-----KINDLY HELP ITS FRUSTRATING ------ I’m building a chatbot for a cleaning business, and I’m facing an issue with Instagram testing.Here’s what’s happening:I created a complete flow for the business with a main menu and service buttons. When I preview it in ManyChat, everything looks fine. But when I test it on Instagram, the buttons get mixed up. For example, if a user clicks a button for one service, Instagram shows the buttons for other services as well.To fix this, I tried creating separate flows for each service:1 main menu flow 3 service flows (sofa cleaning, marble polish, deep clean) I connected these flows using Start Automation from the buttons in the main menu.Despite this setup, the Instagram test is still showing mixed buttons.Has anyone faced a similar issue? Could this be an Instagram routing problem, or am I missing something in ManyCh

When I try to link it, I get a message saying the account is already connected to another ManyChat account but I honestly can't remember which one I may have used before.Could you please help me figure out which ManyChat account my Instagram is linked to, and guide me through how to disconnect it so I can reconnect it to the correct account?Thank you!

I am from india . i subscribed to the pro plan. the first billing went smoothly . but now manychat is not accepting payment from any of my cards . Please help me urgently! i also checked if there are any issues with the bank but there is nothing from bank side ! Help me out !

I’ve gotten myself into a bit of a mess! I created an account but I linked the wrong Google sign in.After a search I learned the only way to change this is to have support do it. I wrote a ticket but after 48 hours I hadn’t heard back, so I disconnected IG and deleted the account.I created the new one, and made the same mistake! I feel so silly. But now the new account won’t let me connect to IG, view settings or delete my account to try again. It says Request Sent to connect the IG but the original account is deleted so I don’t know where the request is sent.I think I need everything deleted and to try to start fresh, although it won’t let me. I’m trying to get this set up for my company, but so far I’ve just made a mess of everything! And I still haven’t heard back from support.

Hi!I submitted an integration to the ManyChat App Store on March 22nd. The documentation says reviews take 1-2 working days, but mine has been in "Waiting for Review" for 2 weeks now.I've emailed devprogram@manychat.com twice (March 23 and April 5) but haven't heard back.Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced a longer review time? I'm not sure if I need to fix something on my end or if it's just a queue.Any tips appreciated!

hi,I have been using many chat for over a year now with much success. Over the last 3months something happened - I went from using AI automations to build my automation successfully to having to pay $80 to use the AI function only to find it more complicated to use and none of my flows are working. Ive tried 5 or 6 attempts to use auto send links instead and nothing is working.  Where can I get help setting this up? I am not a tech person and thats why I loved many chat before. I am now losing business on instagram because of broken automations.  HELP!

So my many chat campaign is working as far as the person gets the link to clickthe link is to a pdf saved in my drive. The share is set to “anyone with link.” When the person clicks the link it saysm “there was a problem loading this website.”  refresh (in blue font). I ran 4 campaigns prior using this same set up and everyone got the pdf. Now its not working this is the second one not to work. The chat bot said drive isnt supported and i need to set up a public webpage by the time i do all that i dont need many chats im trying to build a email list for newsletters etc. Please helpJason

I have already subscribed to manychat pro plan but I need to implement in my service a retargeting campaign via WhatsApp and Mail, I don’t know what’s more convinient, to get new tools or manychat is a good option for this… 

Hello!  I upgraded my plan and the automated messages to new followers stopped working right after, I tried to refresh the permission and it’s still not working  please help 🙏🏽

I've come back to ManyChat because there was a workaround to get the automation to fire and say "hi" to new followers. The issue I'm now having is that the automation “Say hi to new followers “ it's only working about 40% of the time, which makes the automation redundant because it's taken me double the time to then go through and screen who has received messages and who hasn't been sent messages, so then I can send them manually.I then found that other automations that I have set for either a comment or a DM for a specific word also isn't firing. I have tried to follow the instructions to refresh my permissions, the issue is when I try to refresh it tries to log me in again and I have the exact same issue of the failure to log in when I was trying to activate the automation to "Say Hi to New Followers" Before there was a workaround. Hi everyone 👋,Usually, I’m the one helping others here with ManyChat setups, but today I really need your help.Here’s the issue we’re facing:👉 We’re running a WhatsApp campaign with CTWA Ads.👉 From 1900 ad clicks, only 4 users actually reached the bot in ManyChat.👉 The flow in ManyChat was set up with triggers: CTWA tied to each Ad ID and also keywords.👉 The ad was created using a Frequently Asked Question template, with the instruction for users to click in order to start the conversation.We’ve double-checked everything but still can’t find what’s wrong. Hi,In almost all the content I’ve seen online (YouTube videos, blog posts, tutorials), it is clearly stated that deleting contacts should reduce the number of active contacts used for billing.However, in my case, this is not happening: I deleted contacts from my list But the number of active contacts used for billing does NOT decrease So my question is very simple:👉 Is this a recent system change in ManyChat?👉 Or is there something wrong with my account?Because right now, my experience directly contradicts all publicly available information.Would appreciate a clear answer.
