Like many others here before me, I can’t complete the initial step of connecting my new Manychat account to a new Instagram account I’ve just created. When I try to log in using my Instagram username, Manychat displays Instagram's browser login web form and I get the error, "Sorry, your password was incorrect. Please double-check your password." I know for a fact that I entered my password correctly because I can log into the IG phone app with that same password.Even if I reset my IG password, I still cannot log in via this web form using the new password.I've also tried logging in with my email address and that doesn't work either.I saw a YouTube video that said you need to set your Instagram account to either a Business or Creator so I set mine to Business and that didn’t fix the problem.What's the trick to connecting ones Manychat account to their Instagram account?

Hello! My automation was working when I tested and previewed it, tried it once from another account was also working. Now, it stopped working at all whenever I try to write the keyword. Any clue why is this happening? Thanks

Dear all. I am new with Manychats and just signed up for the pro version, I need help. I set up a flow successfully to collect emails and when I tested it by providing an email address like a lead, It worked however, I cant find the email or contact on my back end. I can only see them only in the Live chat. Is this normal? Also the contacts that are shown on my dashboard, are they contacts that opted in or what because it’s a bit confusing. I will appreciate anyone’s help

Can anyone tell me how to get a human agent to help me?  I used the AI service to start this and it took me down a destructive rabbit hole that I had to figure out myself hhow to undo and I can’t get any actual help.  I am on a trial and if THIS is how we are treated I will NOT be continuing on to a paid version.

Estou seguindo passo a passo para excluir os contatos indo em :Selecionar todos os contatos > Ações em Lote > Cancelar inscrição da conta > Escrevo o que se pede > Aparece um icone como se tivesse apagado mais os contatos permanecem ali. Vou bater os 500 contatos e não consigo apaga-los. Alguém pode me ajudar a resolver esse problema? Já limpei o cache do meu navegador e não resolveu. Grata!

I’m having an issue with the Manychat coexistence mode with WhatsApp Business. It’s my first time connecting, everything seemed fine, but when testing incoming messages, I’ve sended messages from 4 different numbers: only 2 of them reach both Manychat and WhatsApp Business, while the other 2 only arrive on WhatsApp, not on Manychat. Does anyone know what could be happening?With these numbers, even if I start the conversation from Manychat, I can send messages and the number receives them, but no reply shows up in Manychat. I have no idea what’s causing this, I already deleted and reconnected the integration twice.SummaryManychat + WhatsApp in Coexistence ModeTest results: 2 numbers OK (Sending and Receiving via Manychat). 2 other numbers: I can send through Manychat, but cannot receive messages in Manychat from them.

Hi everyone,I'm currently using an automation in Manychat that's connected to all Instagram posts (not specific ones).I'm trying to find a way to identify which specific post generated a lead.Is there any method to either: Dynamically retrieve the Instagram Post ID or some unique identifier inside the automation flow triggered by a comment or DM? Or add a custom identifier (like a post number or slug) to the URL or UTM parameters, in a way that it’s passed into the flow and can be stored in a Custom User Field? The goal is to track which post each lead came from, even when using the same automation across multiple posts.Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone,We have thousands of contacts in our ManyChat broadcast list, and everything was working fine until a few hours ago. However, we’ve noticed that new people who click "Get Updates" are NOT being added to our broadcast list anymore.I’ve checked Messenger, and people are still clicking the button “Get updates” and engaging with the flow, but no new contacts have been added in the last 5-6 hours. They are only shown in the contacts section but they are not added to our broadcast list. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could this be a ManyChat bug, a Facebook API issue, or something else?
