Hey guys, I have a huge problem. Just tried to login to my manychat account, but my connected instagram profile is gone. When I try to reconnect it, it says that the profile is already connected to another account but I am using the same. Cant do anything right now, I am not even able to access my profile settings. It is just an endless loop. Any help?

Hi thereI noticed last night I had over 50 new followers buy my “Say hi to new followers” automation has not sent to any of them. I have refreshed my permissions in Manychat, but would like some help getting to the bottom of this?I also noticed I did not get any notifications in Instagram about these new followers, so I am wondering whether this is an issue on Meta’s side?Thanks

My other manychat account were blocked without any warning or whatsoever. This gives my client anxiety because their payment card was in the accounts managed by me.I get this when I login to my manychat account. Usually when FB detects erring fb pages, they ban the pages. but why ban the manychat account? {"0":"Access denied","state":true}

The behaviour of my manychat AI is always stuck on loading. I have been trying for the last couple hours, everytime i click into the behavior tab it ends up being stuck at this loading screen “ Almost there… AI behavior is being set up”.Is anyone else having this issue and how can we work around it.

my automations are not sending, just a simple comment to dm. they used to work but now nothing will work as well as the recent post tab will not work either. Ive tried reseting my account and even deleting and reconnecting and nothing.

We have implmented a flow for whatsapp, now a user send:- Hi the agent replies back with Yes , No we pause the automation the user select Yes the automation resume so why pausing an automation will still reply to users? Thanks

Hello there,I integrated product catalogue to WhatsApp and I can now automate a reply when user send a cart.But I wonder if I can read the product details and extract them to a CUF from the sent cart by a user whereas I only can see the following photo from live chat

I am on a free account and the limit is 1000 contacts but the thousand contacts that are being added, aren’t being added from interacting with Manychat posts. And I have not added them manually. They are adding people to my contacts that I just DM through IG. How can I get this to stop?

Did the new follower automation ever get fixed to the point where it hits 100% of new leads?I asked about this a few months ago and I was told it was a glitch on Meta’s end and they were working on fixing it. So just wondering if this was resolved?

Hey everyone, My manychat automation stopped responding to comments about a 5 days ago. I’ve refreshed the connections and reached out to support but I’m not getting any help. They’re emailing me once a day at most with random explanations and no solution. Here’s part of the last email I received and I followed the instruction he laid out and saw that he was wrong I was able to view my IG post in incognito mode when logged out (I also used a completely different browser). Their new follower feature also is only partially working on my account and I’ve been told that’s on Meta’s end. Hi ManyChat and ManyChat community!I’m wondering how I can hyperlink to an email -- as it stands, even if the person right clicked the message, they wouldn’t be able to copy the link, as it would copy the whole message.Second, I’d love to know how to prevent ManyChat from opening up a new little bubble / chat when you do use a link. When I send my website in the text, for example, it’ sends a message before the automated message with my website alone. See attached :)thanks!

Hello everyone,I'm having the following problem.ManyChat keeps interrupting the flow for no apparent reason, at least not one I can understand after a thorough review.As you can see in the screenshots, the system messages show exactly how far the flow has progressed. After that point, there's nothing to stop it; there's simply a message that needs to be sent, but it doesn't.So, it seems to be some kind of bug. This is quite discouraging, as there's no solution to apply in this case, and it's worrying that the system is failing like this.I hope I'm overlooking something and that you can help me fix it.Thanks in advance.Leo.

Looking for someone who has done this recently with the new ManyChat Partner App integration (not the old JSON method).Here's what I need help with:1. UTM Population: When someone clicks a Facebook Ad and opens Messenger, how do UTM values (campaign, ad set, ad name) get populated automatically inside ManyChat? Does ManyChat pull these from the ad automatically or do I need to set them manually?2. Ad Setup: When publishing the Facebook Ad, do I also need to manually add UTM parameters to the ad URL? We are on Pro plan (currently on trial end in 9 days), and inside whatsapp channel, we are getting this message:- “Wallet funds are required for sending WhatsApp messages. The customer started responding to the chatbot successfully. However, if they use any word specified in the automation, the chatbot restarts and asks the questions again.Do I need to somehow identify that this customer has already responded?
