Hello guys,I'm setting up an automation to send a DM to new followers.My goal is to collect their email address in exchange for a freebie.However, after the first welcome message is sent, it seems the only option available is to add a link (screenshot)I cannot add a "User Input" step to ask for and collect the user's email address.The conversation flow stops after the first message. Is this a bug, or am I using the wrong feature?How can I create an automation that DMs new followers and then asks for their email?Thank you for your help!

We enabled the welcome new users flow and it’s been great! It was perfect timing too since we’ve grown a ton and so it’s been served up to over 20k people!My issue is this - our message is along the lines of: thanks for following - we have so much more to share, let us know if you want us to send you the links to get started. The CTA button text says ‘Yes - send them my way!’  What I am seeing is that many people don’t click the link and are manually typing a response like ‘send it to me’ or ‘that’d be great’  - - are they not realizing they can click on the blue text? Any ideas on how I can better get people to understand that the CTA is a button that they should click on? NOTE that I’ve already tried to change it to ‘tap here to send’ and people are still commenting without tapping. 

I’m having an issue with my Instagram Comment Reply automation. Some comments don’t get their auto dms. this has been going on for a few days now. it selectively chooses when to work and it is random. I’ve gone through all the TS provided by manychat AI bot but still the same

Hey everyone, My manychat automation stopped responding to comments about a 5 days ago. I’ve refreshed the connections and reached out to support but I’m not getting any help. They’re emailing me once a day at most with random explanations and no solution. Here’s part of the last email I received and I followed the instruction he laid out and saw that he was wrong I was able to view my IG post in incognito mode when logged out (I also used a completely different browser). Their new follower feature also is only partially working on my account and I’ve been told that’s on Meta’s end. Hi I just boosted one of my posts on IG by ads. I did all through the IG, just tapped boost. Before that I had manychat automation which would reply to comments from organic traffic, and sent free resource. Now when I am running an ad and people comment on that post, automation doesn't reply and they don't receive any material.  Can someone help me with that ?? Thank you.

  Hi everyone,I’m already approved in PartnerStack for the ManyChat Partner/Affiliate program and I’m currently receiving commissions.　I want to confirm what happens if I cancel my own ManyChat Pro subscription.  If I cancel Pro, will my PartnerStack referral link remain active and continue tracking new sign-ups/upgrades? If new users sign up through my referral link and upgrade to Pro (or if existing referrals keep paying), will I still receive commissions even if I’m not a Pro user myself? Is having an active ManyChat Pro subscription a requirement for payout eligibility (now or in the future)? Are there any cases where commissions stop, for example:  

I wish to use the mentioned platforms (Many Chat/Open Ai) to have it initiate text with my list of clients once they are added in ManyChat and than let Open Ai have Ai based conversational text conversations to influence them to set appointments. Any advice is greatly appreciated 

Hello - has anyone been able to fix this issue of Beta? I’ve connected my IG with the new flow it asks but still says it’s in beta … yes I see other accounts continue to access it. Has there been a workaround for this, or does the ManyChat team help make this run smoothly? Thanks

Hi,I recently saw an option to create Manychat application and i got me wondering what is the difference between that and installing a template.My specific use case is that we are developing an AI DM setter that runs on Manychat with some parts of it being on proprietary servers. Right now, clients download a template and need to do few other things and the bot is set up. My questions is how can i use Manychat applications to help make the installation process be easier.

I set up MC with my old IG account. I’ve since changed the name of the IG account, but it is the same profile. MC wouldn’t let me sign in but still said I had an active account and had to sign in. So I used FB to sign in, and selected the account (that is now the new business name), but on my MC dashboard, it still shows the old account photo and profile info, and not the new one I selected during the steps of signing in with FB. But it won’t let me create a new account, bc if I use Google to do so, it says it recognizes me and I have to sign in. So, I’m in a stalemate. Any ideas?

Hi Everyone, need help with Instagram + ManyChat accessOne of our previous team members connected our Instagram page to his personal ManyChat account and created automations there. He is no longer working with us, and we don’t have access to that ManyChat account anymore.Now we want to: Remove / revoke that ManyChat access Connect the same Instagram page to our new ManyChat account Since we don’t have contact with the old team member, what is the correct way to disconnect the Instagram page from his ManyChat account and reconnect it to ours?Any guidance would be really helpful. Manychat asks for the reauthorization of tiktok connection after about 6 hours again and again. I dont know why. 

Hi everyone 👋I’m relatively new to ManyChat and I’ve hit a bit of confusion I’m hoping someone can help clarify.I seem to have two different ManyChat workspaces:One created via Google login (on a paid plan), but with limited features and no Meta channels behaving as expected.Another created via Facebook login, connected to Facebook/Instagram, where I have full AI + automation features available (currently on a free trial), and where all my main work/flows live.My questions are:Is this expected behavior (separate workspaces per login method)?If I upgrade the Facebook-connected workspace to the Pro plan, will all my existing automations and AI agents remain intact?Is there any recommended way to consolidate or should I simply abandon the Google-login workspace and continue with the Meta-connected one?I want to make sure I’m upgrading the correct workspace before committing to the $44 plan and avoid rebuilding anything unne

My Instagram DM automation suddenly stopped responding to most messages, even though I haven’t changed any settings.The automation is enabled for all Reels and posts, but it currently replies to only 1 out of every 10 comments. Since my settings haven’t changed for over a year, I don’t believe this is a configuration issue.An urgent solution would be greatly appreciated, as hundreds of customers are currently unable to receive price information.

So i have intergrated Whatsapp business into manychat. I want to add a new contact on whatsapp business. I go to add contact and then create the details. When i want to start a concersation after i have saved the details it says i need a template which i created - waiting for Meta approval ...is this the only way to do this ?

My Instagram account is still connected to an old ManyChat workspace . I no longer have access to that workspace and need the Instagram channel released so I can reconnect it to my current ManyChat account. How do I  detach the Instagram connection ?

How can I remove / disconnect my Facebook alternative way to login into my Manychat , because my old Facebook account is disabled, and its not allowing me to connect my new facebook account to my Manychat I need help asap. I submitted a ticket #444615 but no answer or reply but this issue is severe to my business 

I’ve deactivated my manychat account, but the automation is still running on my instagram account. (I did delete/deactivate all automations before I deactivated my account). How do I stop the automation? The automation is an automated message that is sent when someone sends me a message.
