Hi, My Manychats account keeps coming up with the error ‘to connect to your instagram you must link your facebook’My instagram is linked to my facebook, but for some reason it is not letting me connect many chats to it. It allows me to connect manychats to facebook though – super confusing…I’ve spoken to the Bot, but it is useless. I believe it could be the fact that the last Social Media team has connect to many chats in the past, but never actually used it. So its may be already linked to a manychats account.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Harry

Hello there!I have created an automation for my FB business page and IG one, and it’s been going pretty good.But there is a problem. We are on the PRO plan ($15/month, for context).People respond to our Reels/ Posts with: “Community”/ “Italian”/ “Yes”, etc. It is running a flow for sending link to join the community on Skool.But from what it seems, only 30% of messages are delivered. And I don’t know exactly why.On IG it’s showing 100% sent/ 100% delivered.But on FB - 3249 Sent/ 33.8% delivered.Meaning, only 1000 people get the messages. But, idk exactly, is this something from Facebook? I found this one, that maybe people didn’t enter on the facebook to get the messages (like logging in). But I find it hard to believe.Let’s say maybe for 5-10% of people, but 70% to not login again? And some of them comment again on the videos.So, idk exactly what is the problem, and what to do. I

I logged into my business Instagram page just fine via MC and can see all my posts etc, even after refreshing permissions it sees my accounts in Meta, but none of my live automations go through, I’ve tried different DM automations and ‘comment’ ones as well. I’ve tried following step by step looking inside of Meta / Facebook settings but it seems like a lot of the instructions are out dated or I’m having trouble finding the right areas inside of Meta as to how to link ManyChat to the page properly, I think that may be the issue. Any help would be much appreciated here.

How do I set up an automation to ONLY respond to comments and not send DMs?

Hi, I'm trying to set up automated public replies to Instagram comments (not DMs). My automation triggers correctly (runs are counted), but no replies appear under the posts. I've tested with different accounts, reconnected Instagram, and checked all permissions. Can you help me figure out why public comment replies aren't posting? Is there something specific I need to enable or configure? Thanks!

My auto DMs have stopped working for all my posts even though it says LIVE on all of them. The new post from yesterday isn’t even showing on my Manychat profile - it’s got over 600 comments already for the recipe but I can't use Manychat since it’s been stuck like this since yesterday. Hi I run Facebook ads and get a bunch of FB messenger leads I have to negotiate with daily l. I can spend 6 -8 hours daily  negotiating.  I would like to automate this? Is this possible to do with manychat?Basically I have a base price I buy items for, eg...itemA $X. Item B $Y etc....but then if there is an issue like a broken light or broken light plus broken glass  for example then the quote needs to be lowered.  Anyway there is always negotiations back and forth so it would be a spectacular if this negotiation process could be automated. So can manychat negotiate for me?. Cheers  John 

I’m trying to setup an Instagram and a FB Ad Trigger that is based on the conditions of following both respective channels. I believe the triggers need to be live before I can connect the Ads Manager to ManyChat, but I keep getting weird setup errors like “You can’t use Next Step for the first message with Facebook Ads trigger” and “Add at least one Quick Reply to the first message to set up Instagram Ads”.I’ve tried troubleshooting these by redoing the flow from scratch, but it’s just not working.

Is there any way to prevent yourWhatsapp co-existence from triggering automations for the recipient? If a team reaches out tp someody through the app. It triggers the default automation and causes confusion.

How can I make a global keyword like “Return” that ALWAYS interrupts the flow and sends the user back to the main menu, no matter where they are in the conversation?Thank you!

Hello the community,I’ve launched an automation today with Manychat for the first time. “Auto-DM links from comments”. I’ve got 4 comments on my publication and the automation worked. But now, I received a mesasge on Facebook Messenger from a customer, and I can’t reply. I found this error in my Meta Business Suite : “Due to regional privacy rules, some Inbox features and messaging-related insights may be unavailable.”Could it be linked with my newly Manychat use? How to solve this asap? Thanks

Can the chatbot respond to ads enabled through meta ads manager? Because I had the same problem when I used a different chatbot platform, and the automation only worked for organic traffic, it couldn't respond to ads enabled through meta ads manager. Even though I enabled ads placed in a ready-made post for advertising
