Hi everyone!I need some help with my automation setup in ManyChat using Google Sheets. Here’s what I’m doing: I’ve connected Google Sheets to my flow. I’ve divided my data collection into two parts: Part 1: When a user shows interest, I insert their info (name, phone, tag, etc.) as a new row in Google Sheets. Part 2: Later in the conversation, if the same user confirms interest and books a meeting, I collect their meeting date and time. Now, instead of adding a new row again, I want to update the same row from Part 1 with the meeting date and time. So basically — I want to update the user’s existing row (where their data was first inserted) instead of creating a new one.Can someone please guide me on how to update the same row in Google Sheets

When people comment the key word on my reels on Instagram, which is 'teach', they get a DM with the links to my products. 2 problems:1 - Instagram hides ALL the key word comments on my reels, they literally just disappear 2 - no one opens my DMs anymore, so I am wondering if they even receive them?Manychat has said the issue is not with them and the automation is working correctly. My engagement on instagram recently shifted to India because they keep engaging with my reels. This is a problem because my automation keeps auto replying to their comments. Hello all, I’m trying to sync my Shopify store to FB Messenger so that I can create flows in Many chat that allow customers to browse categories and products and then lead to the shopify site to copmplete the transaction.   I undertand there is not a native integration.  From my research i found that shop sync: https://www.shop-sync.com/documentation is a tool that can be the bridge between Shopify and the many chat flow.  Can you advise if this is a viable soluiton, or can anyone recommend anything else to acheive this?  thanks so much  

I am an Admin for my church’s social media and I was given access through Facebook Meta via my own personal account. I do not have the login info for the business account but it is directly connected to my personal one but when I try and connect to manychat, it only links my personal messenger. Is there a way to swap it to the other account?

I am trying to use Manychat for work, we often schedule a month’s worth of Instagram posts at a time, is there any way to apply Manychat to say the third post to be posted or can I only apply it to the ‘next’ post and existing posts?
