Hi guys, I’m working on AI agent with Manychat + Make and I noticed that when users responds with a reaction or sticker the content of the last input is the same from the last text message. I wonder if there’s a way to ignore when I receive a reaction or sticker from the user. Hi Manychat community. I have set up an automation to collect emails from Facebook and Instagram from a post. I was able to collect a CSV file with all the emails from Instagram, but I couldn’t do it from Facebook. When I ask for a CSV extract, it gives me a Google sheet file with only numbers. Is there anyone who know how to fix this ? I hope someone can help.

On Manchat.com I selected Instagram channel. Then I connected Facebook and Instagram. Followed Every steps. Provided All the permission. finally I got this embedded popup.after clicking ok. asking me again to connect. I did it may times but this is final thing I’m getting.I tried on Different Browsers, mobile phones and other pc as well. Hi everyone,I already have one WhatsApp Business number connected to my Meta ad account and running through the WhatsApp Business App on my phone. I’m now trying to add a second WhatsApp number to handle new-lead automations in ManyChat. When I started the setup, I connected to my Meta account but stopped before completing the process.My questions: Will Meta allow me to register and run two separate WhatsApp Business numbers under the same Business Manager? Could having my existing number already in use on Meta ads prevent me from adding a new number or messing up my Meta ads by changing the number ect? Is there any special verification or provisioning step needed to keep the two numbers completely isolated? Thanks in advance for any guidance!

I noticed that when I use Google Get Row by Value, the value is not stored in a bot field.I can map it to a bot field, but when I check the settings again, the mapping to the bot field is empty.What's the logic behind that?

In Instagram, the connection to Manychat is shown as active. I am stuck at the screen where I can click on “Send request / Request sent”, which I have done. I have Full Admin Access to both the Page and the Business Manager. I created an automation triggered by a keyword in Instagram comments. how do i start my manychat subscription for billing on business?

Hi everyone,I’ve been trying to reduce the number of active contacts in one of my ManyChat accounts to lower the billing tier. I’ve unsubscribed a number of users (they are clearly marked as “Unsubscribed” in the Audience tab), but they still seem to be counted toward the billing total.Interestingly, I did the same process for another client and it worked immediately – the number of contacts decreased and the billing tier adjusted accordingly. But in this account, no matter what I do, the number doesn’t go down.Has anyone else experienced this?Do I need to delete the contacts completely (not just unsubscribe them) to stop them from being counted?Or is there any delay in how the billing count updates? I tried it a few weeks ago, but still doesn´t work.Thanks a lot for your help!
