Hello,Could someone please share screenshots of the process for sending a WhatsApp template via LiveChat? The official ManyChat article only includes one screenshot, which just shows an icon in the text area.I would like to see the following steps: How to find and select a specific template. What the template looks like when selected (including the attachment in header, variables, and buttons, if possible). How to customize the template (e.g., adding attachments and filling in variable values). How the sent template appears in the chat. Thank you in advance for your help!

I want to use Manychat for auto-replying to comments, but without sending a DM to the commenters. The auto-reply should be based on a preset reference.

I’ve been having recurring issues with message templates not getting approved whenever I use the "First Name" variable (especially when it’s the first word in the message). When I submit it for approval, an error message appears — but it doesn’t specify what the actual issue is.Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know if it’s a bug in Manychat or a restriction from Meta? I couldn’t find any information about it.

Could you please explain why the WhatsApp Templates Flows feature is not yet available for use?

I’ve set up a “comment to DM” automation in Manychat. A follower commented under my post, but I found out the comment has slight difference from the keyword trigger I set, so the comment and DM wasn’t sent to him automatically. I then mortified the keyword in Manychat, since the comment has already been posted under my post, can I re-trigger the automatically, and send back my comment and DM to that follower? Or must I manually send the info to him?

Is there a way with manychat where you can setup an autoDM bot that DMs every new follower on Tiktok?

Is it possible to personalize the message based on the specific ad that brought the person in as a follower?

I recently activated one automation that if someone comments “10k” they will receive a link in their DMs. However, it is not working for any of my followers even tried it myself using my other account it did not work. Have set this automation for the first time. Please help as i’m new to this.

Pelo meu lado, tudo aparece normal (o ManyChat envia a resposta, e eu consigo ver a mensagem na conversa). Mas, do outro lado, as pessoas só veem o chat vazio. Já conferi permissões e configurações várias vezes, mas o problema persiste. Alguém teria uma solução?

Hello everyone,I am new to this and I’ve been trying to set up a sequence to target contacts that haven’t been back in touch after a first inquiry. I segmented them using tags and subscribed them to a sequence. I then made a sequence with a first message that you can see attached. When I check the conversation I see a notification saying the message was sent, but when I check through my dms I don’t see any message sent. The sequence stats also don’t show any message sent. I am confused and wondering what is it that I’m doing wrong.Thank you for your help :)  

Hello! I am trying to set up the “Auto-DM links from comments” for IG, when I selected “comments on a specific post or reel” from the dropdown menu, “You haven’t posted anything yet!” appears even though I have posts/ reels on my IG account. Would appreciate some help, thank you!

So I have 4 different Instagrams attached to my Facebook, all paying individually to Many Chat for the Pro service.  I’m having an issue with the New Follower automation not working on all accounts simultaneously, just working on one account at a time.  How can I fix this?

Hey- I currently have IG connected, and am trying to add my FB Business Page. When I go to settings > Channels > Facebook Messenger, my business page pops up right away and it already says “Connected” in gray. But in my home page and everywhere else it only shows 1 channel-- my IG-- and I can’t create automations for the FB Business Page.  I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting Facebook. I went into Meta and made sure that my page is in fact a Business page and also put it under a Meta “Business Suite”. In Facebook Settings, I see that ManyChat has permissions… but seemingly no meaningful access within ManyChat.  Any advice?? TYIA.

Hello, I created a manychat profile for my personal social media accounts and used Facebook as a login method. But I have not been active with this. Now I am working with someone where I created a new instagram account and new manychat profile connected to a gmail login, I have subscribed on this account. The new instagram account is connected to my facebook profile so when I try connecting this new instagram account to the new manychat profile, it automatically redirects me to the first personal manychat profile I created. I tried deleting the personal instagram and Tiktok accounts I had connected so I have no accounts linked but facebook is still linked as a sign in method.How do I delete my original manychat profile so that my facebook is unlinked to any account? When I try clicking the manychat logo top right to take me to settings, it just takes me to the page where I have to select an account to add.  I found this link in related topics b

There is a feature in the settings> live chat behavior where in any user can just close all assigned conversation. How can i restrict this? and is there a log where i can find who closed all assigned conversation? it disrupts our workflow when someone clicks this.   thanks

Hi everyone,I have an issue with automations.When people comment a keyword on any post or reel, they receive a DM from me asking if they want the free ressource I share.They juste have to click (to confirm) on the button, to receive a second automatic message from me to have the link. But since 2 days, people NEVER receive my 2nd message when they click on the button.Since I've started to use Manychat, never had any problem.I've tried to refresh permissions but it didn't help.My first automatic DM is still working.Any idea ?Thanks !
