Tenho uma conta paga e outra gratuita vinculada ao mesmo email. Porem não consigo acessar a conta paga que é estava configurada e pronta pra uso. preciso de ajuda

finding in doc, i figured out is also possible using validation in whatsapp manager on meta ads but in this case i cant use CoEx and have to disconnect. i already using messages in batch and trading conversations with my custumers i cant delete this one. i have to dispatch more messages but i cant validate my current number to increase the number of messages. and is quite important for my bussiness use coex , as actually working now and very well.

Hello, I scheduled four messages to be sent on January 31, 2026, each set for different times: 1st message: 07:00 AM 2nd message: 07:55 AM 3rd message: 09:30 AM 4th message: 12:30 PM However, the following issue occurred: all messages were sent at the same time as the first one, specifically at 07:00 AM.This is a serious problem, as all messages were scheduled for the same contact base, which directly impacts communication quality, user experience, and may cause deliverability issues.I need to understand what went wrong with the scheduling system and what measures will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.

Hello, I would like to build a chatbot ai for whatsapp. But recently I saw that meta introduced an ai tax to use third party ai chatbot with whatsapp.Is there a way to avoid this tax? Or do I have to use chatbot without ai?

The number is using WhatsApp Business, the business is verified by Meta, but in the WhatsApp account in Meta, it does not show currency, time zone, and the WhatsApp manager. The only info appear is:Business name, Phone number, and Profile photo.Also, I tried to connect the Many chat process, but the only choice I have is to create a new WhatsApp business for the business portfolio

Hay algunos chats de WhatsApp desde los cuales me hablan, pero sus mensajes NUNCA llegan a la plataforma. Esto implica que las automatizaciones nunca empiezan, y por ende los clientes terminan siendo ignorados.Los mensajes que yo envío desde Manychat sí son visibles, así que es como si estuviera hablando solo.Uso WhatsApp Coexistence, pero este problema es relativamente nuevo, ya que no sucedió durante los primeros meses.Es imperativo que pueda solucionar esto, ya que realmente entorpece todo el negocio y no es sostenible.

Is anyone else having problems when all (literally all settings, including channels, automation, contact and subscription) disappear?I have used Manychat for more than a year. I logged in as usual through Facebook and saw just a new account 😩And I don't know why. I didn't delete automation, channels, or any integrations, and I paid my subscription last week.It seems like there might be some bug.

I would like to add the second Instagram profile into my Manychat channel and tried to get inside of my created profile and found out that I cannot log in anymore with FB or Instagram credentials. I have checked all the passwords, all was correct and were saved on my PC, but then why I cannot log in? I have no active subscriptions on my account but I am still being billed by Manychat. Does anyone know where to go to resolve this - I’ve had to block the payment via my bank for now and I’m not very happy about it.

I’m having WhatsApp messages inconsistencies. Some messages from WhatsApp are never showing up in Manychat’s platform. However, the messages I send to them are indeed visible, but it’s as if im talking to myself because the chat only shows MY messages.The problem is, as the messages from my clients are not being recieved by Manychat, the automations never starts, so the conversarion ends up ignored.The whole “automation” thing gets useless. Is there any solution to this problem?Some deatils: I use WhatsApp Coexistence, but this issue is relatively new (it didn’t happen the first few months)

Ya hice la ceunta de META agregue el numero de telefono (nuevo sin uso previo) luego lo vincule con 360dialog exitosamente. Ahora el problema lo tengo al querer vincular Manychat con Meta/360dialog para poder armar los automatizmos en esta app. No lo logro. Hi ManyChat team — my Instagram business account….  is fully connected and authorized in Meta Business Manager and Instagram (Apps & Websites), but it does not appear as a workspace in my ManyChat account.This looks like a hidden or corrupted workspace connection. Can a team member please fully detach the Instagram account on the backend and re-enable it so I can add it properly?

I am using Manychat now for 5-6 weeks. setup and login was very difficult. however i was able to login with my mobile phone what never worked on my Macbook. but two days ago i was logged out and now i can’t login anymore. anyone experienced the same?

I’m running into a challenge with ManyChat and wanted to confirm the best-practice setup.I receive hundreds of Instagram DMs per day. Many of these are from existing followers, applicants, or active clients where I want to respond personally and not trigger automated AI replies. I only want the AI automation to respond to truly new inbound messages.Ideally, I want the system to work like this:New inbound messages from users → trigger the AI response. Once I personally reply in the DM thread → the AI should automatically shut off for that user. Ongoing conversations should not be interrupted by automation.What is the most reliable way in ManyChat to:Detect “new conversations” vs ongoing conversations, and Automatically pause or disable automation once a human/admin replies?If possible, I’d love guidance on the exact rule, tag, or automation logic that supports this use case at scale.Than

I’ve tested an automation that worked perfectly on iPhones, but it keeps duplicating buttons from other steps when on an Android phone. And for the same phone the buttons keep changing for the same steps. What’s wrong and what should I do? There’s nothing wrong on the steps I created.

Soy nueva en Manychat, queria hacer una automatizacion para whatsapp para liberar el tiempo de contestar a leads vacios y poder intervenir en los leads calificados o interesados.Hasta ahora tengo una automatizacion cuando me piden info por whatsapp donde le doy opciones del producto a elegir y depende del producto sale un mensaje con un archivo adjunto(info) y le agrego una etiqueta para saber sobre que producto esta interesado. Ahora quiero agregar un seguimiento automático que en caso de no responder nada por 12hs se le haga un mensaje de seguimiento para reactivar la conversacion, y en el caso de que responda a la info se active el bot IA de WhatsApp para continuar con la consulta. Alguien me daria una mano?

During the registration process everything seems correct, but at the end it doesn’t appear as a channel anywhere and I can’t use it. However, on my phone app it shows that I’m connected to a business, but in ManyChat nothing appears.

 Hi everyone, I’m experiencing an issue with ManyChat’s follower DM automation. The automation is active, permissions are granted, and the account is properly connected. However, the DM is not being delivered to new followers and the automation is not triggering at all. I’ve already reviewed all settings and connections. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to resolve it? I’d really appreciate any guidance.

Hello, I’m really struggling with the Follow to DM feature at the moment. And constantly getting the message below. Does anyone have a work around?  This Feature Isn’t available for your Instagram. This feature is currently in beta. Access is controlled by Meta and can vary by account.  Would love to know if anyone found a work around to this, or if it’s just a waiting game. Thanks
