Hi everyone! I’m experiencing a strange (but very critical) issue with Instagram integration.• My Instagram business account is connected to my Facebook Page.• I am the Business owner and have full control in Meta Business Manager.• When I try to connect Instagram in Manychat, it says the account is already connected.• However, when I log into Manychat (via Google or Facebook – both show the same profile), my dashboard is completely empty and shows “You don't have a channel”.It looks like the Instagram ID is assigned to an existing Manychat workspace, but that workspace is not visible in my account.I did not create multiple Manychat accounts. I always used the same Google/Facebook login.

 Hello, I need to know if I can message my contacts please, as if not, you need to stop charging for people that I cannot message. At the moment, I can only contact the 317 people, not the 26,000, if there is no way of doing this then I should only be charged for the 317. If there is a solution, please share it, as it is critical for my business.  Thanks 

Help! I’m wanting to trigger a custom flow from one organic content post. 2 pathways with 2 seperate keywords that trigger the flow. I already have the flows built out, I don’t need any suggestions from AI to build these out.Can I implement this without using the AI inside manychat build out or am I missing something?Thanks in advance

Hi there, Facebook just banned my only method of login which is via Facebook login. My Ads and business have been paused for more than 24 hours at this point. I’ve submitted a ticket and emailed to Manychat team but no reply. What should I do?

I set-up this workflow instead of the other comment dm workflow because it doesn’t take two steps to send the link to someone. For some reason, its not working at the moment

Can you please help me with this, I made a flow with an external request from Make, sometimes get the answer messages in my phone sometimes not. For example, if i ask to Gemini “what day is today” it answer correctly but if i ask for another situation that need more characters answer correctly in the response tab inside the configuration of the external request, but this messages not is display in my WhatsApp, it displays the last message.

Hi Everyone, I’ve tried many troubleshoot and ensures that:Facebook page and instagram accounts are being connected (I see from setting > linked accounts in page settings) Im the owner of the page with full control I ensure that i click ON on “allowing message” from another aps in Instagram account I ensure that my instagram is professional account; creator. (I use another MC Account that connected to creator account but it works well) I already tried to disconnect/remove manychat-IG from my Instagram and try to connect as a channel again, but failed When I try to connect instagram as a channel, after I log in to instagram log in pop up window, it shows like picture above.  I watch several YT video as troubleshoot but none work  

Hi everyone,I need some urgent help regarding a ManyChat account.The current owner of the account is no longer connected to our business, and we want to completely remove their access—including all integrations, settings, and admin rights. Unfortunately, we do not have access to their login and cannot coordinate with them directly.Does anyone know how to: Disconnect all integrations and remove the former owner’s access? Transfer full ownership of the account to a new admin without needing the current owner’s involvement? Would really appreciate any guidance or experiences from others who’ve gone through something similar. Thanks so much in advance!

I have a trigger YELLOWSTONE and the URL is correct for that ebook, but manychat keeps sending a completely different URL that goes to the NORTHEAST BUNDLE - which is a completely different thing. I’ve deleted and started over - it still does the exact same thing. It’s the only one (that I know of) out of the 17 I set up yesterday to do this weird switch. Please help.

Can I get Manychat to reply to comments on a facebook PROFILE in other words the profile for me? Or does it have to be a PAGE? Because I just did a live stream from my page and had people comment a specific word to get my free gift and I got about 500 replies! I never expected that. But this is on my profile not my business page

How do I filter conversations using the new tags feature? I want to see only the conversations that have a specific tag. On mobile it’s easy to do this, but on the desktop browser version I can’t find where to apply this filter.

When WhatsApp is linked & Approved on Manychat, does Manychat controls this WABA?That means the WABA is locked to ManyChat's platform and Meta intentionally restricts direct API access to itself directly. Is this is by design? ie. Hi ,I'm running into an issue after disconnecting and reconnecting my WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to Manychat. Here’s what happened: I originally had my WhatsApp number connected to Manychat and everything was working fine.   The WABA was verified and connected to a shared credit line in Meta Business Manager. Recently, I had to delete and reconnect the WhatsApp integration inside Manychat. After doing that, Manychat seems to have created a new WABA instance, and now: I see “Access removed” next to the original credit line in Business Manager. I can’t select the original credit line or ad account during the reconnection flow. Can´t connect again my whatsapp with coexistence. I want to restore the connection to

Hi everyone! I've set up an automation and I'm seeing a very worrying discrepancy between my "Sent" and "Delivered" metrics, and I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what's going wrong.Here is how my flow works: Trigger: User leaves a comment on a Facebook post. Message #1: Bot sends a message with a button asking them to confirm they want a link to a free test. (Sent as 'as Private Reply'). Action: User clicks the button, receives the message with the link, and a Smart Delay of 45 minutes starts. Message #2: A follow-up message checking in on their test results and offering a low-ticket paid product. The Problem: My "Delivered" rates are drastically lower than the "Sent" rates, despite everything happening well within the 24-hour interaction window.

Hi! I'm having an issue with the Automation Pause feature and hoping someone can help.The Problem:I have "Pause automations during conversations" set to 3 hours in my Inbox settings, but ManyChat is still sending flows even after a live agent has replied to the contact.My Questions:1. Why is the automation pause not triggering even though the setting is enabled?2. Is the automation pause ONLY triggered when replying through the ManyChat Inbox? If an agent replies directly through Facebook Messenger (outside of ManyChat), will the pause NOT be triggered?3. Is there any way for ManyChat to detect when a reply is sent through Facebook Messenger directly — so it can automatically pause the automation even without using the ManyChat Inbox?What I've observed:In the conversation log, I can see a note that automated replies have been paused temporarily — but the flows still seem to be running regardless.Is the only solution to

I’m new to Manychat and have linked both FB and IG accounts. I’m on the Pro 14 day trial. When I go to set up auto DM from comments I don’t see any of my FB posts to select from, only Instagram posts. I want to use the feature with Facebook. I have refreshed, checked buisness integration permissions, logged out and in again to Manychat, started the flow from scratch but nothing works. Not sure what to try next? Any help would be appreciated :)

However, I have already deleted all contacts from the list, and the number still remains the same.What should I do?  

Hi everyone,In my “Say hi to new followers” automation, I offer a free recipe guide in the initial message. If the follower clicks the button, that triggers the next message with an external URL button to the guide. I get quite a few people that don’t click, the button but rather write a reply like “oh yes please!” and then the automation stops. Is there a workaround where I don’t have to manually action all of these?

Hello everyone! 👋🏽 I’m Yanis Gerion, a videographer and content creator, and I’ve recently been invited to test Manychat’s beta for TikTok. I switched my account to a business account as required, but now I’m running into an issue when trying to connect my TikTok to Manychat. The error message says: “This TikTok account doesn’t support connection to Manychat.” Has anyone else experienced this or knows how to solve it?
