Não consigo configurar a mensagem de boas vindas. Faço todo o passo a passo, mas quando vai pra tela do meta pra conecat o instagram, aparece essa mensagem: "Você não pode entrar com esta conta do Instagram, Tente usar uma conta do Facebook que vc saber que esta conectada a esta conta do Instagram. 

Estou com um problema grave onde as informações da minha planilha CSV não estão preenchendo os campos personalizados do ManyChat. Possuo diversos campos personalizados e é fundamental no meu fluxo, porém, na data de 29/01/2026 os contatos sobem, mas o ManyChat só preenche o nome e o Whatsapp ID. Nenhum campo personalizado é preenchido. Alguém já passou por esse problema. Lembrando que sempre subi planilhas antes dessa data, normalmente, preenchendo meus campos personalizados.

Excited to try the DM to new followers automation with my Pro account but my delay time options are only 5 minutes and 10 minutes which seem too long for my preference.  In the step by step guide as well as YouTube videos I have seen that there are several other options available - no delay, 30 seconds, 1 minute.  How do I gain access to those options?  Thank you

Hello everyone,I’m having an issue with connecting my Instagram account to ManyChat.Previously, I was able to add this Instagram account (shaiyrgul_manap) without any problems, and I have already upgraded to the Pro plan. However, now I can’t add or reconnect the same Instagram account anymore.I’ve tried to connect it more than 10 times, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve checked permissions, Facebook Business settings, and tried reconnecting, but nothing helps.Has anyone experienced this issue before?What could be the reason, and how can I fix it?Thank you in advance for your help 🙏

This week I started to notice my Instagram automations only sending to people who are following me. There is no reply comment or message sent to anyone who is not following me which is where most of my comments come from. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

finding in doc, i figured out is also possible using validation in whatsapp manager on meta ads but in this case i cant use CoEx and have to disconnect. i already using messages in batch and trading conversations with my custumers i cant delete this one. i have to dispatch more messages but i cant validate my current number to increase the number of messages. and is quite important for my bussiness use coex , as actually working now and very well.

Hello, I scheduled four messages to be sent on January 31, 2026, each set for different times: 1st message: 07:00 AM 2nd message: 07:55 AM 3rd message: 09:30 AM 4th message: 12:30 PM However, the following issue occurred: all messages were sent at the same time as the first one, specifically at 07:00 AM.This is a serious problem, as all messages were scheduled for the same contact base, which directly impacts communication quality, user experience, and may cause deliverability issues.I need to understand what went wrong with the scheduling system and what measures will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.

Is anyone else having problems when all (literally all settings, including channels, automation, contact and subscription) disappear?I have used Manychat for more than a year. I logged in as usual through Facebook and saw just a new account 😩And I don't know why. I didn't delete automation, channels, or any integrations, and I paid my subscription last week.It seems like there might be some bug.

I would like to add the second Instagram profile into my Manychat channel and tried to get inside of my created profile and found out that I cannot log in anymore with FB or Instagram credentials. I have checked all the passwords, all was correct and were saved on my PC, but then why I cannot log in? I have no active subscriptions on my account but I am still being billed by Manychat. Does anyone know where to go to resolve this - I’ve had to block the payment via my bank for now and I’m not very happy about it.

I’m having WhatsApp messages inconsistencies. Some messages from WhatsApp are never showing up in Manychat’s platform. However, the messages I send to them are indeed visible, but it’s as if im talking to myself because the chat only shows MY messages.The problem is, as the messages from my clients are not being recieved by Manychat, the automations never starts, so the conversarion ends up ignored.The whole “automation” thing gets useless. Is there any solution to this problem?Some deatils: I use WhatsApp Coexistence, but this issue is relatively new (it didn’t happen the first few months)

Ya hice la ceunta de META agregue el numero de telefono (nuevo sin uso previo) luego lo vincule con 360dialog exitosamente. Ahora el problema lo tengo al querer vincular Manychat con Meta/360dialog para poder armar los automatizmos en esta app. No lo logro. Hi ManyChat team — my Instagram business account….  is fully connected and authorized in Meta Business Manager and Instagram (Apps & Websites), but it does not appear as a workspace in my ManyChat account.This looks like a hidden or corrupted workspace connection. Can a team member please fully detach the Instagram account on the backend and re-enable it so I can add it properly?
