Hi, we have a problem with our account becouse the “account status” in our Whatsapp page on manychat panel is still “Pending” after about 2 weeks.On Meta, our Business account is under restriction but the only thing that we do was to do the onboarding of a new number from manychat.How can we manage to resolve this problem and finally start to use our number?Thanks a lot!

Hey, I have a fitness business where I sell coaching and low ticket programs on my app. I have about 13,000 contacts from instagram on manychat and I am unsure on how I can optimize and monetize these contacts. They feel like a waste because I heard there was a 24 hour rule where I cant even message them anymore. Please help Im paying over $150 a month for these. Best,Jared

hello,Hello ManyChat Community 👋,I’m a marketing manager and I’m looking for help with organizing incoming messages while using the new Follow-to-DM feature.I want to enable this feature, but I’m concerned about how it will affect my client’s inbox. My client receives a high volume of new followers every day, and if each follow triggers a DM, it will flood the Primary inbox and push our active conversations and leads further down.Ideally, I would like all Follow-to-DM messages to be automatically routed to the General tab instead, so we can keep our active leads and important conversations easily visible in the Primary inbox.Is there a way to set this up inside ManyChat, or a recommended workflow to prevent Follow-to-DM messages from overwhelming the main inbox?Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!Thank you! 🙏

I've been working with ManyChat for a long time, and whenever I used to do a boosted post with an automation, the automation worked. Now, no matter what I do, the automation doesn’t work anymore. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and maybe how it can be fixed?In the past it worked great, but suddenly it stopped working and I honestly have no idea why.

Is there any way to make an automation that lets customers comment on an instagram post to add products to their basket? for example if I made a post about a cushion cover could customers comment SHOP to receive a link that would take them to our website where this item is automatically placed in their basket for a quick check out?

Hello, I have an automation and at the end I’m sending a link to website.  However, I have no idea if link was clicked or not.  Is there a condition or something that I can check if link was clicked, and if not to ask them about it?  All I’m doing right now is tagging the user with “warm lead”  How can I increase this engagement by checking if link was clicked?  Thank you

Hello Manychat users,I have an automation where they users have to click one of the choices to proceed.  But if they type it instead of clicking, the flow stops.  How do I re-engage them and put the back on the flow? 

I have a fb account, it was registered first to many account, now that fb account is disabled, my girlfirend added my new fb account as an admin to the page, when i log in to manychat, the account exist but the page doesnt, i tried logging in with a new fb acc in manychat and when i tried to access my page in many chat, it says to request access to my original account which is now i cant find

Hi everyone,I’m currently experiencing an issue with an automated reply in ManyChat.The auto-response uses a template that contains three buttons, but some users are not receiving this message at all.Has anyone run into this problem before?Any ideas or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am able to get manychat to connect to IG - when I go into settings I see it’s connected there but when I am in the app or web browser, I can’t seem to connect it there to manage the account. I have removed the app a few times to try again. It says that “We noticed this instagram account is already connected to manychat” but I can’t manage it anywhere. Can someone help? The app is installed but I don’t have any way to manage this because after I connect it, it says that it’s already connected. 

Hi, I have integrated Kit to Manychat. First the integration whet fine. But in Manychat i don´t get access to the system field for email. For example when I build a flow at some point I want to choose furst system field and then email. But in the scrowl down meny There is no system field I can choose. The same thing happens when I connect a form from Kit into the flow. I have pictures of what it looks like but I don´t know hoe to upload the pictures in this form. I appriciate your helpKaren

How can I add an image along with the text and link in Reels automation? I mean, when someone responds with the word link in my Reels, the automation sends link and text information privately. The question is, how do I also add an image?

I’ve tried multiple other peoples manychat automations and had others try mine as well. When they click a button, all it does is reload the page. It works fine on the instagram app on phones but on the instagram site on desktop, it just keeps reloading the page. Is that happening to anyone else here and is there any way to get that sorted? It used to work perfectly — but now it only works on Facebook, not on Instagram.Here’s what I’ve already checked and tried: I’ve refreshed permissions (both in Manychat and Meta Business). My IG account is a professional (business) account. I’ve gone through all settings on both Instagram and Manychat and refreshed everything that can be refreshed. I even deleted my old automation (which worked great for months) and created a new one for a specific post — but it still doesn’t trigger. I'd like to know where to upgrade my plan, but there's no page in the app showing this.I'd also like to know what features are available with the free version. I had connected my first account where i could see the greet new followers template, but when i connect my second new account it does not show the template? Any idea how i can fix this?

I am trying to create an automation triggered by CTWA but can’t find any ad account to select in the trigger.I made sure that my profile has admin access to the ad account, I even granted Manychat prtner with access to the ad account from business portfolio… nothing helped. 

As a beginner, I’m realizing as I start to edit my automations, I need to go back and redo some items. I would like to find out how to restore some of the initial flows to their original layout and setup. Meaning as an example, I want to start over from scratch with the “Introduction” flow. Is there a way to reset the flows to that state? I don’t mind losing the updated format I created from that initial layout. Also, if I can restore them, can I save them as an alternative flow so if I decide I want to start over again for a different theme in my flow, can I save the basic template so I can go back to it later?Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.VR/Dan

Hi - basic question but it’s not clear on the website. I have the Pro account for my instagram but I would like to be able to use MC across Facebook AND TikTok. TT isn’t available for the UK yet but do you need to pay PER PLATFORM to access the more advanced features? So I would need another Pro account for Facebook?
