On Manchat.com I selected Instagram channel. Then I connected Facebook and Instagram. Followed Every steps. Provided All the permission. finally I got this embedded popup.after clicking ok. asking me again to connect. I did it may times but this is final thing I’m getting.I tried on Different Browsers, mobile phones and other pc as well. I checked my Instagram profile. and My profile is business profile. I search every corner in YouTube and Google. There is no answers. Please Guide me.

Hi everyone,I already have one WhatsApp Business number connected to my Meta ad account and running through the WhatsApp Business App on my phone. I’m now trying to add a second WhatsApp number to handle new-lead automations in ManyChat. When I started the setup, I connected to my Meta account but stopped before completing the process.My questions: Will Meta allow me to register and run two separate WhatsApp Business numbers under the same Business Manager? Could having my existing number already in use on Meta ads prevent me from adding a new number or messing up my Meta ads by changing the number ect? Is there any special verification or provisioning step needed to keep the two numbers completely isolated? Thanks in advance for any guidance!

I noticed that when I use Google Get Row by Value, the value is not stored in a bot field.I can map it to a bot field, but when I check the settings again, the mapping to the bot field is empty.What's the logic behind that?

Hello,I can't link my account to Instagram.I was already using it at the time, but now I can't renew the connection. In Instagram, the connection to Manychat is shown as active. I am stuck at the screen where I can click on “Send request / Request sent”, which I have done. how do i start my manychat subscription for billing on business?

Hi everyone,I’ve been trying to reduce the number of active contacts in one of my ManyChat accounts to lower the billing tier. I’ve unsubscribed a number of users (they are clearly marked as “Unsubscribed” in the Audience tab), but they still seem to be counted toward the billing total.Interestingly, I did the same process for another client and it worked immediately – the number of contacts decreased and the billing tier adjusted accordingly. But in this account, no matter what I do, the number doesn’t go down.Has anyone else experienced this?Do I need to delete the contacts completely (not just unsubscribe them) to stop them from being counted?Or is there any delay in how the billing count updates? I tried it a few weeks ago, but still doesn´t work.Thanks a lot for your help!

hi everyone, i have a quick question about external request, i’m doing a request to n8n this workflow use IA to answer the user question and retrieve the answer throught the ‘respond to webhook’ node, the issue is this: the node still running and manychat show me a alert that the request is null, i try to use http headers to solve this but not work this is the response register:  if u can see the response is null, i thought that maybe the problem is the response mapping but is not  and this is the response in n8n:

How do I setup a ManyChat automation and Make Scenario to automatically reply to Instagram DM’s with AI (I will be using Relevance AI module in Make). I have seen a video on how to do this in n8n, but cannot find any resources on how to achieve this with Make. I have connected Make to ManyChat.

Hey everyone,I’m running into a recurring issue where some messages in my flows don’t get delivered, and the error says:“Meta did not deliver message.”The problem is—this happens silently. There's no built-in alert or tag applied, and I only notice it much later when checking logs or missed leads.I am looking for a trigger or notification (email, internal message, tag, etc.) whenever this error happens so I can take action right away or perhaps make an automation for it.Has anyone found a reliable way to detect these failed messages in real time?Or maybe a workaround, like using conditions, filters, external tools, or even custom API logic?Would love any tips, examples, or even just confirmation if it’s not possible (yet).Thanks in advance 🙏

My accounts are separated. When I try to copy one to the other, the system shows me a success message, but the automations and contacts aren't automatically merged. Each account is linked to a social media. I want one account to be the owner of all social medias.

 Hello!We want to use Manychat for sending mailing via Instagram DM, and we’d like to understand how we can check how many people are currently included in our Instagram mailing list?   Will the broadcast be delivered to everyone at the same time, or will there be a delay or throttling in message delivery?Could sending a large-scale broadcast all at once trigger any risk of being blocked by Instagram? Message automations not working, despite connecting the accounts, allowing permissions, removing any age and country restrictions.I have followed all steps in multiple videos and automations still not working. 

Hi all, im wondering if theres a setting ive got clicked that i shouldnt have. Whenever i do a broadcast it says sent 600+ but read is showing 0% and delivered is showing 0% Im getting responses, so it cant be 0% im just wondeting if ive not enabled it or something?
