Hi everyone,I recently encountered an issue with WhatsApp on my phone. I tried using the manychat but didn't find it helpful, so I decided to remove everything related to it. However, now I can't return to my WhatsApp account on my phone.The main problem I'm facing is that I'm unable to receive the SMS code required for verification. I've tried using different phone numbers, and they work fine, but when I use the same number that's associated with manychats, I don't receive the code. I keep getting an error message saying to try again in an hour.i tried deleting the app, restarting mobile, clearing cache/ I’ve already removed and deleted everything in setting, but the issue persists. Can anyone help me resolve this?Thanks in advance!

Sorry if it may be obvious, im currently checking manychat prices for a client, but noticed the pricing is weirdly different. My country currency is Real (R$), and converting the  45 dollar plan to R$ it´s around R$ 252, but instead its priced at R$ 499 here.  Shouldn´t it be R$ 252? Without VPNWith VPN on "Americas" 

Hi community, im triying to update my current automation (Instagram) with some edits and when I press update, and error message appears with “stop linked ad in your ads manager before taking this action”. I have tried countless times, stopping all campaigns in the ads manager but its still not working. Need help! 

If I am the creator of the post but I invite a collaborator, will my many chat automations still work for all comments coming from all collaborators followers?

Hope all is well everyone, my name is Dj and I’m having quite the issue and was looking for a bit of help. So I have an automation flow that involves about 4 different automations, my goal is for one contact to finish the first automation then once that contact is finished, it will start another automation but I want to send the 2nd automation to a different user, not the same user. I tried using conditions but that usually just stops the automation after the first automation ends and doesn’t send the message to the user that meets the conditions. Anyone know how to solve this issue?

How can I use many chat to get emails?

Im looking to build a Basic follow up sequence where i would manually opt the conatct in, they then get followed up with 5 follow ups all delayed by 1 to 2 days. If a prospect replies at any point in this sequence does the sequence pause or stop? if not how do i make it stop.  Thanks.

I have tested my new automation, for a free guide but capturing their email address before they get access. I toggled off the ‘skip’ option to ensure they needed to enter an email, but on testing, and word triggers their access to the guide.How can I change this please? The whole point is to capture their email but without a funnel / sign up page

Since the recent changes to Manychat I am unable to set up automations with buttons that go to Thrivecart links. I just get an error message stating that it is not a valid link ….. This is so frustrating especially considering in my field Thrivecart is one of the main forms of external links to get affiliate income / recognition.The only way I can do this is to add the link in the text but that isn’t a great customer experience as they then have to copy and paste it anyway.Any idea when this glitch will be addressed / fixed? Is there a different way for me to get the convent clickable links for my followers?

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me resolve this issue: I had a WhatsApp number registered in ManyChat, but my channel was deactivated due to insufficient funds. I’ve since added credits, but when trying to reconnect, WhatsApp requires SMS/call verification. The problem: I purchased this number directly through ManyChat, so it can’t receive SMS or calls (no physical SIM access). I already removed it from Meta Business Manager, but it still won’t verify. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to: Get ManyChat to verify the number without SMS (e.g., via email or manual approval). Migrate the number to an SMS-enabled provider (like Twilio). Or am I forced to use a new physical SIM number? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thank you. 🙏

Please someone help me!!!I connected to MANYCHAT through the Meta Business account for Facebook and Instagram - and the MANYCHAT login failed when I tried to connect to Instagram - even though I did all the steps and connected to the Instagram account - the MANYCHAT page remained on the Instagram login attempt - even though I refreshed - it didn't help and it didn't record the loginThen I tried to log in to the MANYCHAT account againI can't log in because a pop-up message pops up that I need to verify my email - but it doesn't send me the code to my email!!!!! Previously, I added one of my employees to ManyChat to connect and test with my Facebook Page. Now that the employee has quit, the ManyChat bot is still running on the page. I can’t remove ManyChat from the Facebook Page admin settings. How can I completely disconnect or delete ManyChat from the page?

When im doing auto reply's on comments, how can i mention the user who made the comment? The cuffs to choose the user are not there in the random comment answer selection.Im talking about the Instagram Comment Reply under my post and not about the message you are sending to the commenter. 

Hello ManyChat Community!I'm encountering a peculiar issue with the ManyChat API and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has any ideas on how to resolve it.Scenario:When trying to create a new contact via API, I receive the error: 'This WhatsApp ID already exists: 5554999999999' However, when using the API Swagger to search for this contact (using the /fb/subscriber/findBySystemField endpoint), I receive: { "status": "success", "data": []}   This creates an impossible loop: I can't create the contact because it already exists, but I can't update it because the API says it doesn't exist!Additional details:The contact was originally imported into ManyChat. I've tried searching using both email and phone number, with the same result. I've checked the API token permissions, and they appear to be correct.Questions:Has anyone faced a similar issue? Hi, I’m trying to set up an IG Ref URL so that when a user clicks it (from an email, website etc), it automatically opens the IG app and the message is sent. I’ve got conversation starters all set up. How do I do this? 

Hello everyone, I noticed that this is a very recent problem.Since yesterday, the messages I send via the Instagram app haven't been received via webhook, so they don't appear in Manychat. On manychat i can only see the messages I send via Manychat. Is this problem specific to me? Does everyone else have this problem? Edit: Everything fine with inbound messages, the issue specific for outbound messages.

We have an AI Step configuration that requests data to schedule an appointment. This data is then sent to Zapier. It was working fine until around July 6, 2025. After that, it no longer saves the data provided by the user—only one field at the end of the conversation is saved, and it's saved incorrectly. We haven't made any changes to the flow in months, so we know we didn’t cause the issue. Why was it working without problems and now it’s not? What changed? Hi all - I created an automation that is having an issue. The second button sent [after someone clicks the ‘Send me the link’ button] opens Threads and prompts to download Threads instead of the link I plugged in to a landing page. Is this happening anyone else? How do I fix this??
