Hi.I seem to have a problem with my latest automation. I turn it on - and it works… Once. And then it doesn’t - for no apparent reason.It is still live - there seems to be no problems in the backend, and the other automations seems to be working still.Any idea what to do here? 

I have an automation that transfers user between agent (this is to change fast when user wants to talk). So when any agent send any text the automation is paused. But I want that if the user sent a keyword, the automation restart and the flow start to change another agent to talk.Im not finding any option to restart automation :(

Hi everyone,we’re having a tricky issue with our WhatsApp Business setup via Manychat and hope someone from the community can help:  Our WhatsApp display name “Fresh Hotspot” was rejected by Meta. At the same time, we submitted a Facebook Page name change from “Freshvenience Hotspots” to “Fresh Hotspot”, which has now been approved. So now, everything is aligned: our brand, our page (Fresh Hotspot), our website (https://fresh-hotspot.at) – but WhatsApp still shows the old name rejection.  Here’s the problem:  We connected the number via Manychat and can’t edit the name in Meta Business Manager. Meta Support says: the name was rejected by WhatsApp. WhatsApp Support says: they can’t change it and refer us b

Hi guys, I’m working on AI agent with Manychat + Make and I noticed that when users responds with a reaction or sticker the content of the last input is the same from the last text message. I wonder if there’s a way to ignore when I receive a reaction or sticker from the user. Hi Manychat community. I have set up an automation to collect emails from Facebook and Instagram from a post. I was able to collect a CSV file with all the emails from Instagram, but I couldn’t do it from Facebook. When I ask for a CSV extract, it gives me a Google sheet file with only numbers. Is there anyone who know how to fix this ? I hope someone can help.

I want to know how to enable my manychat account to send template messages for a 1st contact to another user that uses manychat (vecause messages are not delivering). I ask the customer and now I know that he uses manychat too and does not receive our message.  manychat message: your message automations are disabled temporary.
