Hi,I recently saw an option to create Manychat application and i got me wondering what is the difference between that and installing a template.My specific use case is that we are developing an AI DM setter that runs on Manychat with some parts of it being on proprietary servers. Right now, clients download a template and need to do few other things and the bot is set up. My questions is how can i use Manychat applications to help make the installation process be easier.

Update: I am currently in touch with ManyChat’s helpdesk to see if they could fix this issue. Currently they are trying to gather more information and example to investigate. I’m using it primarily to automate Instagram DMs and it’s feature with Instagram as a form of Data Collection (To collect basic info for sign-ups). Primarily I’m focusing on triggering account DMs when they comment to my post / reel as well as replies to my IG Stories. I’ve created my automation flow for an upcoming post and story, linking it to my brand account. I did a test on one of my current post using my personal and back-up accounts and it seemed that they are working just fine as intended. So I thought its ready to go Live for my new IG Po

I set up MC with my old IG account. I’ve since changed the name of the IG account, but it is the same profile. MC wouldn’t let me sign in but still said I had an active account and had to sign in. So I used FB to sign in, and selected the account (that is now the new business name), but on my MC dashboard, it still shows the old account photo and profile info, and not the new one I selected during the steps of signing in with FB. But it won’t let me create a new account, bc if I use Google to do so, it says it recognizes me and I have to sign in. So, I’m in a stalemate. Any ideas?

Hi Everyone, need help with Instagram + ManyChat accessOne of our previous team members connected our Instagram page to his personal ManyChat account and created automations there. He is no longer working with us, and we don’t have access to that ManyChat account anymore.Now we want to: Remove / revoke that ManyChat access Connect the same Instagram page to our new ManyChat account Since we don’t have contact with the old team member, what is the correct way to disconnect the Instagram page from his ManyChat account and reconnect it to ours?Any guidance would be really helpful. Manychat asks for the reauthorization of tiktok connection after about 6 hours again and again. I dont know why. 

Hi everyone 👋I’m relatively new to ManyChat and I’ve hit a bit of confusion I’m hoping someone can help clarify.I seem to have two different ManyChat workspaces:One created via Google login (on a paid plan), but with limited features and no Meta channels behaving as expected.Another created via Facebook login, connected to Facebook/Instagram, where I have full AI + automation features available (currently on a free trial), and where all my main work/flows live.My questions are:Is this expected behavior (separate workspaces per login method)?If I upgrade the Facebook-connected workspace to the Pro plan, will all my existing automations and AI agents remain intact?Is there any recommended way to consolidate or should I simply abandon the Google-login workspace and continue with the Meta-connected one?I want to make sure I’m upgrading the correct workspace before committing to the $44 plan and avoid rebuilding anything unne

My Instagram DM automation suddenly stopped responding to most messages, even though I haven’t changed any settings.The automation is enabled for all Reels and posts, but it currently replies to only 1 out of every 10 comments. Since my settings haven’t changed for over a year, I don’t believe this is a configuration issue.An urgent solution would be greatly appreciated, as hundreds of customers are currently unable to receive price information.

So i have intergrated Whatsapp business into manychat. I want to add a new contact on whatsapp business. I go to add contact and then create the details. When i want to start a concersation after i have saved the details it says i need a template which i created - waiting for Meta approval ...is this the only way to do this ?

My Instagram account is still connected to an old ManyChat workspace . I no longer have access to that workspace and need the Instagram channel released so I can reconnect it to my current ManyChat account. How do I  detach the Instagram connection ?

I’m not sure if this feature is restricted by region, account permissions, API version, or if there are additional configuration steps that may not be clearly documented.Has anyone else encountered this issu

How can I remove / disconnect my Facebook alternative way to login into my Manychat , because my old Facebook account is disabled, and its not allowing me to connect my new facebook account to my Manychat I need help asap. I submitted a ticket #444615 but no answer or reply but this issue is severe to my business 

I’ve deactivated my manychat account, but the automation is still running on my instagram account. (I did delete/deactivate all automations before I deactivated my account). How do I stop the automation? The automation is an automated message that is sent when someone sends me a message. 

Hi All!set up an automation so that when someone comments a specific trigger word on my reel, they automatically receive an initial DM. That part works perfectly.However, I’m having issues with the second step in the flow. When someone selects “Send me the link,” the system doesn’t send anything. I’ve noticed that I have to manually click “Send me the link” in our DMs for it to sometimes trigger the message.I also realized my Instagram inbox is separated into Primary, Requests, and General, and this issue seems to happen with the DMs that land in my General inbox.Has anyone experienced this or know what might be causing it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Excited to try the DM to new followers automation with my Pro account but my delay time options are only 5 minutes and 10 minutes which seem too long for my preference.  In the step by step guide as well as YouTube videos I have seen that there are several other options available - no delay, 30 seconds, 1 minute.  How do I gain access to those options?  Thank you

Every card supports international and online payments and works on other SaaS platforms. Hello everyone,I’m having an issue with connecting my Instagram account to ManyChat.Previously, I was able to add this Instagram account (shaiyrgul_manap) without any problems, and I have already upgraded to the Pro plan. However, now I can’t add or reconnect the same Instagram account anymore.I’ve tried to connect it more than 10 times, but it still doesn’t work. This week I started to notice my Instagram automations only sending to people who are following me. There is no reply comment or message sent to anyone who is not following me which is where most of my comments come from. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

finding in doc, i figured out is also possible using validation in whatsapp manager on meta ads but in this case i cant use CoEx and have to disconnect. i already using messages in batch and trading conversations with my custumers i cant delete this one. i have to dispatch more messages but i cant validate my current number to increase the number of messages. and is quite important for my bussiness use coex , as actually working now and very well.
