Hello,  I have the pro version and its been find but the last few weeks the triggers have stopped responding. Its missing some comments and sending blank dms even if they are following me. I have 1000s coming in and I've followed all the steps to make sure its set correctly and still no luck. Please help  Thank you 

ive created a column in google sheets with a calculation from other manychat fields, but when a new row of data is inserted, obviously the calculated cell is empty. how to make a calculation and return the value to a manychat whatsapp message? 

On my reels, I ask they comment  word so I can send them a freebie.  I do this with multiple freebies. How can I upload the product on Manychat so they get that pdf file link once they commented. I know they ask for a website link.But my PDFs are not on a website, they are just a file in my google drive. But sharing that google drive link doesn’t seem to work, as I have to give them permission to access it. Is there a way to upload a file or do I have to use another platform for this matter?If so what could be the platform I could use to put my digital product freebies and link them to my manychat DM automation? Thanks 

Hey everyone – I’ve been using the AI Step on ManyChat and while it’s helpful, I’ve noticed it keeps sending these robotic, cringey messages like:“Have you ever sent me the message ‘READY’?” – which sounds super unnatural.I want to use AI Steps to detect vague messages like “ready” or “is this real” and route people to the correct automation or process. But right now, the replies it sends are weird and off-brand, and I can’t find any option to turn off the auto-response or customize what it says.I’ve looked through the settings and even tried editing the AI step logic, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to: Disable those auto-generated replies Send people into a flow without that weird AI chat popping up Just treat the AI step like a filter/trigger, not a “talker” Anyone know a fix? Is there a workaround, or is this just how the AI Step works right now? Paying $29/month, so really hoping there’s a way to make it cleaner. Appreciate any help.

Hey, I have created a 10 step flow with buttons and text/number inputs. I want to pull the responses into a file (csv, xls, etc). How to do that? Also, if a uk postcode is entered, can a check be made that it is valid? Finally, i want to process all the response data in order to calculate a quotation: can that be done ‘on the fly’ or could the responses be dynamically stored in a spreadsheet and the spreadsheet include a calculated quotation column that is returned to the user in real time?? Thanks

The system is asking me to verify my email address before to complete an automated message. It's saying they will send an email with a link to complete the verification but I've never received it. I checked my spam too but nothing is there. Do you know how I can solve this?

hi i’m just trying to do a basic set up for a comment reply on my facebook reel. my trigger is commenting the world “hello” on a specific facebook post in turn then responses a message to their dm. issue is i cannot switch the trigger “on” the little slide bar on the edit page or on the main page the trigger just is stuck on the off position. i have a pro account and have refreshed my permissions. what am i doing wrong?  doing this from my iphone.  eding to add when i try to turn the trigger on from my computer it says i cannot on the free plan. but im on the pro plan.

My automation for responding to a Real that sends a message worked yesterday but today it doesn't work, I tried reconnecting, opening a new automation and everything doesn't respond at all.Is there any problem?

However, if I change the parameter to email, the API returns the full contact details as expected.It is very important for this to work correctly, as I do not always have the person's email, and I need to locate them by their phone number instead.I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.Looking forward to your respons

Without warning and without explanation Manychat terminated my account. Despite many requests for clarification Manychat refused to explain what “suspicious activity that violates our Terms of Service” was detected. Their response: "we cannot disclose or pinpoint exactly which term has been violated”.So Manychat just terminates an account without be able or willing to explain based on what they act.Good product, but UNRELIABLE ORGANIZATION!

I need to know how to connect Zapier with ManyChat to create a listing that displays the properties I have for sale via WhatsApp messages.I set up the Zapier connection with Google Sheets, then used the "Get Many Spreadsheet Rows" action and converted the data into JSON using a Python script with Code by Zapier.Now, my question is: how can I display this information as individual messages when the customer clicks the "Buy Property" button within the message flow in ManyChat?Thanks in advance! Hey! So I’ve got an automation in ManyChat that sends people a DM with a link when they comment something like “ANT” on a post. Works great on regular posts. But now I’m running that same post as an ad (shows up as “sponsored” on the user’s end), and I’m just wondering—does the comment trigger still work on paid ads too? I want to make sure people are still getting the DM with the guide link. Not sure if I’m missing a step or if it works the same or if I’m just missing something 😅

When I connected my WhatsApp Business to ManyChat, all the devices that were linked to this WhatsApp Business were disconnected, and I cannot add them back again. Why did this happen and what should I do?

Hello. I’m confused here.I have the Javascript snippet on my site but… where is it?  and what can I do with it?I’ve read the available blog info and it gives some steps like looking for “growth tools” but I do not see it on my account.

I tried this on my own set up and just tried it on @shannonmckinstrie ‘s IG to get something and it didnt work on her’s either.

I have a manychat automation setup for the keyword “LIST” along with a few other keywords. But when ever someone replies to one of my instagram stories, it will trigger the automation for my “LIST” even if the instagram story reply doesn’t have the keyword “LIST” in it.  This issue also happens if I tell my instagram story viewers to comment another keyword like “MEAL PREP” manychat will still send the “LIST” automated message. Not sure how to fix this issue. I even deleted my automations and reset them up and the issue is still happening. I also, refreshed my instagram permissions inside manychat but this did not fix the issue neither. Manychat sending wrong automation to my instagram story replies. How do you fix this issue? Help

I'm experiencing a problem with keyword triggers in ManyChat.I created a new automation that starts when users type a specific keyword — the same keyword I used in a past automation (which is now turned off).The issue is: users who triggered the old automation in the past are not entering the new flow, even though the old one is completely disabled and the keyword is assigned to the new flow.There’s no visible conflict in the Automation > Keywords section (I don't see any keyword triggers listed there), and the previous flows are no longer active.Is there some kind of memory in ManyChat that prevents users from triggering the same keyword twice, even if it's linked to a different flow?And how can I fix this so all users — including those who triggered the old flow — can enter the new one?Thanks!
