Hello, I hope you are doing well. I want to use ManyChat’s native AI to build an FAQ chatbot and generate leads. Also, I want to use the Messenger List to get user consent for updates. How can I use the Messenger List together with AI in ManyChat?Also, I plan to connect this chatbot with Facebook Ads. I understand the first message must include a button. How do I make sure this setup meets opt-in and consent rules?

Hello, I want to create an automation where I create a chatbot for Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram Direct. The initial triggers are configured, but I can't access the part where I choose the specific channels for the flow. In other words, it forces me to create different branches for each channel (select the Messenger message block, WhatsApp message block, etc) to create the flow. Is there no way for the flow blocks to be the same?  

Hi all!I was wondering whether anyone can recommend a Wordpress plugin for a floating WhatsApp button on my Wordpress website?  I’d like to keep it simple - just the floating button that will allow me to add a link to start a conversation/kick off an automation.Thanks in advance!Simon

I’m trying to connect my Instagram account to ManyChat. When I connect it, it says it’s already linked to another account. But when I check on Instagram, it’s linked to exactly the account I’m trying to connect. So, if I remove the ManyChat app, all the information disappears. But when I try to connect it again, the ManyChat information appears again on my Instagram. In other words, it’s the same account I’m on, but it still won’t let me access it.  

Trigger " All Posts and Reels" doesn't work but Trigger Specific Post or Reel works.  Why is that ?

Hi there, New to Manychat and trying to send up automation to collect email and send freebie. Did this successfully via DMs but everyone seemed to be adding keywords to comments instead of DMs so tried to add an additional trigger to the same automation to pick up comments also. However, it will not allow me to enable the additional trigger and I receive the message “Mark this message as a "Comment Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.” I have no idea what this means or where I am meant to mark message as comment reply. Please help! Thanks in advance.

I want to cancel my subscription to ManyChat and delete my card details. I've already tried several times, and each time it says the subscription has been canceled, but after 2-3 days, it tries to charge my card again!Is ManyChat a SCAM? Should I cancel my card and remove all my details? 

Hi,I hope you’re all well. I’m writing from Guayaquil, Ecuador.Recently, I connected my company’s Instagram account to the ManyChat platform to automate messages. Since then, I have been unable to add captions to any posts, reels, or collaborations. The caption field simply doesn’t allow me to edit with an error message.After noticing the problem, I took the following steps: Removed the ManyChat connection from Instagram. Deleted the ManyChat integration and permissions from Facebook/Meta Business Suite. Tried posting from multiple devices (iPhone, Android, and computer). Contacted Meta support and verified that no applications are currently connected to the Instagram account. Despite all this, the issue persists, and I still cannot add captions to any type of post.Could you please help me resolve this? I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provid

When are you guys unrolling the ManyChat Integration for WhatsApp Business with co-existence globally? I could really use it. After using ManyChat on Instagram for the last few weeks, I’m excited about the possibilities it could unlock for me on WhatsApp. About 50% of my customer interactions and conversions happen on WhatsApp. Can I be on the beta program for Kenya?

My goal is to be able to view and respond to messages both from the WhatsApp Business app and from ManyChat.Currently, the system is only partially working:✅ I can receive messages on both platforms (WhatsApp app and ManyChat).✅ Automation flows are triggered correctly when a message is received.🚫 However, messages sent from ManyChat are not reflected in the WhatsApp Business app, nor are they seen by the customer who started the conversation. Hi there,I’ve tried everything I could think of. I get to the point where I need to scan the QR code to import contacts and messages. But the connection attempt on WhatsApp spins for hours and does not connect. I restarted both the phone and computer, yet getting the same result.Please help if you know why it might not be connecting.

Im unable to export all my contacts information for a re-engagement campaign. There is no “Bulk Action” allowing me to bulk export my contacts. 

We’re experiencing an issue with an automation that contains both messages with buttons, and with quick replies.Some users are able to view and click the buttons, but when they receive a message with a quick reply, they see the message but not the quick reply (hence they can’t click it).All these people are using the official Instagram app.Has this ever happened to anyone here?

My flow has been running for months, and yesterday it started sending messages repeatedly. Is anyone else having this problem? 

My API sends responds back but sometimes it needs a little bit more time to process data and answer. I checked my logs the answer from my server was sent but it was too late for many chat to waitI tried to add delay method in the many chat but it didn’t work.Can I adjust responds wait time?

I’m on free trail and when its off i open new minor account in the major account and delete the account from first minor account to add it to the second minor account , i’m doing this cause im 18 and dont have enough money to purchase the manychat premium , so i was asking about this issue , is that normal ? im musilum is that against my reailgon ? thanks for your support
