Hi - I’m new here.I’m trying to figure out, if a ManyChat automation can trigger in a Live Facebook Live Stream where people are commeting specific words example: “Send me link”, then the person is getting a Messenger message with the Link.Is that possible? :D 

Hi, in the ManyChat app, when it opens too many comments, the page gets reported and then we can't leave any more comments at all.Is there any option that allows it to automatically leave comments, but without overdoing it so that the page doesn’t get blocked?

Hi, I’m on a Pro plan and have a flow that correctly saves emails to the system field. Users are replying with valid emails, but I still don’t see the “Export” option under Contacts. Can you check my account permissions or confirm what’s blocking it?

We are running a pilot where we teach rural women in a hybrid manner for 8 weeks. The online aspect will be taken care by whatsapp bot since whatsapp has a great penetration in india. We would be using quiz as well and i think the default template works for us. Wondering if someone else has done similar bots that we can get ideas/tips from? Thank you:)

We would like to send videos. The default video size is unfortunately only 14MB. So we decided to send YouTube links. But all YouTube links are converted to manychat URL shortener. I have disabled URL shortener. How can we send direct YouTube links so we get a preview in WhatsApp? Thank you:) 

Can we combine a condition block?. I thought I saw someone create One condition Block that contained two conditions:1. for  email2nd. for first nameWith the two above conditions Linked to one another (has any value) I then connected an IG Message with a text “Great to see you back {First Name}. Is this okay?Thanks     

Hello everyone,Until recently, I was able to create an automation that responded to specific keywords in comments on my Instagram posts. This automation would both reply publicly to the comment and send a private direct message to the user. However, I have noticed that the option to set up an automatic public reply to comments has suddenly disappeared. Currently, I can only configure the automation to send a private direct message without the public reply.Could you please assist me in restoring the functionality to automatically reply publicly to comments? I have a reel where a user comments “ready” and the auto reply comments after they post my keyword are NOT triggering. So I have to manually reply to thousands of comments. Why would this be? I don’t have the comments turned off? Additionally, my sequence is prompting to send a link as a message but they need to follow me first. The user will hit the follow me button but will have to hit it multiple times before ManyChat will send the next trigger. Sometimes a user will have to hit ‘following’ 4-5 times and then the link doesn’t even send. It’s extremely frustrating and frankly kind of embarrassing that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. So I have to manually send out my link. What could be the issue?

hi, I am trying to set up an automation from scratchthey message the word biology on the comment. I automatically reply "thanks, dm me the word biology" and then I send the message on dm "if u havent already then message me the word"none of this is working. not even the start of the automation to reply to the comment. I disabled my other automations on that post too

I want to know how to create the flow for data collection during LiveChat because i want to collect name, email and so on as i know during livechat the automation will be pause based on settings that we set. I need to know how to do this.

I’m running ads through meta and have integrated manychat- I love it but I have noticed duplicate messages sending. I think it’s when they go out and come back in or press the ad twice as in my dm’s it appears that way so then the flow is being triggered multiple times. I’ve tried to find the answer here but very confused so any help is appreciated! I’ve seen mention of a tag and condition but confused where to put this as the ad trigger has to start with a message? I’ve attached some of the response examples and my current automation!  Thank you so much!

I subscribed to the pro subscription (95$) however, I am not able to start a new automation.When I try to initiate a new automation: 1- I received a message that this request is only for pro subscribers. 2- Or if opened Manychat from my laptop, it doesn’t process my request neither post it. Nothing happen when I click the button.  I only want Instagram automation and this why I pay for the subscription. Can anyone help me with this please ?  Is my subscription enough ? As it is named Pro. If not can I have a refund ? And if yes what should I do to make automations again ?

We’re setting up a competition and hope Manychat can help with it - the mechanism is to tag in comments friends / family who might be interested in a business startup related competition. Ideally then, the person tagged on the post would receive a message to get more info.I can’t see this as an automation, and I’m assuming it’s because that particular person hasn’t actually interacted with the post/reel/whatever (so why would they want a DM from us?).If I’m right in that assumption, I guess we’ll have to go with a more catch-all “comment this word to get more info” automation and the person will have to pass on that info to their friend etc who they think might want to know about it, or they can tag their friend who can comment the word if they want to enter.After typing all this out I think I figured it out, but I’m going to post anyway to see what you all say 🤣

Hi everyone, I could really use your help.I’m running into a frustrating issue with my automation in ManyChat. Sometimes the button I’ve added to a message shows up and works perfectly — and other times, only the message is sent without the button. When that happens, the flow gets stuck and users can’t continue.I haven’t changed anything in the setup between times when it works and times when it doesn’t, so I have no idea what’s causing this inconsistency.This is really hurting my CTR, and I’ve been getting messages from users saying they didn’t receive the guide I promised them.Has anyone else experienced this? Issue:I am unable to connect my Instagram account to ManyChat no matter what I try, and I keep getting the message "Request Sent". All the settings are correct. I was previously connected through the ManyChat app, but after Log Out, I can no longer reconnect.I followed the instructions in Facebook Business Suite, and everything is set up properly. However, every time I try to connect, the "Request Sent" error appears and the connection still doesn't work.Please guide me on what I need to do to resolve this issue
