Bonjour,Lorsque je souhaite relier mon compte messenger à manychat, il me crée automatiquement un autre compte, et pas un canal supplémentaire.Dans l’urgence j’ai fonctionné comme cela, mais là je suis limité et je voudrait pouvoir rattaché mon compte messenger comme un canal supplémentaire sur le compte pour lequel j’ai payé mon abonnement et donc ne suis pas limité en terme d’automatisation notamment. Merci pour votre aide

I have more than 200 automations active and they all seem to be working normally. However, the last one I created yesterday worked until it reached 1,268 contacts and then stopped working.It’s an Instagram comment automation where the user comments a keyword and receives a DM.I don’t believe it’s a permissions issue, since the others are functioning properly. Has anyone experienced this or found a solution?

Hi  Is there any built-in trigger or contact/conversation event that fires when a WhatsApp conversation is marked as “Closed” in the Inbox? My goal is:- When an agent clicks “Mark as Closed”- Automatically reset custom user fields (language, menu_choice, session fields)- So the next message always starts from language selection Currently, I don’t see any trigger like “Conversation status changed to closed”.Is the only workaround using Tags, or is there a native solution I’m missing?  Thanks! 

I have refreshed my permissions several times. No DMs and more importantly replies to the comments on my post are being made. I have followed the guides. I have tried to reach out to support n the chat and never get passed to a human. I pay for pro and feel the support is terrible. Any one have any similar issues and was able to solve it.

Is it just my account or are the messages not showing up on Manychat all of a sudden? It was working perfectly fine up until 20 hrs ago and suddenly stopped working. Can anyone help?

I have opened an account, and setup an automation to Instagram - it worked 1 time, and now no matter what I do, no automations work.  I have deleted the integration and recreated, I have refreshed permissions multiple times, I have validated I have a professional account,  What is going on?  All I want to do is have it send a response to a word in an instagram comment and I can’t make any automation work HELP PLEASE

I set up a flow3 days ago - tested it completely - was working great and then sent ads to the post. Now the automation is not working.    It should have 3 sections - the first is the introduction - hello which completely disappears when you save now. I deleted the working one thinking maybe it had a bug and completely rebuilt it - and the exact same thing happens you now get a message that says “nothing here to automate” - so when you edit. - you see it - when you save - it disappears.  and on Instagram its not working at all when someone types in WIN.  HELP.

Hi I’m new to manychats and wanted to try the essential paid class but I hit the account limit even though I deleted all contacts and chats and now I’m afraid that the paid account will behave the same and I won’t be able to send automated DMs because of the contact limit.I would really appreciate your help🙏

Hello I’m a very new user so the issue could be entirely user error.  That said, what drew me to Manychat was the ability to DM new followers.  However when I try to set up this automation I am seeing that it’s a Beta feature and not available to me, which is strange because I see tons of advertising about this.  Am I missing anything?  Is it just not available to me yet?  Anything I can do to enable this feature/automation? TIA! 

Hi everyone,I’m facing a critical issue: My chatbot sends a welcome message with "Yes" / "No" buttons.  On desktop, buttons work perfectly.  On Telegram, everything works.  But on mobile (Facebook), the buttons appear but are not clickable — tapping does nothing.  I’ve tested on multiple Android devices. Cleared cache, reinstalled Messenger, refreshed permissions but no fix.This was working until last week, and no changes were made to the flow. Has anyone experienced this recently? Could this be a Meta-side issue?  Any workaround or fix?Need help urgently, blocking client demos.Thanks in advance!

Hi, so I’ve set up an automation where I want every comment on my reel to get a DM. With the important condition; that if someone comments 10 times, they only get the DM once. Everything seems to be set up correctly, but it does not work. Can anyone help as to where the issue lies? See the setup below:  

Hello guys,I'm setting up an automation to send a DM to new followers.My goal is to collect their email address in exchange for a freebie.However, after the first welcome message is sent, it seems the only option available is to add a link (screenshot)I cannot add a "User Input" step to ask for and collect the user's email address.The conversation flow stops after the first message. Is this a bug, or am I using the wrong feature?How can I create an automation that DMs new followers and then asks for their email?Thank you for your help!

We enabled the welcome new users flow and it’s been great! It was perfect timing too since we’ve grown a ton and so it’s been served up to over 20k people!My issue is this - our message is along the lines of: thanks for following - we have so much more to share, let us know if you want us to send you the links to get started. The CTA button text says ‘Yes - send them my way!’  What I am seeing is that many people don’t click the link and are manually typing a response like ‘send it to me’ or ‘that’d be great’  - - are they not realizing they can click on the blue text? Any ideas on how I can better get people to understand that the CTA is a button that they should click on? NOTE that I’ve already tried to change it to ‘tap here to send’ and people are still commenting without tapping. 

I’m having an issue with my Instagram Comment Reply automation. Some comments don’t get their auto dms. this has been going on for a few days now. it selectively chooses when to work and it is random. I’ve gone through all the TS provided by manychat AI bot but still the same

Hi I just boosted one of my posts on IG by ads. I did all through the IG, just tapped boost. Before that I had manychat automation which would reply to comments from organic traffic, and sent free resource. Now when I am running an ad and people comment on that post, automation doesn't reply and they don't receive any material.  Can someone help me with that ?? Thank you.

  Hi everyone,I’m already approved in PartnerStack for the ManyChat Partner/Affiliate program and I’m currently receiving commissions.　I want to confirm what happens if I cancel my own ManyChat Pro subscription.  If I cancel Pro, will my PartnerStack referral link remain active and continue tracking new sign-ups/upgrades? If new users sign up through my referral link and upgrade to Pro (or if existing referrals keep paying), will I still receive commissions even if I’m not a Pro user myself? Is having an active ManyChat Pro subscription a requirement for payout eligibility (now or in the future)? Are there any cases where commissions stop, for example:  

I wish to use the mentioned platforms (Many Chat/Open Ai) to have it initiate text with my list of clients once they are added in ManyChat and than let Open Ai have Ai based conversational text conversations to influence them to set appointments. Any advice is greatly appreciated 

Hello - has anyone been able to fix this issue of Beta? I’ve connected my IG with the new flow it asks but still says it’s in beta … yes I see other accounts continue to access it. Has there been a workaround for this, or does the ManyChat team help make this run smoothly? Thanks
