What’s going on with the facebook page reel comments to dm feature? For the last 2 weeks nothing has been working - no automatic replies, no messenger dms are being sent.Is there any way to get this working again because I have a viral video right now with over 2,000 comments and I’m pretty sure this is costing me lots of money.

I just subscribed to PRO with Manychat AI.I went through all the steps (under Manychat AI section) to realise that this automatically setup my Insta instead of my Whatsapp.How do I setup AI on the Whatsapp? I even went to Automation > New Automation but now I have more questions:1.  What is the difference between ‘Automate conversations with AI’ & ‘Smart replies powered by AI’?2.  What was the point of me going through all the steps under Manychat AI section? (when it seems I need to do a similar step again?RgdsTrey

Pessoal, eu preciso muito entrar em contato com a equipe do manychat mas nao consigo de jeito nenhum, o meu perfil do instagram esta conectado a um outro perfil do manychat onde eu nao tenho acesso e nem acesso ao administrador, preciso muito que eles desvinculem o meu perfil do instagram a esse perfil do manychat pois nao estou conseguindo utilizar o serviço aqui para o meu perfil do ig, como posso resolver? ja tentei chat pelo bot, falar no perfil deles, entrar em contato por email e nada…

I have a template I want to share protected and locked for editing. When the template is uploaded into a new account, it uploads correctly and looks ready to go, but the only trigger available to turn on is for message keywords. All the other triggers are grayed out, disabled; and, well… locked. Despite the fact that I selected them in growth tools and they are visible in the automation folder. They simply can’t be enabled because they are locked for viewing (which is what I want). But I also want them to be able to actually use the template lolI know there must be a way to enable the triggers, because what would be the point of sharing a locked template if they can’t actually enable the triggers to turn the automation on? That would defeat the purpose of a locked template, so I’m sure there must be a way! I just can’t figure it out.TLDR: how do you enable a trigger on a locked template without viewing the automation? The toggle switch is grayed out/locked.

Currently, when you share a template that includes a Comment Trigger, that trigger cannot be changed on the users end when the template is protected. Templates when protected are also, by default, installed toggled off. When the user installs they have to go toggle everything on,  but they cannot turn on comment trigger flows because the trigger is protected in it’s “off” position. We could simply not lock the specific automation that includes the comment trigger, but if the entire template is locked, the trigger is locked within the flow regardless of the specific automations locked status.The user cannot alter the trigger word either way. This means your protected templates cannot include a comment trigger, which feels like a pretty big feature to exclude from sharing. Any chance we could get a patch? 🥺🙏 

Hi everyone 👋I’m setting up Instagram comment-to-DM automations for my brand using ManyChat.I noticed that when I use the default Instagram Comments template, the DM gets sent instantly and I can’t seem to add a delay, typing simulation, or random wait times before the first message.However, when I create the automation using “Build From Scratch”, I’m able to add: Delay Smart Delay Typing simulation Randomizer flows Is this limitation normal for template-based comment automations?My goal is to make the automation feel more human and natural instead of sending an instant bot-like reply.Ideally I want something like:Comment Trigger → Random Delay → Typing → DMWould love to know how you guys handle this 🙌

tengo todo el flujo creado , para que cuando lleguen mensajes directos al DM de instagram dicendo una palabra clave como “hola” se disparen una seie de textos y botones , ,,, cuando hago la demo si que me va todo pero cuando lo pongo en automatico , no funciona… le escribes la parala hola desde otro instagram y no hace nada.alguien me puede decir porque en la demo si que funciona y cuando lo pasas a automatico no?

My use case: leads fill out a Tally form (with explicit WhatsApp opt-in consent), Make processes the data, and I need to automatically create the WhatsApp contact in ManyChat to deliver personalized results via an approved template.The endpoint appears in my API swagger documentation and accepts whatsapp_phone as a parameter. But when I call it passing first_name, whatsapp_phone, and consent_phrase, I get this error:"Permission denied to import wa_id. Please contact support to enable this feature"I've confirmed:- Pro plan active- WhatsApp Business number connected and active- Approved template (resultado_diagnostico) already set up- Explicit opt-in consent collected in the form- The createSubscriber endpoint is visible in my swaggerI've seen other posts mentioning

