For some reason I am not able to use the {{First_Name}} in live chat. When I do this, it just sends as a blank. The System Field for the First Name in the profile I am trying to get this to work on has a value, but I’m not sure why it’s not working. Any help would be appreciated!

I try to connect a WhatsappBusiness Coexistence to Manychat, all steps are correct but at the final appear an message that say “Manychat is not available in your country”

I have set up an automation and when the user comments it sends them the information. But, when someone comments with the keyword I’ve chosen, IG hides their comments and theirs only.How can I stop it from doing this?

Ridiculous issue here. .I have many automations, most of them are messaged then choices for customers to flow through. Example: Message 1: Hey, how are you?Message 2 : What can we help you with? Message 3 : Tap one of the options below Need help - talk to a human - what's your price Get it?  So the issue is, suddenly all automations on WhatsApp are not sending message 3.  Basically, any message with a button is not sent. Live chat shows it sent, but it does not go to the user. Have tested with 5 contacts and 3 of my own numbers.  Refreshed permissions etc. What's going on?

Everything was working fine before, but after I applied for Meta monetization, none of my comment-triggered DMs are sending anymore (especially those with links).Here’s what I’ve already tried: Removed ManyChat from Facebook Business Integrations and reconnected. Refreshed Instagram permissions inside ManyChat (all toggles ON: messages, comments, manage pages, etc.). Tested with new posts and new comments (not old ones). Tried flows with links and flows without links (button-based). Still, no auto DM is triggered when someone comments with a keyword.Any help would be super helpful 🙏Thanks in advance!

Hi! I’m creating a Telegram bot and I’m completely new to this. I’ve looked everywhere but couldn’t find a solution…😭I want the button menu to always stay on the screen, like a Reply Keyboard. Even after a user clicks a button, the menu should remain visible.Right now, my buttons disappear after clicking. I tried sending text after the button click and then returning to the menu, but a text like “Welcome!” appears above the menu. I don’t want any text — just the menu itself, with no header or extra message.Does anyone know how to make the menu persistent so the buttons are always visible without showing any extra text? This is very urgent.😫

We have an automation that triggers from any comment on our post/reels to:Ask a question. The response tags the type of user (custom tag) After action to tag, the Follower Condition is checked. If Yes they follow us, it sends the download links. If no,  the “ask to follow link” is supposed to be sent. That “ask to follow link” lets users click to automatically follow our account then move on to the next step to deliver the download links.The follow-link is not being sent. Is this happening (or rather not happening) because we have to wait 24 hrs from the 1st user response (their comment on our post and response to the initial question?

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with ManyChat.I find it a bit disappointing that there’s no proper video tutorial for this, or an option to directly contact support (especially for the price – that really should be available).I’ve been searching for 4 days now for the right settings to create a follow-up, but I can’t find anything. And honestly, what’s explained here so far doesn’t really answer my question either.Example:Person X comments with the “keyword” → Then they receive a message and a link to click… and that’s where the problem starts. I want to set up a follow-up so that they automatically get another message one day later to “check in” with them.I know this might not sound like a big thing, but it’s frustrating that there’s nothing concrete out there. A tutorial video would help a lot.I really hope you can help me. If you need any additional info to give me a better answer, please just let me know.

I am needing to set up an automation that splits based on the action taken The goal is to deliver the link to a free resource upon clicking the initial link we send them1: When link is clicked, prize is automatically sent as a follow up 2: If the link not clicked....we want to send a follow-up message telling them they're missing out on a free gift and prompt them to click the link again. hi! Could someone let me know what’s wrong with my automation? The ‘if link is clicked’ part works fine but not the ‘condition link isn’t clicked’ (obviously the time delays will be moved to 24h this is for the sake of testing 😊) Would really appreciate help thanks

Hello,The WhatsApp number provided by ManyChat seems unable to connect properly. This number was generated directly by ManyChat, but it appears to be blocked or inactive. Could you please help me resolve this issue or provide a new number?

I run an agency with more than four clients and am interested in using ManyChat for all of them. Ideally, I would like to manage their social media through my ManyChat account without asking for payment from them, essentially offering this service as a "gift." Is it possible to add all their Instagram and Facebook profiles under my agency's ManyChat account, or do I need to create a separate account for each client and have them pay for it?

Why can't my LIVE sequences be found on my Meta ads?They can detect my ManyChat but cannot detect my LIVE sequence.
