I can’t figure out how to get my account set up correctly. My social profiles are not connected as I am unable to use manychat features. Yet when I go to sign up, manychat sees my instagram, for instance, then says it’s connecting. Then a blue button comes up that says “switch account.” What does “switch account” mean? When I click it, it just redoes the sign up loop I just went through. There is apparently no customer service department at manychat. I’ve tried contacting them on three separate occasions and have heard nothing back. The AI help bot is worse than useless—a complete waste of time. I can’t seem to find anyone else who has this problem. Apparently everyone else easily connected their social profiles with zero problems? Everyone loves manychat but I can’t even sign up. I feel like I’m being gaslit about this service. I don’t even know what to ask? Is there a way to start over from scratch? Navigating manychat’s user interface reminds me a lot of facebook’s

I started using ManyChat last week, and it has been wonderful up until the past couple of days. Yesterday and today my automations don’t seem to be working quite right. My automation will be sent when someone comments on a post/reel. The DM seems to be sent just fine, but the public comment replies aren’t working anymore. Has anyone run into this issue? Is there a fix?

Ao selecionar o plano que quero contratar (Manychat Pro R$149), esse plano ira me atender?Outra duvida é, todos os meses eu recebendo a media de 1000 a 2000 contatos, esses leads vão ficando armazenados? Oque isso impacta no plano contratado?Oque é computador Contato (lead), as conversas ativas no período de 24 h ou todos os contatos recebidos?

Hi everyone,I could really use your help with something:In the “common automatic reply” settings, I added a link that is supposed to take the user directly to our restaurant’s page inside the Wolt app. Unfortunately, when someone clicks it, it opens our page in their mobile browser instead of opening the Wolt app itself.The link works correctly on other platforms, so I’m not sure what might be causing this behavior.Does anyone have an idea why this happens or how it can be fixed?Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 🙏

New to many chat literally just tried to make an account and connect- I did everything followed all steps and went back to many chat and it’s just stuck on the connect page, I click connect with meta and it just takes me to my Facebook page, I click connect with instagram and it just takes me to my Instagram page? How do I connect ??

Hi, my Telegram bot @JobSlimBot_bot is connected to Manychat. Messages from Telegram arrive in Live Chat and I can reply from Manychat, but my Telegram Welcome Message never triggers.What I already did:– Created a Welcome Message flow and published it (no yellow dot).– Selected this flow as Telegram Welcome Message in Settings.– Enabled the Telegram channel and refreshed permissions.– Renewed the bot token and reconnected the bot.– Tested with /start and the Start button on different phones and with completely new Telegram accounts that never talked to the bot before.Result:– No automation starts, no Welcome Message is sent.– Only Live Chat works.Could someone from Manychat please check my Telegram integration and triggers on your side and tell me what is wrong with my account?`

Do you have to have a business Facebook page to connect it to Instagram and Facebook? Anyone know a work around since I don’t have a Facebook business page? My Facebook is in the professional setting.

As mensagens da automação não estão chegando aos usuários do Instagram, além disso, os fluxos estão duplicando e enviando mensagens aleatórias para as pessoas, sem que aquela automação esteja inserida no fluxo. É um comportamento que vem se repetindo por dias e de modo constante, o que fazer? 

how many tasks can you save in 1 AI step? i thought it was unlimited but now I can only add up to 5 tasks per AI step. anyone else having tme same observation? does anyone know what the limit is? 

É possível conectar um mesmo número de WhatsApp em mais de uma conta do Manychat? Se sim, as mensagens recebidas nesse número iriam para ambas as contas do Manychat ou apenas para aquela conta onde há uma campanha com o contato relacionado?

Fiz o cancelamento da assinatura, desconectei tudo, porém, o manychat segue tentando debitar o valor no meu cartão de crédito. Algum lugar onde eu possa falar diretamente com eles? Me orientem, grata.

Hi!I’m getting this error when trying to access or edit our “Oi” automation for new followers on Instagram inside ManyChat.This flow is responsible for sending the initial greeting message and guiding users through our welcome path, so it's important for our team to update it.I already checked all user permissions on Meta Business Suite and followed the steps from the official help article, but nothing changed.Our admin has full access to the Instagram account and can normally edit links, settings, and other assets on Meta, but still can’t access this specific automation inside ManyChat.Could you help me understand what may be causing this issue and how to fix it?Thank you!

Example attached.I want people to pick an option from the list so the automation doesnt die.I can do this successfully by looping them back to the question using data collection or conditions with tags when they give an invalid response using the “next step” feature. However the “next step” runs in the background even after i get a valid response and will still loop them back to the question.How can i disable the next step if i get my response?

I recently saw a video of someone who mentioned Manychat was available for TikTok in the USA (they are based in the USA). When I try to connect, I get either a “something went wrong” message (on the iOS app) or the “not available in your country” message on the desktop. Is it only available to a select few? :) How can I be on that list?
