could assist me with that, thank you! JC

I use many chat to send people to sign up for a free video. Most people access it fine but I get a steady stream of people who have problems. Including “I don’t want to open it in threads”. I don’t send them to threads. Is this IG sending them there instead of my site? Anything I can do about it? Or do I just need to accept that a percentage get glitches??

I'm trying to understand how ManyChat handles overlapping Instagram triggers. Here's the situation: I have one trigger set to fire on all Instagram post comments. I have another trigger set to fire on a specific Instagram post. Both triggers use the same keyword. A user comments with that keyword on the specific post. In this case, what happens? Does ManyChat run both flows? Or does it only trigger one, and if so, which one takes priority?

Hello,I send DM to people who comment on my instagram post and ask for GSM number. Than my flow jumps to another flow to send a WhatsApp message. But it's not working. Is it possible to do such thing? Regards

Hello everyone,We are in the process of setting up automated reminders for our leads using our custom API. While doing this, we’ve encountered an issue: when we trigger our API call within a flow, the message is sent twice to the same lead, even though it should only be sent once.Our ManyChat setup consists of a single main account that contains multiple sub-accounts. Each sub-account uses a different WhatsApp number and has its own flow. However, we’ve noticed something strange: even though these flows are in separate sub-accounts, they all seem to have the same Content ID number. This might be linked to the duplicate message issue, but we’re not sure.We’re trying to understand two main things:Why are duplicate messages being sent when we call our API inside the flow?Why do different flows in different sub-accounts appear to share the same Content ID?If anyone has experienced a similar problem or knows how to resolve this, your guidance would

Hello everyone, I have the following challenge: we have a reel that was posted organically on Instagram. Here the customer can secure a freebie with a keyword. We have now recycled this reel as an ad. In order not to lose the trust, we have not changed the reel. Now the people who become aware of the reel via the ad also have the chance to secure the freebie with the keyword. How can I use Manychat to give organic customers the UTM parameter with source=organic and the customer who became aware of me via the ad the UTM parameter source=paid?

Contact stopped notifications. Sending isn't available until contact resumes them.→ user even after clicking “get updates” is not able to resubscribe.When we deleted the contact from Manychat to refresh it in Manychat database, there is still no reaction after clicking “get updates”. User tried all setting in messanger, also was clicking on our ref link to the subscription list to get back on the list, but nothing is working. Still Manychat does not see subscription

Anyone else having issues with the gallery image sizes on mobile? Usually this happens when a Meta or iphone update happens and we just have to wait it out. Please advise if you have information. I dont want to have to go in and resize all images.

Hi,I was trying to integrate Facebook lead forms with ManyChat to send automated WhatsApp messages. The module Create subscriber is running successfully but the problem is that the subscriber ID on the Send a Flow module shows empty.  Can anyone help me to fix this issue? Thanks,Sajith

But I wanted to start collect peoples contact to a Google Sheet and added a step for that. What I’ve noticed is that after running some of my automations a lot of time, my Google Sheet has only 1 contact and only the first and last name.The data I’m collecting:Frist Name Last Name Email PhoneHas anyone faced a similar issue? Hi ​@rodrigo_silvano - I am finding that people are not clicking on the “Get Started” button and I don’t want to add another button to create the tagging so that I can create the delay and follow-up. Is there any other way around that?
