Hey! I can’t seem to connect ChatGPT to my automation response on IG. 

I'm nervoabout knowing if my automation is set up correctly.  I've been working on this  forr pver a month and I just want to know if it's ready to run. Please help???

When I use the Trigger Zap Action, the field for Event Type does not automatically pop up and there is no other way to edit/add the event type. Any ideas to fix this??

I’m having trouble logging into my Manychat account via Facebook. When I try to log in, I get the following error message:“profile — Access denied 1345805206394159”I have already taken the following steps: • Removed Manychat from my Facebook app settings. • Reinstalled the Manychat app and cleared cache. • Made sure I granted all permissions during login. • Confirmed that I have the Admin role on the Facebook Page I’m trying to connect.Despite all this, I’m still receiving the access denied error. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

When I try to log in with Facebook, the following error appears:{"0":"Access denied 1922391228087659","state":true}Does anyone know how to solve this? I've already deleted the browser cookies but it didn't help.

Hey everyone,we’re struggling a little with our Instagram & ManyChat integration – and really hoping someone here can help or share a similar experience.We switched our Instagram account to Private a while ago, but only for a few days, like 3-4 Days. We immediately switched the account back to Public, and it’s currently in Creator mode. Ever since then, none of our ManyChat flows have triggered anymore – not a single one.Here’s everything we’ve already tried: Refreshed Instagram Permissions inside ManyChat Removed the Instagram account completely from ManyChat and reconnected it Reconnected the Instagram Channel in ManyChat multiple times Reauthorized Business Integrations in Facebook (removed and added ManyChat again) Built new test flows from scratch with, tried different triggers (Comment, DM, etc.) in both Simple and Advanced mode Deleted and rebuilt multiple flows Made sure all flows are published and visible Tested with 3–4 different Instagram accounts (friends/

hi guys. i ve been losing my hours trying to understand why manychat is giving me the error above when creating a simple automation with chatgpt. when i access openai platform to check the usage (on both my accounts) they are 0/5$ and 0/18$ with zero tasks and zero requests. i understood i need paid plans or to add credit for this process to use, but there are also a couple of free tries, right? i didn’t use anything and still get that error. anyone help? thanks!

We are using Manychat for Meta-ads on Instagram. Is there a way to generate a report of what automations are performing better so we can adjust our strategy?  

I would like to send photos and videos straight from the Photo App in iphone, as you can do for whatsapp or many other apps. This is important because I have many payment receipts I have to send to my clients. With Whatsapp, I could send it easily, but through manychat I have to download it, open the app, find it on my phone files and then send it. Is there a way I can add Mnaychat shortcut there?

Hi everyone,I really hope someone can help me quickly – this is urgent.I’m using ManyChat with Instagram and I’ve set up a comment trigger to send a lead magnet. Everything worked perfectly until yesterday. Now, users still receive the first message after commenting, but the button they are supposed to click (to confirm and receive the lead magnet) is either: not showing at all or showing but not clickable As a result, users can’t opt in and don’t get the link to my lead magnet anymore. Found out that instagram quick replies in automations doesn’t seem to work when user is on their desktop using the website, only seems to work on app. is there any work around for this to make it appear on the website as well?

Hey, there! My client does a lot of automations linked to different Amazon lists/amazon store, blog posts, etc. Is it best to have one automation for many/all posts related to that category or an automation for each different one? How are you guys doing this? 

I’ve integrated Manychat to my Hubspot account, and when I attempt to use the form submission feature, manychat is limited to only 20 forms in the drop down. Using the formId works as a look up, but nothing more. I’m afraid this is an integration limitation and is insufficient. Anyone find any workarounds?
