I am using the free version. The automation itself works. However, it is not showing up the latest posts. The latest post that it shows was 5 months ago. I tried to refresh the permission from Settings but still not working. Please help. Thanks.

My Facebook account has been disabled for unknown reasons. I logged in on Facebook and was using it in conjunction with my Instagram.I can't log in to maychat due to deactivation of my Facebook account. Hello there,i have a very frustrating issue,,i signed into manychat before for my Instagram business account through my email and also the facebook through the same account, but suddenly my favebook page got banned permanently so now i cant login  my manychat dashboard/account please help cause all my automation for the IG business accounts are on manychat  account and i already paid for the paid planplease help urgently

I made a post for my company telling people about a live debate coming up on Sunday. I told people to comment “DEBATE” to get a link in their DMs to the livestream. But then while setting up the automation I brainfarted and made the keyword “WATCH” instead. I fixed the keyword when I noticed the mistake several hours later, but over 200 people commented the incorrect keyword before I noticed. None of them got a DM. Is there any way I can get the link to all those people’s DMs without manually going through all 200+ of them and sending the same DM over and over?

Hello. so im using free version of manychat and whenever i start chatbot it also starts sending a single massage with advertising manychat (like this:Automation powered by Manychat 🐙)if i subscribe to premium version of it will i still get that ad message from chatbots?

HELP!!! Has anyone had this problem? On May 15th, this tag Failed migration CUF to SUF 15/05/2025 12:08 was automatically added by the system to some chats, but I don’t know what it means. Since that date, I’ve been facing some issues: according to the filters in ManyChat, I’ve been receiving the usual number of chats (around 800), but the agents are receiving far fewer (only 20–30 per day). I’ve checked the Unassigned and Closed folders for the missing chats, but they’re not there. Where else could those chats be?

Hello!Manychat seems to be prompting me to upgrade to a Pro Plan (I’m currently on the free plan) in order to use DM-Link automation. I have 4 DM link automations set up right now for 4 of my posts, however, to add a 5th, it’s asking me to upgrade to Pro. I was under the impression this was available on the free plan (correct me if I’m wrong). And as far as I’m aware, I haven’t reached the contacts threshold or enabled in any other pro features to trigger it.It’s all a bit confusing, so I’d love if anyone can give some insight into what it could be. Thank you!

i refreshed permissions and manychat automation is not sending link i set up with a particular comment. it sends the commenter right back to the post they commented on to get the link! They do receive a message from me but it’s the original picture they commented on!

I’m noticing today - Feb 13th, 2025, when I get manychat DMs from other people on Instagram, the links aren’t working.It says “there was a problem loading the website”Also noticing this with my own ManyChat DMs i’m sending people that comment.Is anyone experiencing the same thing, is this a server issue or reported outage with ManyChat?

I’m trying to send broadcasts out to different tags using the target audience feature. It has previously worked, and now it is not sending to some of the users in the tag. For example, if 100 users are in a tag only 5 users get sent the broadcast. Any ideas why this would be happening?

Hello, namaste ♥I'm having an issue with Manychat,The problem is: I was being charged $125 because I had nearly 20,000 subscribers.However, those subscribers are not necessary for me, so I deleted most of them.Now I have only about 6,000 subscribers, and I’m unable to delete any more — I need help with that. The last 6000 subs doesnt appear on the list anymore.Another issue is that I can’t downgrade my plan, so I had to cancel it entirely.Now I feel stuck, because I can’t reach support and I don’t know what else to do.Can you please help me solve this situation?Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone from the team or support.Thank you so much!
