I want to create a rule in automatizations but i dont see where i can create that, i was searching and it looks i have to activate rules but i dont know where, can you help me please 

Does anyone know if this is fixed yet?  My automation was set up and working fine for a bit but then stopped.  I spoke to an agent who told me it was a problem being worked on but no updates?? Can anyone shed any light please?

I created an automation to send links in dm after commenting a certain word on reels. It works perfectly fine when someone comments organic but it doesnt work on reels that are promoted.  What is the solution to this issue?

So I set up a Manychat campaign to support a Messenger Ad I set up on Meta.  To my surprise, instead of my reader getting the Manychat, Meta sent their own generic message (which contradicts my ad) and of course they Unsubscribed. I tried to disable it but Meta wont allow me to. Manychat is basically obsolete unless I can fix this. Any suggestions?

Hey i am facing this issue for a couple of days.I have Pro plan My BM is verified connected my phone number successfully Please help me out with this.  

my process is as follow: I have a bunch of automation that are comment to dm, I duplicate the automation and attach it to my latest post,I have done that for the last couple of years from the app on my phone and never had an issue, but over the last couple of days as I click edit, update the automation to attach it to the new post, it gets created but doesn't go live. I have no way of bringing it live unless I use my laptop which is a giant pain as I have one reel/post going up every day and I’m currently not working so need to be managing it from my phone, any advice on whats going on? is there an update I’m unaware of? Ive refreshed permissions, logged in and out etc

Manychat has stopped replying to people commenting on my posts with any word (no specific keyword is assigned, I have it set to any word) It no longer replies, or sends the automated DM after.  ❌ “Say Hi to New Followers” automation is not triggering ❌ Instagram Comments automations are not triggering This happens across all relevant flows that were working properly before Additional details: The Instagram account is connected and shows as connected in ManyChat I have refreshed the permissions No changes were made recently to the flows No errors are shown in the flows themselves The issue started suddenly and affects all Instagram entry points This is blocking lead collection and client communication, so it’s business-critical.Could you please check:

ive deleted all contacts from an automation to make space for the automation to continue yet the automation still wont restart.

I can't see the "User follows your account" trigger when setting up an automation. I've followed the steps the AI chatbot gave, but I still don't have the trigger.

Hi everyone I’m trying to connect my WhatsApp Channel in Manychat.I go through the setup, but when I reach the final step I get this error message:“Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support.”I attached a screenshot of the error screen.A few details: I’m currently on the Free plan, so I don’t have access to direct support (only the AI bot, which didn’t solve it). I’m following the standard WhatsApp setup wizard from Manychat. The error appears right after I try to connect the number. Has anyone faced this issue before or knows what could be causing it?Any help or workaround would be really appreciated  Thank you!

I have tried incognito, cleared cookies, and refreshed permissions and still doesn’t work, Manychat support is impossible to contact as well.

My automation for new followers isn't working. I've done everything according to the steps. Everything is linked together in Meta Business, but unfortunately the automation still doesn't work. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

Hi, for the past week and a half, the automation for Auto-DM Links From Comments for Instagram has not been working properly in two ways. One is that the automatic comment replier is only trigger about 1 in 20 times, leaving a bunch of unanswered comments. Two, it does not seem like the DM is actually sent to the majority of the people (70-80%) because when I click on that message sequence all I see is “You messages user about a comment they made on your post. See Post” but there is no actual message there. I have tried to resolve this issue by changing up by auto-replies messages and the first message in the DM sequence but neither solution has helped with these problems. Please help if you have experience this issue before.

I have a problem connecting my Manychat account to my Instagram. Previously, my Instagram account was already connected to another Manychat account, but I wanted to switch it to a new Manychat account created with a different email address. However, I received this message: 'Musique Media FR already connected to Musique Media FR. Switch Instagram to continue with another account or request access from the owner of Musique Media FR.'

I have been using Manychat for over a year. But last month I had to delete the facebook account attached to my IG and connect it to a different facebook because of some problems I had with Meta business suite. However, now that that is done I can no longer access the manychat account for that old facebook page to fix my billing (I pay for multiple accounts) and reconnect my IG accounts to my manychat.  There is literally no way for me to fix this without someone from the manychat team helping me out because the old FB login I used to connect doesn’t exist anymore.  I love the product and I’ve spent over $500 over the past year using Manychat, someone please help me out here 

Hi, My automations are not working 90% of the time and the contacts who do not get the comment replies are marked as “Deleted conversation”. I have raised tickets and reached out to support but nothing has worked. I have followed all the necessary steps since this glitch started 2 days ago.

Hello, I tried to change my Instagram account name and reconnect it, but the account connection isn’t working. How can I resolve this issue?

We have an click on add activated in meta on instagram and Facebook. Separate click on add flow. But the add on instagram is not working correctly. The chat button when they click the automation don’t start. With Facebook it’s working. Thank you.
