Hey guysI’m seeing a forced ~5 minute delay on Instagram story reply automations, even when the flow is set to respond immediately. This only seems to have started recently.I’m currently on ManyChat Pro, so I wanted to check: Is this an intentional change or an Instagram/API requirement? Does this apply to all plans, including Pro and Business? Is this expected behaviour going forward, or potentially temporary? Just want to understand whether this is a platform limitation or something specific to my setup.Thanks in advance for the clarification.

Hey y’all — I’m hoping someone can help me troubleshoot this 👀I created a broadcast subscription sequence where users should: Receive the “Subscribe to updates” prompt Click to subscribe Then automatically move through the rest of the sequence Here’s the issue: The sequence is not completing once someone subscribes Some people (who already follow me or have past DM history) are randomly receiving only the “Subscribe to our updates” message They do not receive the actual subscribe button or the follow-up messages in the sequence As a result, they’re stuck and never enter the full automation Everything appears to be connected, but parts of it are showing as not connected or not triggering correctly. I’m not sure if this is:

HiI have an issue I had not had before with smart delays.I have message sequences with several smart delays. All work but not the last. It was working but since my last update of the sequence (just message content changes) I get an error messages.I set the smart delay to 23 hours and it tells me it need to be below 24 hours (???). Even if I put one hour I get an error. Then I tried minutes and it also only accepts if it is 23 minutes or below.I really think this is some kind of glitch. It was working before without any issue. 

Please help me to solve this problem “Something went wrong. Please try again.” I already clear the cache, but it seems not working

hi i am using the pro subscription and my contacts are less than 5k why the pricing is higher? 

My ManyChat account won’t let me do ANYTHING. I can’t delete it, I can’t remove the logins, I can’t do anything. It’s connected to a Meta account that got blocked, so I can’t use it. I need to delete this account or remove the logins, but I can’t do anything on this stupid page.

Hey! I would love to start a "say hi to new followers" Automation in Manychat Sadly I get the "unknown error" text on my Mobile Phone Manychat App, aswell as when I try it on the desktop Website with "couldn't create Automation"  I have the free plan and would just love to use this simple Automation before paying  I re-connected my Instagram with my Facebook Business Account and it should be perfectly fine, but sadly its not working since days.… Thank you! 

Hello! I setup the Instagram new follower automation so a message gets sent when I receive a new follower… it says it is live, but I’ve received around 10 new followers since setting it up about 7 hours ago, and it is still showing I have 0 runs of the automation. Any idea on how to resolve this issue? 

my automatic reply to trigger words commented and also automatic dm is only working with some comments and not all, even when trigger word is used.why is this happening?

My ig comment auto reply was working great on all my posts but suddenly stopped working. My DM automations are still working fine but comments have stopped and ive put in a ticket and refreshed all settings with their instructions and still nothing. Hello. Is it still not possible to delete, or at least edit, a manually sent message on WhatsApp?

My “say hi to new followers” automation was working great for about a week, a few thousand sends with a good CTR. But suddenly it dropped to zero sends and I have gotten about 2000 followers with no messages sent. I tried deleting and re-creating the automation but still won’t send messages. Credentials look good and I have made no recent changes to my account.

How do I know if automations are working? Do I still need to go into my IG/fb and see if a response was recieved. Thank you in advance! I am very new here.

My Instagram account is currently connected to a ManyChat workspacethat was created under an email address that has been deleted and isno longer accessible.I no longer have access to the original ManyChat account, but I am theowner of the Instagram account and new profile im trying to connect it too. I was also just charged Jan 7th for the pro and i cant even access the account bc the gmail is no longer available. Can i get help to please remove / release my Instagram account from the previousManyChat workspace so I can reconnect it to my current account.

I’m noticing today - Feb 13th, 2025, when I get manychat DMs from other people on Instagram, the links aren’t working.It says “there was a problem loading the website”Also noticing this with my own ManyChat DMs i’m sending people that comment.Is anyone experiencing the same thing, is this a server issue or reported outage with ManyChat?

Hi ManyChat Team,I'm trying to build an Instagram automation that processes Reels shared by users in DMs. However, I've encountered an issue where ManyChat's Default Reply automation does not trigger when a user shares a Reel as an attachment (without typing text).The Problem:Text messages trigger the automation Shared Reels (attachment only) do NOT trigger the automation When I use an External Request action, the {{last_input_text}} field is empty for Reel shares, and there doesn't seem to be a way to access the Reel URL or metadata.Context:Meta's Instagram webhook API sends Reel shares with the ig_reel attachment type, which includes:reel_video_idtitle (caption)url (CDN link to the video)See Meta's documentation on Instagram webhook attachments: Instagram Webhooks Documentat

Hello there!I’m experiencing an issue with my Instagram keyword-based automations.For several weeks now, my automations triggered by comment keywords are not working anymore, or only very rarely.Users comment the correct keyword under my posts, but the automation often does not trigger at all and no DM is sent.This happens across multiple posts and flows, even though everything is correctly set up and used to work before.I don’t understand why this is happening and would like to know: Is this a known issue or limitation? I’m experiencing an issue with a comment-to-DM automation on Instagram.I posted a Reel that went viral. Once it started getting traction, I activated a ManyChat automation so that anyone who commented a specific keyword would receive a DM with a link to a free class (lead generation).The problem is that out of approximately 1,000 comments, ManyChat shows that the automation was triggered for only around 150 users. I am creating some WhatsApp automations, and since some people on my team reply to customers directly through the app, I can’t keep track of what was the last message sent by the company to the customer.Is there any way to retrieve the last message that we sent to the customer?Since Live Chat tools can do this, I imagine that the Meta API exposes this information in some way.
