Ask and troubleshoot

I am reading through the pricing at https://manychat.com/pricing . but let say we chose the Business plan which come with 7500 active contracts. so i have these questions:- what does active contract exactly means? whole chat? or per message, so a chat can consume let say 10 active contracts? can we specify to stop replying if we exceed the limit? or to say if we go beyond 7500 active contract, to only answer questions up to extra 50 USD??thanks

Is there a way to detect the language from the user first message, any provide further questions in the desired language? or i will need to explicitly ask the user about his/her language regardless of their first message language?For example, if the user say “Hi” , i can reply in engligh, if they say “Salut” i will reply in french without explicitly asking them about their language. is such a language detection possible? Thanks 

Montei uma automação, quando eu ativo ela e a pessoa manda uma das palavras que coloquei para iniciar a automação não está enviando no whatsapp  a mensagem. E na tela do Whatsapp está aparecendo algo sobre verificação, é necessario fazer verificação da conta do meta antes de dar certo as automações no whatsapp? Quando entro na conversa pelo whatsapp não aparece a automação como sendo enviada para a pessoa que entrou em contato.

I want to build a manychat and publish it to whatsapp, then i want to publish this as a clickable link inside our web site, so if a user access the website from their mobile device and click on the chatbot image , what will happen ? will it open inside whats-app application automatically ? and what will happen if they click on it from their PC then they should be login to whatsapp inside their PC , as well?

Hey everyone, I have a Pro account and my Instagram comment trigger has completely stopped working. When someone comments on a post, no DM is sent at all.Here's what I've already tried:- Reconnected Instagram from scratch (deleted and reconnected)- Updated Instagram permissions multiple times- Recreated the automation from zeroStill nothing works. Has anyone experienced this? Could it be a Meta webhook issue on specific accounts?Any help appreciated!

Hey,I have deleted all my contacts and im trying to re import them. Systems show 0 subscribers but after importing it says 406 contacts ignored as if they still exists. There was no change in the contacts’ details, i just removed some of them.

Hi there! For about 6 months already I’m seeing low delivery rate for Messenger messages ranging from 7% to 56% on numerous accounts. There are no links included in the copy, no highly-promotional content, etc. Has anyone find a solution for this?

I'm having a problem getting my Facebook and ManyChat to work together. When someone goes to my auto DM and types in the keyword word, I get a notification on my phone that they did it, but they don't get the link to my registration page in their comment section like it's set up to do. Does anybody have any idea as to how I can fix that? 

Hi everyone I’m trying to connect my WhatsApp Channel in Manychat.I go through the setup, but when I reach the final step I get this error message:“Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support.”I attached a screenshot of the error screen.A few details: I’m currently on the Free plan, so I don’t have access to direct support (only the AI bot, which didn’t solve it). I’m following the standard WhatsApp setup wizard from Manychat. The error appears right after I try to connect the number. Has anyone faced this issue before or knows what could be causing it?Any help or workaround would be really appreciated  Thank you!
