HIRING: ManyChat & Social Media Funnel Specialist (ecommerce)
We're a digital health and wellness brand running 12+ social media accounts across German, English, and Spanish markets. We need someone who lives and breathes ManyChat.The RoleYou'll own our entire ManyChat operation — building and managing automated flows across Facebook and Instagram (comment replies, DMs, story replies) for all of our accounts. The core of this role is constant optimization: split testing hooks, message copy, timing, and flow structure to improve open rates and conversions. Every contact that comes through ManyChat needs to be captured and synced to our email team (Klaviyo) with proper tags so they can retarget.