Hi everyone,I’m trying to figure out whether there is a way to use a keyword trigger or at least a workaround to start an automation whenever a user sends a file through WhatsApp. More specifically, I’d like to trigger a flow when someone uploads a document such as a PDF.I’ve tried using conditions such as "message starts with https" and "message contains pdf", based on the way files appear in the Inbox as links (for example: https:// manybot-files.manychat dot io/example.pdf), but that approach didn’t work for me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

estamos trabajando únicamente con ManyChat y la IA propia de ManyChat. La IA responde muy bien; sin embargo, estamos teniendo el siguiente problema:Cuando un cliente hace clic en un anuncio, por ejemplo “INFORMACIÓN DEL CURSO LENGUAJE”, el bot envía correctamente la información del curso y además coloca automáticamente la etiqueta correspondiente.No obstante, si posteriormente el mismo cliente hace clic en otro anuncio, por ejemplo “PAREJA”, el mensaje que llega a WhatsApp es “INFORMACIÓN DEL CURSO PAREJA”; sin embargo, el bot responde indicando que no tiene información de ese curso y, por lo tanto, no coloca la etiqueta correspondiente.Cabe mencionar que las etiquetas son diferentes y cada curso cuenta con distintas palabras clave.

El problema que estoy teniendo es que en cada mensaje o nodo tengo que configurar esto manualmente de forma individual, y tengo muchas automatizaciones con muchos nodos, entonces se vuelve bastante engorroso y difícil de mantener.Entiendo que quizás no haya una forma nativa en ManyChat para resolverlo, pero me llama la atención porque es un comportamiento muy normal en un bot: que la persona no conteste o que escriba cualquier cosa en vez de tocar los botones.Mi idea era ver si existe alguna posibilidad de resolverlo con etiquetas o alguna lógica más global. Por ejemplo: que si la persona no responde dentro de cierto tiempo, se aplique una etiqueta y automáticamente se envíe un mensaje de recordatorio específico; y por otro lado, que si la persona escribe cualquier cosa en vez de presionar los botones, el sistema envíe automáticamente un mensaje de error indicando que debe seleccionar una opción válida. AJUDA URGENTE! Todas as minhas contas do Manychat foram banidas e desativadas automáticamente (não ao mesmo tempo). Eu utilizo o Manychat para enviar links de afiliado ou até mesmo dos meus proprios produtos dentro do direct do Instagram. Mas nos ultimos meses as minhas contas começaram a ser desativadas e o suporte sempre me responde com essa mensagem.  Não encontrei nada sobre o que pode ter causado isso e não quebrei nenhuma regra da plataforma. Todos os produtos que vendo são legitimos e aprovados para venda tanto na META quanto no manychat. Toda vez que crio uma conta nova, basta eu criar um fluxo que ela cai na mesma hora ou leva algumas horas para ser desativada. Preciso de ajuda urgente com isso. Já tentei de tudo mas o suporte não consegue me ajudar! 

I am using IG with ManyChats. If I post in Facebook with Keyword responses, will the automations work with Facebook or do I have to have separate automations?

al intentar crear una automatización que parte desde un anuncio con el formato  formulario de clientes potenciales, pasa por make como  proceso de enviar esos datos recopilados a manychat y , disparar una plantilla de marketing en whatsapp.  Manychat no recepta los paquetes de información como tal y genera un error 400  

Olá, boa tarde tudo bem?Por favor, preciso de ajuda com o programa de afiliados. Divulgo o Manychat a mais de 2 anos, sempre usei a plataforma impact. Fui informado que vocês não trabalham mais com a plataforma. Estou buscando outra plataforma para divulgação. Meu maior problema hoje é o suporte, pois tenho comissões pendentes dentro da impact. Inclusive as comissões que vendi esse mês de maio, na plataforma tinha como data prevista o pagamento em Julho de 2026, essas comissões simplesmente sumiram.Estou preocupado, pois essas indicações fazem parte da minha renda, sempre divulguei a plataforma, não sei o que fazer. Estou entrando em contato por esse email, pois foi o unico que encontrei.Na plataforma impact só encontrei um número de telefone, mas não posso ligar, sou Brasileiro e não falo inglês.Por favor, me ajudem. Desde já agradeço.
