My flow has been running for months, and yesterday it started sending messages repeatedly. Is anyone else having this problem? 

My API sends responds back but sometimes it needs a little bit more time to process data and answer. I checked my logs the answer from my server was sent but it was too late for many chat to waitI tried to add delay method in the many chat but it didn’t work.Can I adjust responds wait time?

I’m on free trail and when its off i open new minor account in the major account and delete the account from first minor account to add it to the second minor account , i’m doing this cause im 18 and dont have enough money to purchase the manychat premium , so i was asking about this issue , is that normal ? im musilum is that against my reailgon ? thanks for your support

I keep getting this error message, can someone disconnect everything so I can reconnect my Instagram account? 

I’m creating a flow where ActiveCampaign receives a lead, then through Make it is sent to a ManyChat flow, and this should send a WhatsApp message to the lead. Everything before ManyChat works perfectly, but ManyChat doesn’t send the WhatsApp message, although it does capture the lead. I’m trying everything. What should I do?

Hi there!After checking with multiple Manychat users, I still can't seem to make it work so I hope you have an idea how to solve this.As you can see, the first message goes out perfectly (6 times) but only 2 people got Message #1 (but all 6 clicked!). I can see their ‘Yes please’ but they don't get the next message.  I've been setting up many flows but all of them have the same problem: the second message doesn't get sent (well… the funny thing is, some people DO get it, but others don't ).Any ideas?

If I cancel my Manychat subscription, will my existing WhatsApp QR code still direct people to my WhatsApp chat? I would like to message them manually during developing stage of my business.If I restart my subscription in a few months, will everything (including the same QR code) be restored to the current state? On my products there is QR code printed and I have to make sure that when the business will be doing better I have the same QR code.

I have a properly setup Automation that has been working fine for last few months and now stopped working since last Sunday. So the trigger is a QR code or a specific word. Can someone help me?

I’m running into an issue with the Gallery Image Block on ManyChat. I’ve tested the same block on two different phones, but it displays differently on each (I have screenshots showing the difference). Does ManyChat render the Gallery Image Block differently depending on the phone/device specifications? Is there a known workaround to ensure a consistent display across devices? I’m concerned this inconsistency might affect the user experience and potentially cost me sales opportunities on certain devices.Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you handle it? 

Hi, I am trying to edit the published version of my automation. But all steps get unattached once I click Edit. Why is that?

My instagram automations (sending a DM to someone that comments with a keyword) have all stopped working. Only a small fraction of people that comment the keyword from any of my automations are getting the DM. I can see in the comments only a handful out of a hundred are getting the automated comment back and the DM - the rest of the people using the exact same keyword aren’t getting the comment response or DM. I’ve tried messaging with someone from MC support and they keep sending me the same instructions to refresh permissions - which I do - and nothing seems to be working. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?thanks!

Hi guys! I need a quick confirmation about how smart delays changing behave for users who are already inside the flow.Context (today is Aug 19): The first smart delay is set to the morning of Aug 20 — this date was the same in the original flow and remains unchanged. All subsequent smart delays and messages have been updated to the new schedule for Sept 2 (texts and dates are edited in the same flow). Questions:For contacts who are already inside a smart delay (Aug 20 delay): will the engine use the updated date/time I saved in subsequent smart delays, or the date/time that existed when they first entered the flow?And do I need to apply a “blocked” tag to stop the existing cohort as I was advised by support team? I’m really confused.

I have had Many chat in place for under a year. I know I am not fully optimized. I am looking for an expert to help me with this. I also have about 2,700 emails that I have acquired through my automation, but I cannot get them out. I don’t want to waste any more time by NOT having the best automation in place. Who can help me with this or recommend an expert?

Hi there,I created a flow where we first ask for the person’s name and then want to ask for their e-mail. I would like to build in something that also exists with when asking for an email, that if the entry is incorrect, for example instead of a name they add an emoji or number or even the e-mail then the automation will detect it and ask again, perhaps for 2 times or so. How can I add this function please? Maybe ​@Gustavo Boregio can you assist? :)I tried to add in conditions and so, but it is not working. See screenshot below. Thank you.Mareike

I am already using the  s1._domainkey and s2 record names in my DNS for a different tool. Now i can not authenticate Manyachat. Is there any solution ???

Hey everyone - I have registered for the live event later this month in Hollywood but I am unable to attend due to another business trip that was booked.
