Hi, I want to send a welcome video when someone new follows me. I used to do this manually writing a message and sending the video file directly into their inbox. It would be great to have this automated! But, the setup only seems to allow for sending the link to the video which then opens up in their browser or dropbox. Is there a way to send the video direct into their inbox like when I do it manually?Thank you

Hi! I subscribed to Manychat from 2 accounts, however later  I was charged (although the program for Ukrainians was prolonged till the end of 2026). It is some kind of mistake?

Hi there,  Wondering if anyone can help. I set up an automation after the post had already gone up and users had started commenting the trigger word. There are at least 16 iterations of the users commenting before I set up the automation that do not appear to have triggered the flow to send them a dm. There are 3 iterations where users commented after the automation was active and that has run.  Any ideas why those previous comments did not receive the dm? My understanding is that Manychat should work even if the automation is setup after the user comments? Am I wrong?  Thanks,C

I have been attempting for so many hours (with help from the AI feature and little to no help from the “human” the AI sends my way) to turn on the facebook comment to messenger.The tutorial clearly shows that I need to set the first as a comment reply.I can not get that option no matter what I do.I have started over, I have not clicked any other links or added buttons.The top of my message node only has the 24 - private options.Please help.

Hey! I would like a DM automation where a person comments, I send them their freebie and ALSO send them an audio message, not just one or the other. A person sent this to me the other day and I saw that they were able to do both. Would appreciate any help!

Hello!I had a automation with new followers and it worked perfectly fine until two weeks ago.I tried to update the automation and connecting again with my Instagram account but it didn't work.I don't know what's the problem or how can I solve this...

I paid for the pro plan but it seems the manychat bot or whatever that is didn't recognize it so it stopped my automation completely. When I login I get the free account pop up but when check my profile it's showing a pro sign.I received the invoice meaning the payment went through. I'm so frustrated it affected my business,I tried to get support and all I get are bots no human and the bot said the issue needs a human.what should I do? This is bad why does Manychat say contact support when there's literally no human support?

I just went live with this new feature, and I feel something isn’t right.  As you can see, there are 376 executions but only 20 sends.   Can someone explain this to me?

Hi  I can not log in…  I can not get help to log in PLEASE HELP ME. Also my automations does not work for some reason. I am getting {"0":"Access denied","state":true} tried phone, incognito etc.

UPDATE (April 13): This issue has been resolved. Hey everyone, We want to keep you informed about a current issue affecting WhatsApp connections in Manychat. Some users are currently unable to connect WhatsApp as a channel and may see the error: “Manychat is unable to register customers at this time.” After investigating and confirmed by Meta, it is being caused by an ongoing outage on Meta’s side. The issue is impacting the majority of users, although some accounts may still be able to connect successfully. 🛠 Current status Meta has confirmed the issue on their end Their team is already working on a fix Initial indications suggest this should be resolved within a few hours
