Hi guys, I have an AI agent integrated with n8n and Gemini and one of the issues is that when a Live Agent needs to chime in and interact with the user, the AI agent doesn’t get the context and since this automatically pauses the automations, all the info is not sent to n8n.I saw that there’s no official way of solving this and there’s an open feature request:  but I wonder how you have solved this issue on your agent? Appreciate the help here!Thanks

I’ve watched many videos and support information. What I am struggling with is how to use these flows and ideas to sell a tangible product. It seems that Manychat is ideal for selling services, coaching and marketing expertise. But what if you have artwork? I can’t offer constant “free” materials as an incentive for email addresses. When I offer a discount code… never get a response. I have had over 700 engagements with new followers, dms, stories, etc. Only gained 4 new emails. Trying to figure out how to make it be more effective. Any advice, links, suggestions, details… I am hopeful to know more.  Thank you.

Hi everyone, I’m stuck with a very strange Instagram connection issue in ManyChat and would really appreciate any insights. I wanted to contact official support, but I’m unable to upgrade my ManyChat account because no workspace is created. When I try to upgrade, I’m redirected back to my dashboard without any active Instagram channel. So I currently don’t have access to proper support either. Meta confirms that my Instagram Business account is successfully connected. The authorization flow completes without errors, and I get the confirmation that the Business Portfolio is linked. However, no Instagram workspace is created inside ManyChat. After the connection finishes, I’m redirected back to the reconnect screen and my account is not visible. There is no “Already connected” error anymore. It looks successful on Meta’s side, but ManyChat doesn’t initialize the channel. I have already:• Switche

hello i'm just trying to understand the free account - it says 25 contacts but i've jsut set up an auto dm link from comment. does this mean it will only work for 25 people?

 I’m facing an issue where the pre-filled message from my WhatsApp ads is not being properly detected by ManyChat.When a user clicks the ad and sends the default pre-filled message, the message is delivered normally to WhatsApp. However: ManyChat does not recognize it as an ad opt-in The Ad ID is not detected The trigger based on Ad ID does not fire The contact appears as unattributed Because of this, I cannot trigger flows based on the ad and have to rely on generic triggers.Has anyone experienced this issue with WhatsApp ad attribution and pre-filled messages not being recognized?

Context:I run an app/website where users sign up and accept terms allowing us to contact them via WhatsApp. Their data is stored in my database (sometimes I can also feed contacts via Google Sheets).What I need is: every time a new contact is created, ManyChat should automatically send a WhatsApp Message Template (Marketing or Utility) after a few hours/days (welcome/onboarding), without any manual importing/tagging.Issue:When I try to do this via API, ManyChat blocks it and says I need some kind of approval/permission, and that I have to do it manually. All of my automation on both my account aren’t working anymore for 3 days.I’m desperate for help from Manychat, but…. it’s not really fast.Since I tried “say hi to news follower” every thing stop.It was working very well for the last 2 year.But now, it’s over, I tried everything recommande by the AI Chat bot, stuff ask with the 2 emails from ticket, but that’s all….Any idea ? When I tried the routing message in Business Facebook, I got this error message.    I tried of course to disconnect Manychat, reconnect, refresh everything, with no result...

Analytics for ManyChat automations is very sparse… it seems that a request for date-based anayltics comes up a lot. Is this in development? What’s the verdict? 

Hello,I am new here, I created and linked my Business FB profile, IG account and business page on Manychat easily. The only feature I was interested in using is unavailable to my account. I think I have all set up correctly. So, I have a FB page - FB business page - my IG profile is set as Business - On IG Connected tools are OK. all seems in order I refresh Manychat permissions but that feature remains unavailable.See image.I am not sure if this is something I can solve, if so how?

I receive errors when trying to send out messages using the Manychat Make modules for “Send text” and “Send message”  Could someone shed some light on what they intended for? I am planning to collect leads via Instagram and Telegram and to then send out Texts/Messages via the according channel where the contact came from. However the errors claim there was no prior contact and no message can be sent and also mentions message Tags:[400] Content can’t be sent to the subscriber without a message tag. The AI step seems to be really helpful, but I am not quite sure yet how and when to use it. I have three questions which I would like to ask new followers to identify if they are potential customers, but I have some technical questions on how to set this up:Is it possible to start an automation (incl. the AI Step) if a new follower responds to my welcome message which doesn’t contain a link? I automated a Comment/Reply/DM for my ebook months ago for all posts.  The Keyword was “VIBE” but it would send replies randomly to people who didn’t comment the keyword.  I ended up having to delete the automation because it began replying back to EVERY SINGLE COMMENT.  The setting was set to “message a keyword” and not “message all” so I’m not sure why that happened.  And even with the deleted automation, my followers are STILL getting replies and DM’s.   I’ve refreshed my permissions, the only thing I can think to do is delete my ManyChat altogether and start over.  But that would delete everything I’ve automated too.   Ugh, please help.  ALSO WHY IS THER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MANYCHAT!?! I need to talk to a person.  

My Instagram account @magno_properties is connected via Instagram OAuth. The bot receives messages but cannot reply - error says channel not available for communication. I need to switch to Meta for Business connection. Please help.

I created a workflow to collect daily user information.However, the user missed answering yesterday’s questions, and we also sent today’s message.The user first submitted answers for today, then later submitted answers for yesterday by selecting the previous options.I want to store these as two separate conversations, but they are being treated as the same one. I’m using an n8n webhook to save the responses to a Google Sheet—what can I do to separate them?I tried a solution where I generate a unique ID via the n8n webhook and store it in a user field, but it gets replaced every time. Is there any variable or method that allows storing a unique ID for each workflow run so it remains distinct?
