I am creating an automation to send a link after receiving a comment on the post, but the automation is active and the message is not being sent. The Instagram account is logged in, I am set as an administrator, and I have all the necessary permissions.In fact, any automation I create for this specific influencer's account is not working. The trigger is activated, but nothing is sent.What could have happened?

Hi ManyChat Support, My Facebook Business Page was recently hacked and I’ve lost admin access. As a result, I can no longer manage the connected Page or its permissions. I’m reaching out to request that you manually disconnect or remove the Facebook Page from my ManyChat account so I can either reconnect with my personal account on facebook until issue on FB business account is resolved   Thank you for your help,

I have now added a new admin to my ManyChat account to create and edit automation flows. However, this new admin cannot view or manipulate any flows in the Automation section, while the three old admins (including me) can still access and edit normally.I checked the role and the new admin is also assigned "Admin" like the previous admins. I don't know why the rights are limited like that. Has anyone encountered a similar situation or know how to fix it?Thank you everyone in advance!

Hi everyone!I’m building an automation system for Instagram using Manychat and an external AI flow via n8n.Here’s how it works: When someone messages us on Instagram, it triggers a webhook. That webhook sends the message to n8n. n8n uses a RAG system to generate a smart reply and sends it back to the user via Manychat. So far, so good — but here’s my challenge:Sometimes our team replies directly to users through the Instagram app (not through Manychat’s Live Chat). When that happens, I want the automation to pause for a set period (e.g., 2 hours) so the bot doesn’t interfere with the human conversation.I thought of using the “Pause automations during conversations” feature under Live Chat settings, but it seems it only works if the reply is sent from within Manychat’s Live Chat — which is not our case.Has anyone found a workaround for this?Is there any way for Manychat to detect when a message is sent by a human agent outside the platform (e.g., from the Instagram mobile app) and p

Hi,I’d appreciate some help. Over the past month, my Facebook account has been disabled 3 times (including Instagram, Ads Manager and facebook account ).I believe the issue might be related to my use of ManyChat automation, but I’m strictly following Meta's guidelines: I only send messages to people who explicitly opt-in, by commenting a trigger word on my posts. I use automation only on my business page, not personal profile. I don’t send mass messages, spam, or anything aggressive. My account has two-factor authentication enabled. Still, the account gets disabled repeatedly, and it takes time to recover ( i need to make a selfie video of me). ​​​​​​​I have no idea what I’m doing wrong, or why Meta keeps flagging my account even though I believe I’m compliant with all policies.Has anyone experienced this? Any advice on how to prevent this from happening again?

Hi ManyChat and ManyChat community!I’m wondering how I can hyperlink to an email -- as it stands, even if the person right clicked the message, they wouldn’t be able to copy the link, as it would copy the whole message.Second, I’d love to know how to prevent ManyChat from opening up a new little bubble / chat when you do use a link. When I send my website in the text, for example, it’ sends a message before the automated message with my website alone. See attached :)thanks!  

Card gets declined even after trying with different banks and cards. Happens every month and after like 300 tries, it starts working again like normally after wasting my entire day on it. The solution that link to “Manychat Users in India” webpage doesn’t work, I’ve been trying to follow the steps from 11 am, it’s 6 pm right now. Manychat support takes days to answer while thousands of people in my comment section are waiting for a link they’ll never receive.

Here's the idea: A message is sent to followers. If someone doesn’t respond, they receive a follow-up message 24 hours later. If someone clicks on option A, they receive message A 48 hours later. If someone clicks on option B, they receive message B 48 hours later. Honestly, Manychat has so many amazing features that I wasn’t sure if this specific setup is fully supported 😅So I wanted to ask: Is it possible to initiate the first message to users ourselves without it being considered spam or against policy? Hi, I get this annoying automation where my bot keep answering “sorry I didn't understand. This is a default reply. please change it by editing the flow "Generic Default Reply"”Even if the word under my “keyword” it still do that. And even if I completely turn off the default reply, it still do that.Can anyone help :(

Hi,I started Manychat recently and I’m on the pro trial. I am trying to run a facebook messenger automation and my trigger is when user sends direct message (default reply) but it doesn’t seem to work.I have refreshed my facebook permissions and checked the automation and trigger is correctly configured.The only potential problem I can see is that my handover protocol role is “unknown”. I’ve tried changing it on facebook business settings but it is grayed out and disabled. I get the message: “Handover Protocol is disabled while we migrate to Conversation Routing” - Anyone else have the same thing?Is this the problem or could it be something else? Thanks!

Hi guys, I have had a lot of success using the free version so recently upgraded to paid. My flows are being triggered successfully in comments but not in DMs or Story replies. I have remade them, tested them with different accounts, watched the videos from others Qs and still it’s not working in DMs/stories. I feel like it’s a facebook setting but I have been alllll over the place checking everything but there doesn’t appear to be an issue.
