Hola,Me gustaría hacer una automatización de un anuncio de Meta Ads que cuando un usuario comente, acto seguido se envíe un MD. He visto que se puede hacer con Reels de tu feed, pero no veo la opción de la sección de Ads.¿Es posible hacerlo?

Hi I am designing a 3 days quiz on retirement to test my audience knowledge on retirement planning and needs in my country.in day 2 and day 3 of the Quiz I will ask the audience if they have any friends that might be interested in this type of quiz as well.I will than encourage them to share their friend’s contact by using the Telegram and Whatsapp share contact feature. However I am not sure how to capture the data in my UserField.I try using {Input last Text} {Contact ID} {Phone} but it can’t capture the data directly froim the share contact feature.The worse case scenario is to tell the quiz participants to type in manually their friend’s name and contact number as that is making it way harder than purely sharing a contact.Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue?

I have connected my Instagram page to Manychat so that I can send links when someone post any comments in reels/post. Initially it was working. But now  Manychat is not sending automation messages, if someone comment in the same post. PLEASE HELP 

Today, my Manychat stopped receiving DMs from people whose messages go into the message request folder. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?I tested it using my personal account to message my page, and it works fine. Hola a todos 👋,Normalmente soy yo quien ayuda en la comunidad con temas de ManyChat, pero hoy soy yo quien necesita apoyo.Tenemos el siguiente problema:👉 Estamos corriendo una campaña de WhatsApp con CTWA Ads.👉 De 1900 clics en el anuncio, solo 4 usuarios llegaron al bot en ManyChat.👉 El flujo en ManyChat está configurado con triggers mediante CTWA atados al ID de cada anuncio, y también con palabras clave.👉 El anuncio usa una plantilla con Pregunta Frecuente, donde la instrucción es que el usuario haga clic para iniciar la conversación.Ya revisamos toda la configuración y no encontramos el error. También abrimos un caso con soporte de ManyChat, pero aún no recibimos respuesta.¿A alguien más le ha pasado algo parecido? 🙏¿Alguna idea de qué podemos revisar o cómo solucionarlo?¡Gracias de antemano! 

Hi everyone 👋I’m trying to set up ManyChat so that when someone comments a keyword on a post in my Facebook Group, it automatically sends them the link in Messenger.Here’s where I’m stuck: In ManyChat, I can only see posts from my personal profile, not my Page. In my Group settings, I can’t find the option to link my Page to the Group. 👉 Has anyone here successfully set this up? Do I need to create or switch to a Business Page first? Is there a workaround if the “Linked Pages” option doesn’t show up in my group? Any step-by-step help or screenshots would be super appreciated 🙏

Hi everyone 👋,Usually, I’m the one helping others here with ManyChat setups, but today I really need your help.Here’s the issue we’re facing:👉 We’re running a WhatsApp campaign with CTWA Ads.👉 From 1900 ad clicks, only 4 users actually reached the bot in ManyChat.👉 The flow in ManyChat was set up with triggers: CTWA tied to each Ad ID and also keywords.👉 The ad was created using a Frequently Asked Question template, with the instruction for users to click in order to start the conversation.We’ve double-checked everything but still can’t find what’s wrong. We also submitted a support ticket to ManyChat, but haven’t received a reply yet.Has anyone experienced something similar? 🙏Any ideas on what we might be missing or how to fix this?Thanks a lot in advance!Catalina R 

HiI have set up a ManyChat automation for Instagram that if a person comments on any post, reel or story that they will receive a message and a link to a downloadable.The automation is working on some posts but not the main post that has the call to action for my followers.I have set up the automation again for that specific post and it is still not working.I have refreshed permissions but don’t think that is the issue as the automation is working on other posts just not the specific post I would like it to work for.

I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I’ve been trying to find the answer on Google with no luck.I’m trying to set up a very simple funnel where a contact receives an initial message containing an open-ended question (without a button or Quick Reply — the goal is to start an organic dialogue). I’d like to send a follow-up message 24 hours later to those who didn’t respond to the first message. From what I understand, I need to use tags and conditions to do this. I created a tag for “responds to message” and then set a condition that will send the follow-up message if the tag isn’t “responds to message.” What I can’t figure out is if this tag will be applied to a contact automatically if they respond to a message, or if I’ll have to tag them manually?I’ve found articles that indicate tags can be applied automatically using the “Actions” feature, but when setting up the tag itself, I

Hi everyone 👋I’m running a WhatsApp automation with ManyChat + n8n. Everything works fine when the client sends a message — it goes to n8n, automation replies, no problem.👉 But here’s the issue:When I, as the human agent, reply manually to the client in the chat from my Phone Whatsapp, ManyChat still sends the client’s last message again through the webhook to n8n. This makes the automation think the client just sent that message again. Result → Automation replies to the old message → creating a loop and confusion. What I’ve noticed: The webhook payload shows the timestamp of the client’s last message (not my agent reply). So ManyChat is basically re-sending the last subscriber input whenever I send something. Hello ManyChat Team,I need clarification regarding how the active contacts are counted for billing purposes in my account.My Case:In the first month, around 400 people messaged me.After 3 days, I received 700 more messages from new contacts.So, total in one month = 1100 contacts.My Questions:1. Will my billing plan count all 1100 contacts in the same month (and require me to upgrade from $15 to $25 plan)?2. Or will the system only consider the active contacts of the last 30 days, meaning that when the new billing cycle starts, the old inactive contacts will not be counted again?3. In short:If I cross 500 contacts in the middle of the month, will I be immediately upgraded to the next plan?Or is the count reset after each billing cycle (so that inactive contacts are not carried forward)?Purpose:I want to understand if contacts are accumulated forever (total 1100+) or if t

Hey everyone! 👋I’m currently building an Instagram automation that collects user info (name and WhatsApp number) and stores it in a Google Sheet.So my goal is : Automatically send users a WhatsApp message right after they submit their info. Is there a way to link this Instagram automation directly to WhatsApp within ManyChat? Or do I need an external tool or integration to achieve this? Thanks in advance for your help. 

We have made two payments. The first payment, which is our regular subscription, gets automatically deducted from our card that is already saved on the ManyChat platform. But when we are trying to top up the wallet with that same card, or even trying different debit or credit cards, it always shows an error saying there is a problem with the card. We have already contacted both the bank and ManyChat regarding this, but the issue is still not resolved.

I need my marketing manager to be able to use manychat, however I don’t want to give them my personal google login. Is there a way to either sign in by just an email and password or allow them to access another way? They are admins on the pro facebook page, but I think that would then create their own account, which would defeat the purpose of allowing me to see what they are doing.
