Ive been using many chat since 2023 and never had any trouble with my automations.My strategist has always been the person responsible for the hardest flows  but the regular ones for leads, landing pages etc… I used to doit myself. She got out last year and Ive stopped to use many chat for a while. This year I came back and set up my automation for capture informations through a form. The first one it works. They had to comment "Pilares" to receive a message. After that all the automations just STOPED to work. Nothing works. That one should work for any reels and it didnt. And any other that I've been trying to create since then. I need help.

Sin embargo, ahora estoy teniendo dificultades para volver a conectar mi número de WhatsApp Business con ManyChat. Actualmente mis automatizaciones no funcionan debido a ese error, ya refresqué y nada, sigue sin funcionar. Alguien que me pueda ayudar, por favor. 

assim que criei a conta assinei o pro, foi cobrado 149 mês, mas tive a surpresa de ser cobrado para o dia 10/07 um valor de 449. A duvida é este valor será cobrado a partir do proximo mês ou já sera cobrado devido a quantidade de contatos que subiu do whats? Outra pergunta, como eu posso voltar para o plano inicial de 149 e como faço a exclusão das 2.500 contatos que foram importados indevidamente do whats, pois não tenho como arcar o custo de 449.

I’ve finished one automation but can't select this automation when go to Facebook ads.this message showMessage flow doesn’t exist To use a message flow from Manychat, you need to first create and save a message flow on Manychat. 

I have a problem in instagram when someone comments,The instagram is not detecting the commentsFor example if there is 6 comments shown,when i opened the comments section, the comments aren’t detectedIts been going for the past 2 weeks,Help please There is 4 comments,as you can see  But when i opened there is only 2 I also tried to test by commenting with other account,the comments also not showed at all,only 1 or 2 comments appearedI’m getting really frustrated and tried all method such as changing the facebook page,clear cache,refresh permission,etcI also followed the step by step to make automation exactly in the manychat’s youtube And when i turned off the instagram automation,the comments operated normally just fineBut when i turned it on again,the same problem happenned I can’t grow my followers and show my products if this keeps happenning, so please if anyone know the solution of this problem,i’d be really thankful

Is anyone else having problems with manychat today? For some reason our comment reply automations aren’t working today. I tried reconnecting the accounts/connection and still nothing.

I'd like to create a chatbot, which - after some free chat - offers a subscription for a flat monthly fee to continue the discussion.As far as I know, you cannot sell digital goods on Messenger directly in the chat, so I have to take the potential client to my landing page and after they made the (Stripe) payment, they should be able to continue with that chat in Messenger. If they do not pay, they have to wait a certain amount of time.Is it possible? If yes, do you have any idea or suggestions? Thanks.

IF I LOGOFF AN ACCOUNT IN THIS USER, THEN LOGIN THE SAME ACCOUNT IN ANOTHER ONE, ALL MY AUTOMATIONS THAT I DID IN THIS PREVIOUS USER WILL DESAPEAR?

Hi ​@Gustavo Boregio  I am trying to find a way to restore my automations that were deleted a while ago. All automations available in trash are not older than 3 weeks and the ones i intend to restore are from 2 months ago. Could you please guide me on how I can restore these? 

I need some help to send customer notifications via API. I am receiving a notification from an external service everytime our customers get paid. I would like to send customers a WhatsApp notification about payments they received, incl. the amount. I have done this succesfully with https://api.manychat.com/fb/sending/sendContent for Instagram notifications, but I can’t seem to make it work for WhatsApp notifications. I also tried to solve this with templates, but I can’t trigger templates from external APIs.Does anyone know how to send a custom message to a WhatsApp contact via API?

Hello! I have been struggling to get Manychat data to pull into Zapier and am just not sure what to do next. Here is a quick Loom walking you through an example of how I have Manychat set up and the data that I’m trying to collect and then the errored runs on Zapier. I know that there is a disconnect and I can’t seem to figure it out! Thank you so much in advance!  

My auto reply was working and I made sure to change up the replies to comments. I have a lot of viral posts currently and perhaps thats why instagram flagged the auto reply somehow? my auto dms are still working.

Anyone else having issues with the Next Post on Instagram feature in Manychat? When I try to turn on the trigger it says there Instagram Request Error. I tried both from the My Automations tab and directly in the flow. 

Can anyone advise the best way to connect Manychat to Klaviyo?I don’t really want to use the native MC connection as I understand it’s not working properly, reading other threads in here.The client uses Make.But there only seems to be options for Create Profile or Update Profile, two separate options, within the Klaviyo connection to add them to a list.If I Create Profile, I get an error if the email already exists within Klaviyo - and if I use Update Profile, I get an error if the subscriber is new and they don’t already exist.Can anyone shed any light for me? Thx

Is it possible to use Manychat to auto-dm from keyword comments on a reel? We do this for Instagram and wanted to start using it for TikTok, but it doesn’t seem to be an option when trying to set up the automation trigger. If anyone could help, that would be great! 

Hi everyone, I have an old chatbot that is probably 8 years old. I stopped using facebook but i did not delete the chatbot. I have recently decided to use facebook for work purposes and I realised the chatbot is still active. It doesn’t come in my automation list with messenger. Can someone advise me on what to doThanks  

I have a CRM and want to send an automation, when a new contact in the crm is created. In manychat there is no starting trigger for to intialize a trigger to start flow. How i can start the automation flow when any lead comes into our crm?Thank you!

I notice when I set up dm automation for comments on the next post they won’t send dm. Even after confirmation it works I have no way to mass or auto dm all the people that requested links in the comments.

This is not working, I cannot see the preview. Am I doing something wrong ? 

Is it possible to schedule Messenger broadcast via some external tool/interface that will allow us to automate or do scheduling in bulk? Manual interface is not very effective

Since June 13, 2025, we’ve experienced a significant influx of unmessagable accounts. Users clicking the “Send Message” CTA in our Meta ads are 100% unmessageable, likely due to Instagram’s privacy settings routing messages to “Message Requests” or blocking them for non-followers. This is affecting multiple meta ad campaigns (e.g., Ad 1: 27/27 unmessageable, Ad 2: 38/43 unmessageable).Post-troubleshooting, 40 recent ad clicks still resulted in unmessageable users. In weeks prior, we were getting a mix of accounts we can message and accounts that we could not. Currently they are all 100% unmessageable. This discrepancy is evident in our data: Meta Ads Manager shows fewer messaging conversations from June 13–16 than recent weeks and suggesting the flow isn’t triggering correctly for ad clicks. Steps Taken: Verified Instagram is a Business account with “Allow access to messages” enabled (Settings > Messages and Story Replies > Connected Tools). Refreshed Instagram permissions in M
