Um funcionário de nossa equipe cometeu, por engano, a exclusão em massa dos contatos de conta. Nossa base tinha aproximadamente 11.000 contatos e agora não aparece mais no sistema.Essa exclusão foi acidental e está causando um impacto extremamente grave em nosso negócio.Gostaríamos de saber se existe a possibilidade de restaurar uma base a partir de um backup recente da plataforma. SABE SE TERIA A POSSIBILIDADE NESSE CASO? ALGUÉM POR FAVOR 

Hola ME estoy volviendo loco! no se como conectar inatgram bien para poder envair mensajes de bienvenida a los nuevos seguidores y toda la info que encuentro yo creo qeu es antigua! teneiendo en cuenta que no tengo mucha idea!  porfavor alguien me podria ayudar! incluso si pudieran ayduar a instalarlo. Edu  

Estou com um prazo apertado e preciso de ajuda urgente. Já conectei o pixel da Meta ao ManyChat, mas não estou recebendo nenhuma resposta. Repeti o processo várias vezes e tenho certeza absoluta de que os IDs correspondem, mas ainda assim não recebo resposta do ManyChat para a Meta. Já adicionei o balão de ação correto e conectei o WhatsApp ao ManyChat corretamente, com a verificação feita pela Meta.

Ao entrar na minha conta do Manychat, consegui conectar no facebook, mas da erro quando tento conectar no Instagram. Parece que o pedido foi enviado, mas não passa dessa parte. 

OláGostaria de disparar mensagem para o lead (já aluno no curso) via whatsapp, como eu faço esse comando?Avisando que o grupo de estudos está com as vagas abertas, se ele tem interesse ou não!

I just set up a free account to see if this will work for me. I was able to add my Instagram account. When I added my Facebook business page it made a whole 2nd account it seems. When I am on the Facebook one I cant seem to send a dm when someone comments a key word like what I can do in Instagram. Is this user error or is it not an option in FB like it is in insta?

Selected Outside 24hours window, I have 10,708 subscribers to Broadcast However when i select Reason = Promo and Updates, my subscriber turns 0Anyone know what happened and how to fix it?

I’m currently trying to integrate ManyChat with our Meta account, but it’s showing that the account has already been linked. Unfortunately, we can’t locate which email address it was originally connected to.How can I remove the linked email some how without having access to it and regain access?

I can see that in the Manychat live chat it is able to see the full DM conversations on my IG account which includes the reels that another user directly shared to me.  However, i cant figure out how to trigger an automation when this happens, it only works if someone sends a message with text to my IG account but it doesn’t trigger if they share a reel.  Is this feature possible with Manychat?  

Hola, estoy queriendo hacer una personalización para una conversación iniciada luego de comentario en post o reel, la idea es hacer una encuesta desde many chat y no de forms de google, pero se me complica, llega cortada la conversación o me dispara mal los  mensajes, si alguno me puede ayudar.. 

Hello,I am pretty new and have around 3500 contacts now and it's only connected to my Instagram….but a lot of them are subscribed ‘unknown contacts’. What is the difference with known contacts? Is that spam? I am wondering also how a contact can be ‘unknown’ as the only way to get onto my Manychat contact list is through commenting on my reels or my stories.Hopefully someone can help me with shedding some light on this 🙏 Thank you so much in advance, Kate

Hello ManyChat Community, I’m on the FREE plan and trying to build an Instagram automation. When I create a new flow and add a “Send Message” step, I see the message:“👇 Tap some step to edit”However, clicking the step does not open the sidebar, so I am unable to edit the message or set up Collect Reply / User Fields.I have already tried the following:- Creating a new automation from scratch- Refreshing the browser- Using Chrome- Clearing cacheDespite this, the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this before? Are there any workarounds or solutions for free plan users? Thank you for your help!

That part works perfectly.What I now need help with is this:I want people to be able to comment the same keyword on my posts, reels, and reply to my stories — and have that send them into the exact same automation flow.I understand that comment triggers need to be set up separately and can’t live inside the same automation as the DM keyword trigger. Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue connecting my Instagram account to ManyChat and I’m hoping someone here has dealt with this before.My Instagram was previously connected to a ManyChat workspace (codewith-imraan). Now the Instagram channel is no longer visible inside that ManyChat account, so I can’t manually remove or disconnect it.However, when I try to connect the same Instagram account to a new ManyChat account, it shows errors like: Already connected Request sent Instagram channel not active I have already removed ManyChat from Instagram → Apps & Websites settings.It looks like the Instagram account is still locked to the old workspace on the backend.Has anyone experienced this?How did you get it released or unlinked?I’ve already submitted a support ticket, but I wanted to check if there’s anything else I can try in the meantime.

I am using a template provided by Manychat to respond to comments and send private messages.It works for the first two and then stops working. I have tried to respond manually to comments on Instagram Reels and an error occurs.I have tried with permissions, the professional account, and the main methods they recommend, but none of them work.   I tried duplicating it and creating a new one. It works at first, but after the third or fourth comment, it stops working.Does anyone know how I can fix this error? Thanks a lot, my reel is published for two days i need urgent help! 

I’ve logged into my new account, but I’m facing a persistent issue. I’ve tried connecting my accounts multiple times—honestly, it feels like a hundred tries by now—but each time, the process just completes and then everything disappears. I’m unable to log in properly or access anything within the app.I’m not sure what’s going wrong here, but it’s blocking me from moving forward. Acho que devo ter feito algo errado, pois agora, sempre que clico na minha conta para adicioná-la ao Manychat, aparece a seguinte mensagem: "Sua solicitação foi enviada. Peça ao proprietário da conta do Manychat com esta página para aprovar sua solicitação".O problema é que não aparece nenhum campo para aprovação no ManyChat. Já criei, excluí e criei uma conta no ManyChat novamente, mas o problema persiste. Não tenho problemas com a página do Facebook, apenas com o Instagram.Por favor, ajude

Hola amigos.No puedo ver los mensajes automaticos desde whatsaa que envia el sistema de many chat. Desde mi dispositivo me aparece como ËSPERANDO MENSAJE, ESTO PUEDE TOMAR TIEMPO. Esto me sucede desde mi dispositivo con los mensajes automaticos que envia many chat, sin embargo si yo intervengo  en forma manual, esos mensajes quedan con normalidad.Por otro lado, al cliente le llegan e interactua con normalidad con los mensajes, hasta incluso lo he probado con otro dispositivo para comprobarlo, el cliente puede leer los mensajes normal.Si alguno tiene idea de la  solucion se lo agradeceria porfavor.

Hi everyone,I’m on the 14‑day Trial in my current workspace, but I’ve already entered my payment details and need full Pro features (especially the Broadcasting tab) immediately. Right now the sidebar still shows “TRIAL”, and Broadcasting isn’t available. The Billing page displays my card on file with a charge scheduled for the day the trial ends.Is there a way to skip/terminate the trial period and switch to the paid Pro subscription now, or must I wait until the trial expires automatically? If the only option is to contact Support, what’s the quickest path (info to provide, form link, etc.) to get them to flip the workspace from Trial to Pro?Thanks in advance for any tips!

I’m experiencing an issue with ManyChat’s automated follow-up flow.After editing the message content, the flow no longer sends messages according to the scheduled time and displays a “Time Setting Error.”No time-related settings were modified during this update. The automation was functioning correctly prior to the content changes.Since updating the content, the system consistently triggers a time setting error.Could you please advise which configuration or component might be causing this issue?
