Hey there, I just set up my account and have an issue. I like the auto-DM new followers option. But I don't want to try and get their email immediately. I want to start a chat/conversation with them first (this often leads to business). But it isn't letting me remove the "add button" to request email.Is this available only in the paid option? Or is there a workaround?

buena noche al momento de armar el flujo de la automatización sale todo muy bien pero el botón de live no lo puedo usar necesito saber como hacerlo jalar ya que ocupo que cuando le den click a el anuncio que redirecciona a WA Api entre la automatización ya le puse en el disparador que funcione cuando le den click a mi anuncio pero no jala solo se activa cuando le pongo al disparador cuando me manden mensaje directo a el numero de WA APi y lo mismo pasa con messenger e IG no puedo hacer halar el automatizador cuando le dan click a el anuncio que tengo en el administrador de anuncios de META (no puedo poner live el flujo) de antemano muchas gracias 

Hi Please can someone help as other posts don’t seem to solve my concern and not sure why there isn’t a support function…? None of my new automations work, I have a paid account, there’s only one word etc all the other problems I’ve seemed to gone through on here but still nothing? Reply to comments also isn’t working? And the accounts are linked. Any advice would be great thanks x

Is anyone else experiencing this with Manychat? A screen that says "Let's confirm you are human" keeps popping up for me. It happens after I leave the screen idle for about 5 minutes. Is this a common issue, or is it a problem with my account?

Hi, I have an empty ManyChat account tied to this email. I need to delete this workspace to free up the email so I can use it on my main account. How can I delete this workspace if I don’t see a delete option?

Instagram ads are no longer clicking into the bot flow directly from ads.  Even with all the correct settings and partner ads chosen.Meta has stopped the lead with a pop up screen which causes most of the leads to bail.  This is costing everyone a lot of money.  The IG ads used to be a single tap redirect from the ad to the flow.  Now Meta is presenting the user with this: Most at this point leave the ad bc they don’t know what to do.Very few will tap on ‘message streampremiere’ which actually takes them to the bot flow.Anyone left could send a message in the blank box which also doesn’t send them to their message they just sent. It gives them a fast pop up at the bottom of their screen to view what they just sent. At that point I have to then try to prompt them with a keyword to get into the bot flow.  Mo

Estou usando o Manychat na versão gratuita, porém desde ontem, toda vez que vou ativar um fluxo ele me diz que não posso ativar  na versão free. Eu faço fluxo e configuro para ativar com um comentário em um post do Instagram. Não tenho palavras chaves cadastradas, digo que qualquer palavra ativará o gatilho. Preciso de ajuda. =(

Em 16/02/2026 fui surpreendido com bloqueio/“Acesso negado” ao entrar (print: {"0":"Acesso negado","state":true}). Recebi apenas resposta automática do suporte — sem justificativa nem instruções. Meu WhatsApp (WABA) é um número dos EUA e só acesso via ManyChat (API oficial). Não consigo operar nem extrair leads/conversas. Tenho campanhas ativas no Facebook/Meta Ads direcionando para esse WhatsApp e estou tendo prejuízo imediato. Segue print ao tentar acessar a conta   

Hi, I have an account which had quite old connection (Dec 2025), and only recently started using it. It says that connection is all good, yet messages and contacts don’t show, and sending messages doesn’t work because there is no contacts. I tried refreshing the permissions and still nothing.Does anyone know what may be the issue

I previously was able to connect my accounts. The website looked totally different. Now when i login it take me to the app that doesnt have a side bar the the ai chat bot reffers to. I cannot access any settings. I keep going in cirlce to connect my account and then it says its connected and then it says a request was sent. Did something happen to the website is this a back end issue? Why did my account disconnect itsef? I got an email to reconnect it but it stilll just takes me in the same circles. This is so frustrating that you cant call someone  

Yesterday around 23.05 manychat sent around 10 automatic messages to some of my existing followers! I dont get the reason why?

Estou recebendo a mensagem de erro {"0":"Acesso negado","state":true} ao tentar acessar minha conta ManyChat. O problema aparece ao abrir a URL de login/integração e a página não permite prosseguir. Já tentei limpar cache, usar outro navegador e reiniciar, mas o erro persiste.Preciso de ajuda

Hi,  I have been using ManyChat for a while now and its really an important partner to have. It makes my life easy. However, I am unable to renew the subscription for continuously 3 days. Tried with 4 different card details but system isn't just ready to accept any! The payments were on auto pay and it was smooth for past 4 months. Suddenly there seems to be some trouble. Can anyone help? Now all the automations have stopped running.. ruining my rest of the day and adds to my anxiety of replying to everyone under DMs and comments! phew.. please help! Many chat team please solve this for me :)

Olá, uso o WhatsApp para vender meus produtos automaticamente. Notei, ao criar o fluxo no ManyChat, que no WhatsApp não existe a opção de continuar o fluxo caso o cliente não responda a uma pergunta por exemplo, o usuário precisa interagir com botões. Gostaria de poder programar que, se não houver interação, o fluxo continue automaticamente após um tempo definido. isso e possível? 

like the title says it Maybe inform your customer that youll include a "Automated by manychat" chat after each automation?I get that you want to convert us into paying customer but you need to communicate will be shown on the free tier vs not, or at least communicate that during the automation set up process… Imagine to horror when suddenly out of no where unexpectedly, customers are just being told its an automation

All the Youtube videos i see suggests it can only be done using Zapier, but then I don’t understand why there would be an integration in Manychat for AC?

Hi everyone,I already have an active ManyChat Pro account.Instagram and TikTok are connected and working correctly.Problem:When I try to connect Facebook Messenger, ManyChat forces me into creating a NEW FREE account / NEW Facebook Page.There is NO option to connect my existing Facebook Page + Messenger.Details:- I am admin of the Facebook Page- Correct Facebook profile is used- Page already has Messenger enabled- Same Business Manager is used- Still, ManyChat always redirects to “create new account”I’ve tried:- Removing all Facebook connections- Incognito browser- Reconnecting in different order- Checking admin permissionsNothing works.Has anyone experienced ManyChat forcing a new free account instead of linking an existing Page?Is this a known permission / workspace / Business Manager bug?Any real solution (not generic permission advice) is appreciated.
