Olá. Minha conta foi encerrada com essas informações. Ao verificar a seção 7. Usos Proibidos eu não encontrei nada que possa ter feito que tenha encerrado a conta ou que tenha quebrado alguma regra ou politica. Isso me deixa frustrado. Ao falar com o suporte por e-mail pedi que verificassem com a segurança para entender o que eu fiz de errado para que nas minhas futuras contas isso não aconteça mais (e também pra saber o que fiz de errado), mas eles não podem passar essa informação… Ou seja, eu não encontrei nada que quebre os Termos de Serviço na minha conta, mas mesmo assim ela foi encerrada. Ao criar uma outra conta e salvar os fluxos de mensagem que tinha aqui, essa conta nova também foi encerrada automaticamente depois de salvar os fluxos.  Agora fico na duvida: excluo os fluxos e crio um novo? Como saber onde eu errei?  Alguém já passou por isso?

My roles and permissions seem to have changed or disappeared without me doing anything manually.Has anyone experienced a similar issue before?Do you know what might cause this or how it can be fixed?Any advice or shared experience would be really appreciated.

Hello, we'd like some clarification regarding the performance of your systems.Since we need to activate the chatbot on some pages of large global brands, we want to be cautious and ensure thatby sponsoring a post, the traffic spike can be handled smoothly by correctly activating the chatbot for eachcomment, and that each user can receive the direct message according to the automations we configure.Is there a traffic limit or a limit on the number of users performing actions on the page at the same time?Does the limit depend on the type of subscription? Thanks in advance for any clarification.Sincerely 

I’ve been using ManyChat for years and this is the first time I haven't been able to select the dropdown under PartnerApps in Ads Manager to select ManyChat.  I have refreshed the permissions.  Also, disconnected the permissions and reset them.  The drop down to choose ManyChat as the Partner App is greyed out.  Please help.

Hi, I need to upgrade from the free trial to my Pro as I’m losing valid leads - i’ve reached my free trial limit - which is great - but my instagram account has now stopped sending out message to new followers etc and I had over 100 over night and they didn’t receive a thing :( please let me know how to do this. thanks

Hi All,In my automations I use AI blocks a lot to gather information from potential leads. However i see myself falling back to general questions way more lately. Therefore people getting stuck in my flows and missing potential value.I have a few issues and wonder if you also encounter these:AI Bot not asking all questions when there are more than 3 questions The AI stops randomly with asking questions on a user reply within a few hours The AI stops if a person replied twice to one of the questionsWondering if you recognize this? Hello,  When the automation (When someone new follows you trigger) is active and (When someone comments on) also.And the user first starts the automation When someone comments on and then within 10 seconds clicks on follow button. Normal the automation When someone new follows you trigger will start. Is there a way that the automations not overwwrite.  Hope you understand what i mean ;) Thank you

Hi everyone,I’ve been struggling with an issue where Quick Replies are not working at all.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Refreshed permissions multiple times Removed and re-activated my Facebook/Instagram page several times Double-checked my automations and blocks to make sure there are no empty steps or button conflicts Despite doing all of this, Quick Replies still do not appear or function.Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any guidance from the ManyChat team would be greatly appreciated.

I am managing a manychat for a client which I set up, I hadn’t logged in a a while. there is an active keyword on instagram but when I log into Manychat with their log in details, it shows nothing - like there is nothing set up.

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue while trying to connect my WhatsApp Business Account to ManyChat.Each time I try to complete the setup, I get this error message:“You can't complete the setup process because your business doesn't meet WhatsApp's policy requirements…” (screenshot attached).My WhatsApp Business Account is already linked to my verified Meta Business Manager, so I’m not sure why this error keeps appearing.Has anyone faced this issue before?Do you know what steps I can take to fix it or what could be causing the policy rejection?Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Will keyword automations work the same if a customer comments the keyword from a paid ad or does it have to be an organic post or story?

Hi,I just set up an automation after someone comments a word on any of my posts. However, when I test the link, it says “there was a problem loading this website”. I’ve tried it with a couple of different links and a couple of different triggers.I noticed that when I’ve commented on other people’s posts and get sent a link, there have been a few with the same error message.Has anyone figured out how to troubleshoot this?Thanks.

I just noticed that the Reply button on WhatsApp Message Template does not trigger the keyword reply. So how do I ensure the trigger the correct workflow after the broadcast?

My instagram automation is not working in android phones, and I don't know what I can do to solve this. Hey everyone 👋I’ve been trying to connect my Instagram account @ghadaodehcoach to ManyChat for weeks and keep getting the “Request Sent” message (screenshot attached).Here’s what I’ve already done:✅ Verified that my Instagram and Facebook Page are both under the same Meta Business Manager (Ghada Odeh | Health & Wellness Coach)✅ I have full admin access to both✅ Removed and re-added ManyChat under Facebook Business Integrations✅ Tried reconnecting through “Connect with Meta Business Suite”✅ Logged in with the correct Facebook profile (the one that owns the Page + Business Manager)Everything looks perfect in Meta, but ManyChat still says “Request Sent” and won’t connect.From what I’ve read, this usually means ManyChat still has a “ghost” link to my Instagram business ID in an old workspace. Could someone from the team please help man
